Good location with good amenities

cozy apartment with all standard facilities.
location is super central.
Overall it needs a solid refurb as it simply feels worn.

Location was decent but still required walking 15 min to train line. But had plenty of shops around.
The shower was never cleaned.. full of lime and calcium build up on the shower walls and door....the space doesn't have a lounge area to relax...either you sit on a chair or on the bed. Rooms are not sound proof...grumpy neighbours in building. Also the apartment wasn't ready until 730pm and I had to wait on the street for the cleaning lady to arrive at 630pm to clean it. There is also not enough untencils, it also only one pan and one pot.

Spacious enough and everything you need.
There was a dent in the mattress. So the first night I slept uncomfortable. Then I flipped the mattress myself so that I was able to have a good night sleep.

Location is very calm and full of small shops and food places.

The town of Kallithea is located about 2.5 miles from city center and was about a 15 minute walk to the main train station. The town had many shops, restaurants and parks to visit. As a solo traveler, it felt safe (you had to have a physical key to get into the apartment building and then through the front door of the actual apartment). Private kitchen (with basic bowls, cups, utensils, and a couple pans for cooking), shower, toilet, sink, and porch with washer with detergent was included so it was super convenient to do laundry. The apartment had great air conditioning as well. I probably would have liked to stay somewhere a little closer to the train station but overall was good for a solo traveler.
The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore back the first night. This required me to take the extra comforter blankets from the closet and make a make shift mattress topper for the rest of my stay.

excellent location, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good infrastructure
nothing

The studio was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was also quite comfortable. Additionally, the location was very quiet, which is hard to find in Athens sometimes. The apartment is located near all of the things that you need, like multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and other places.
I did have some issues with the internet speed. Sometimes it would go down to 2-3 mbps, which makes it hard for Zoom calls. Most of the time it was fine, but in the evening it seemed to slow down.

The hosts are not interested in the guest's stay. For three days the TV did not work and I had to deal with it. On the first day the light in the room did not turn on. The toilets were not clean. The water flow was weak. And more.

+ Easy check-in
+ Great location
+ Good service. We received an extra blanket on request and the host allowed us to change the booking dates.
+ Very clean
- When we moved in, it was freezing cold inside. The heaters didn't work and the air conditioning worked very inefficiently. The host gave us some advices concerning the air conditioner, which improved the situation a little, but even on the third day it was still too cold. We moved out because of this issue.

It was a very cozy apartament, it has everything you need for staying there a few days. You have all you need to cook , you have a washing mashine and a place to dry your clothes and even an iron for clothes. We really enjoyed to stay there also because it's a pretty quiet place and far away from the city centre noise. The area in general is really safe and most of the residents are locals. I warmly recommend it to everyone.
Nothing. Everything was just perfect to us. Maybe the only inconvenience was that the Metro station was a little bit far away at 15 to 20 minutes from the location.
