About this house rental

This handy holiday house on Aickin will provide all you need for your holidays without breaking the bank. Enjoy a great location, which is close walking distance to the supermarket, shops and beaches. The holiday home is also located adjacent to the local netball courts and park giving it a peaceful, private outlook. The holiday house has plenty of room and is ideal for small groups, couples or families. Please note our maximum number of couples and singles is 6 adults in total. For families our maximum number is 10 in total and is best suited to up to 4 adults and 6 children or 6 adults and 4 children due to the bedroom configurations. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy including a covered deck adjacent to the front entrance and a covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs. There are two tv's - one in the main lounge and one in bedroom 2. Freeview is available for channels 1, 2, 3 and Prime. You can bring your own sky box and decoder if you wish. No complimentary wifi. The house is fully fenced. Simply turn up, unpack and enjoy your holiday in Whangamata. Please note you must bring your own linen - sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. These are not supplied. Special conditions: - Smoking allowed outside only - Families preferred or mature couples - No parties - No tents on lawn Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$100.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Excellent location despite no sea view. Short walk to shops and supermarket. The house was tidy and as described. Great communication meant the check in and out process was simple. Excellent value for money.

We were in Whangamata for a sports event, which meant we were basically eating and sleeping at the bach. It was perfect for our group, had all the facilities we needed, fitted everyone in comfortably, and was in a great location. Thanks!

The good sized bedrooms make up for the small living area, the kitchen had everything we needed, excellent parking options.

The Bach is in the perfect location between the New World, skatepark, village and the beach. Many evening we walked with the kids to the beach. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with necessities. Great to have 2 full bathrooms! It will be great to have a fan for the bedrooms at night. It got very hot over Xmas. We found the box of Xmas decorations and the kids loved having the house decorated and festive. We are definitely coming back!

Great spot with sport field and skate park next door for the kids. Best bakery in town a short walk down the end of the road and central to everywhere. Handy spot with loads of sleeping space, a great little holiday bach.

Property was really tidy and had everything we needed for a family weekend away. Property was in such a great location. Quick walk to town, beach and right next door to netball courts and rugby fields for the kids. Thanks so much!

Although we were only in town for one night for a Birthday we found the Bach convenient to our location. Access on arrival was easy and is was comfortable to stay in. You just might like to get the switch to the oven looked at as it doesn't appear to work every time you turn it on. Thanks
