Gutes solides Gasthaus, noch im Aufbau aber alles da was man braucht. Ruhig & gemütlich.

Ab nächsten Monat wird der Außenbereich bewirtschaftet, toller Biergarten. Direkt sehr herzlich und freundliche Empfangen worden. Alles war sauber und vorhanden was man benötigt für wenige Nächte.

Schlecht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen aber dafür kann das Gasthaus nichts.

der besitzer war sehr nett und aufmerksam, ich kam mir nicht als hotelgast sondern als freund vor. wirklich schön. ganz tolle atmosphäre dort. und wunderbar ruhig.

Quick stop on the way south.

Proximity to highway, good for a quick stopover.

The bed was not good for me, it is however a thing of personal preference.

Disappointing

Staff was so kind. When we checked in, a male staff offered a water and suggested small snack for the breakfast.

A booked room was changed from a double bedroom to two single bedrooms because of the broken bath. The shower room was dirty. Hairs still remained on the walls and floors... On the cushion cover of the pillow, the brown colored stains remained. Near the bed, the spider nest remained. The mattress of the bed was not comfortable for me.

The location and staff were very good.

It was very noisy in the room. You can hear everything from the other room or lobby. Other than that it was comfortable. My room was very small and didn't have curtains. So I couldn't sleep for longer.

Room is good, the restaurant at night serves great food. Good place for one night stop. Free parking.

We booked breakfast for the next morning but when we came down at 8.00 the breakfast area was dark and all doors were closed. Nobody around to check out as well so we just left the roomkey in the door, other guests did the same.

Superb

Located in Germany, close to the free way and the city Basel. Free parking. Enthusiastic owner and staf. The restaurant serves good food and beer or wine. Breakfast at any time you order. The building is inside decorated on a special way.

Price quality perfect.

Even though I arrived late, they still fixed me dinner. The person who runs the place is very open to conversation and has a good network of connections.

When I arrived at the hotel, their was a smell of cooked oil.

the Restaraunt was amazing, the staff were really friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back. super comfy bed

close to road, road noise but if you closed the window and put the fan on we were able to get a great nights sleep

Value for money.

The staff was nice and helpful, and the room was spacious.. The breakfast was really good. The location in convenient on the way to Italy.

The carpet in the room looked old and stained. There were not enough/conveniently placed sockets in the room.

Good location, only met one member of staff but he was very helpful and gave me a large drink for free because the restaurant was closed.

The restaurant was closed, this wasn’t advertised and was disappointing as I was cycling and going to the next village for food wasn’t an option.

Very good

Located in a very quiet place where nothing else happens, and on a Monday when everything was closed it was super that our host cooked for us and the rest of the clientele. Meal and drinks served in the cute backyard. Good value when driving through.

A perfect stopover for a long drive.

Rooms are very clean and the location excellent. I booked a breakfast with my stay and it was completely worth the price, tasty.

It was sometimes a bit loud in the hallway or other rooms but that depends mostly on the guest I think.

Best place to stay on the way to Italy

Very good place to stay on our way from/to Italy. Great rooms and great food in the restaurant (dinner as well as breakfast). The owner is very friendly and offers great service.

Excellent location while travelling (great dinner, beds and breakfast)

Very friendly and helpful host and staff. The hotel has a great "Biergarten" and serves excellent dinner. We stayed there for a single night (travelling back from Italy to The Netherlands) and it's an excellent location. Only a few minutes from the highway, great dinner, great breakfast, excellent beds and a great host. Parking was next to the hotel and had plenty of space.

Noisy rooms not very good for those travelling for work

Not much

Room I was given was over a very busy road with no sound proofing. I asked to be moved to another room the lady seemed to be annoyed by my request. She said no. I later tried the WiFi as I had some important work to finish. The WiFi didn't work so I tried again to request another room. The lady said no and this time said they were full. The car park was empty and booking.com was still showing 3 rooms available. With this I left the hotel and found a much better place round the corner.
