Fantastic stay
We had the best time, the apartment was fabulous the kids loved the beach theme. Close to town and the beach and convenient coop near by too. we had a few visits to different beaches at Eastbourne our favourite was Holywell beach kids loved the rock pools and great ice cream at the cafe. Communication was great before our trip and we would love to come back.

Great central location
We were a family group with one teenager and the sleeping arrangements suited us perfectly. The flat was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. The beach is a five minute walk, fun shops are within a mile, and we had some great meals out. I can especially recommend Tuk Tuk! The one loo between us led to some waiting around (teenagers take their time!) and there is no dishwasher, so you’re reliant on the washing up skills of the previous visitor. In our case, I had to do some washing up before we ate. Also just to be aware, the radiators were all turned off when we arrived so we were freezing the first night until we figured out what was going on with the central heating, and space for belongings is restricted which was tricky when returning with wet, sandy things from the beach. More wall hooks for towels and coats would have been useful. That being said, the decor was charming and the flat is perfect for a small group on a short stay.
