Pender Paws is a modern 2 bedroom home with views towards Lake Jindabyne and the Snowy Mountains. An easy 400m walk to the lake or stroll into town, this home is ideally situated for your stay in Jindabyne.

Sit back and enjoy relaxing on the balcony in the sunshine looking north over the lake, or watching the snow fall on the mountains in the wintertime. Conveniently located walking distance to town, you can take a short stroll to enjoy some of the many great coffee shops or pick up some groceries. And just 30mins drive to Thredbo or Perisher, an easy drive to some of the best the mountain biking and ski trails in the area.

The fully-fenced rear yard makes this home ideal for you to bring you pet(s) to enjoy your holiday with them. (Additional $10/night for pets.)

Completed in 2015, this 2 bedroom home boasts all the comforts of a new alpine home - full insulation, reverse cycle split system air conditioning, gas hot water and double glazed windows. Modern design includes bamboo flooring, fully stocked kitchen with island kitchen bench including BRITA filtered water, ceramic cooktop, 50 inch LED TV with apple TV connectivity and Bluray player, as well as a rainwater tank to supplement household water supply.

The open plan living room features full sized doubled glazed glass doors leading out onto a wide balcony, perfect for brunch or a BBQ dinner in the summer months. Curtains are lined to protect against the cold in winter and sun in summer. The 50inch LED tv is perfect for those cold nights in, and a small selection of games and books is provided to help pass the time when you need to relax.

Pender Paws includes 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 in each - perfect for a large family stay. The beds are supplied with quality linen and you can snuggle into your feather doonas on those cold winter nights. The bedrooms are well ventiliated to keep you cool in summer and all windows are double glazed to keep you warm in winter.

The house features a modern open plan bathroom, and thick lush towels are provided for your stay. The laundry has washer, dryer and an additional toilet, and with external yard access, it is easy to clean up after a busy day riding.

Pender Paws IS pet friendly. Our property is professionally cleaned between each stay - most pet owners understand that dog hair can still escape even the most festidious cleaner. In addition, we have implemented enhanced cleaning disinfectant protocols to ensure a COVID-safe environment.

A brief but relaxing break for myself & my dog. Convenient location, not too close or too far from town centre. Found the traffic on Barry Way a bit noisey at night. By the second night was getting use to it.

Lovley little place to stay in Jindabyne. Our Dog (Labrador) might have been a bit too big for the yard and an extended stay. Overall we really enjoyed our time.

A lovely cosy home for my family, had everything we needed. Clean and comfy. Great little backyard for my fur baby (Cavalier) Very comfy bed, had an excellent nights sleep. Great walks along the lake. We had a really nice stay. Great attention to detail. Thanks Marilyn.

Great location, easy walk to the lake and Jindabyne brewery. House well equipped and laid out, a lovely little place. Next to a busy road, so there is some traffic noise particularly on weekday mornings. Great to have our dog there, who loved the lake walks!

A great little cottage style residence with small secure backyard for our 2 cavoodles. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and essentials. The overall layout was neat, clean and compact. Host Marilyn gave a very comprehensive rundown of the house so we felt confident in knowing what to do and where everything was located. It was great to have our dogs allowed in the living area with us. Highly recommend if you are looking for a safe, central location in Jindabyne with your family and fur babies.

The house was quite comfortable and so was the bed. The fenced of yard was a good size for my little girl (French Bulldog) although the grass was a little high but she managed. One thing, it would have been nice to have a full length mirror for when I was going out but not detrimental. The host was lovely to deal with and very helpful and the only other issue I had was not having internet for the TV. I was able to hotspot my iPhone but the TV couldn't pick up an IP address. Not sure if it was a setting on my phone or incompatability between the iPhone and the TV. The host did remind me that there wasn't WIFI and to bring an Apple TV if needed. Unfortunately I didn't have a spare one to bring and I think that would have solved my problem. All in all, a great stay and would definitely visit again. Margaret Hamwood

We came to Jindabyne for a long weekend to get a taste of Winter. It was nice to stay at a play so genuinely welcoming for dogs. Would visit again.

We enjoyed our stay, particularly being able to have our dogs with us in a clean and comfortable little house. It was well serviced with what we needed kitchenware. Nice to have the fenced yard to for the dogs. Only one little niggle was not being able to open the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen easily as no knobs and the pushing mechanisms not working very well so every thing was hard to open. Otherwise highly recommended.

Arrived at property around 5.00pm that had not been cleaned. Despite attentive response from the owner and property being reactively cleaned, we were left without towels until 8.00am the following morning. Looking past our initial welcome surprise, the property was decent and in a convenient location, however our visit was tarnished and left a bad taste in our mouths. I understand things happen but when you pay very good money for a three night stay, I’d expect a better experience.

We came with our 2 standard poodles, wanting downtime. We walked on the banks of the lake, had coffees and dinner at local restaurants. We spent a lot of time reading. I could barely ask for more

A very well appointed, comfortable and nicely decorated cottage, it had everything we needed for a holiday getaway. It is however located on a very busy noisy road which spoiled it a bit for us

Clean beautiful and close to amenities. There is a fire pit in back garden and we had lots of fun roasting marshmallows.Everything you need is available there.However my only concern is on website it says check-in 1pm however we were told via email check-in at 4pm and most of our day was gone. Other than highly recommended.

The property was perfect for us and our two dogs. Yard was very secure and felt at ease leaving them outside. The property was well laid out and was actually nicer than the pictures. Short drive to the shops but a manageable walk for something to do. An extra heater in the bedroom would have been great but we did come prepared for the cold so not a huge issue. Thank you for having us :)

We had a great stay in Jindabyne. Marilyn's place was comfortable, cosy, warm and clean. We could walk down to the lake and take advantage of the views and walking tracks. We stayed with our little dog so the fenced yard and the nearby off leash area were great, We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and when coming back from a wet expedition the shower and heater warmed us up nicely. Door mats would have been nice as it was quite wet and we dragged mud through the doorways.

Property was excellent. Clean, tidy and had everything we needed. A good running pen for my beagle. I felt assured while we were out that she was safe.A good location, not far from shops and lake. I would recommend this place to anyone who,wanted to stay not far from Thredbo / Perisher, and has a pet they want to take along.Entry instructions were clear.

Very dirty on outside, unkept, cobwebs, spiders and flies inside, dirty windows, shower scalds, next to busy road, tv doesnt work, no wifi. Fobbed off and ignored by property manager. Overpriced and below standard
