A uniquely designed home, spacious, beautiful views from every room, located in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to the city to enjoy the sights (12.5 miles) and far enough away to feel like a vacation. Heated salt water pool, gas grill and fire pit. Previous guests have praised the "spectacular views," "exceptionally clean," "outdoor space and pool are fantastic,'' and "everything you could need is here. Pets welcome.

First time to Nashville and we had a blast. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The owners of the house I’ve next door so if there were to be any issues, it was good to know they were close by. The house wasn’t a far drive from everything we had planned and everything we did that week…..which was amazing. I would definitely recommend this house to future guests.

From the start of inquiry on rental property to our entire stay, the communication was prompt and the hosts were very accommodating. The pictures were great representation of home , however the hardwood floors were absolutely beautiful. Of all the homes we've stayed at , this was by far the most stocked and beautifully decorated . The pool was amazing. The view of lake was nice as well. Far enough from center of Nashville but close enough and easy quick drive to key locations. The homemade chocolate chip pecan pie on arrival was the icing on top and so delicious. Mary and Jim were the absolute best hosts. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and we are certainly hoping to get back to stay there and visit the hosts as well.

Our family was looking for a home just outside of the city with a pool for the Tennessee heat in July. This was the perfect home that provided enough space for our family of five and two dogs. There is a nice fenced in yard with in ground heated salt water pool. The house had great air conditioning, came with water, snacks, and even useful refrigerator items such as milk, eggs and frozen pizza. The owners are right next door and extremely kind.

Mary and Jim are very kind, their thoughtfulness spills out of every cabinet and drawer in this extremely well appointed home. Jim brought us an incredible chocolate pecan pie to add to the generous groceries already provided! The house was larger than we expected, plenty of room to add a couple of air mattresses if needed. We spent a lot of time floating in the pool and made good use of the gas grill for lunches and chose to Uber downtown in the evenings. (Uber $30ish each way) Lake views are beautiful from upstairs balcony. The whole house was clean and comfortable and suited our families needs very well.

We had a fantastic time! Enjoyed the house and the pool. Our hosts, Jim and Mary, were the best. We had everything we needed and then some. Chocolate pecan pie made by Jim was delicious. Some much needed R & R.

This is a beautiful home, stocked with most everything you would need. You can really tell Mrs Mary & Mr Jim want you to be as comfortable as possible, down to the home made chocolate chip, pecan pie delivered with such a warm greeting from Mr Jim. My daughter and I enjoyed our conversations with him. I stayed in the master bedroom, and the bed slept like a dream. The fan made my nights sleep perfect.
I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville.

Jim was there to greet us and made sure had everything needed. Breakfast items and snacks were provided and Jim’s famous chocolate pecan pie was delicious! Pool was a huge hit, very nice and warm! We were able to take our family dog and nice had fenced in yard so didn’t have to worry bout him getting away. About 20 minutes from Broadway.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and the home couldn’t have been more perfect. Jim and Mary are amazing hosts who made the check-in/check-out process so easy and made themselves available if we needed them. We were even able to host a small graduation party. The pictures do not do the house justice, it is a darling place and made for the perfect stay.

We had a great time. The host, Jim, is a great guy. I highly suggest this house. The house and grounds is beyond amazing. You wont regret staying here. My dog loved it as well as my family. The house is spacious and unique. Has everything you could need and is the perfect amount of distance from everything. We hated having to leave! Thank you for everything!!!

The house suited our needs very nicely. It was close enough to the city to do all the "downtown" stuff and yet keep us away from the hustle and bustle. One note: the pool is closed from November thru March. That was a disappointment. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs that we had- thanks for replacing the garbage disposal!!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were absolutely wonderful, went above and beyond, and provided lots of "extras" during our stay. Check-in was easy. The house was spacious and clean. Not overly little kid friendly, as we had a 2 and 4 year old in our group, but just had to kid proof it some and give lots of reminders. There were a few railing pieces that were broken/wobbly, but that is being nit-picky. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean. Owners had setup fruit and snacks which came in very handy as well as other supplies. The rooms were large and clean and quiet. Great place that an easy drive to central Nashville and the Opry without noise.

We have stayed at several locations through VRBO over the past 10 years. This location and our hosts were definitely the best! The home is pristine. The pantry and refrigerator were stocked so we didn’t have to think about breakfast after our 10 hour drive to Nashville! Jim and Mary were exceptional hosts throughout our stay. The pool was a wonderful treat at the end of a day of seeing the sights in Nashville. Don't hesitate to book this one. You won't be disapponted!

We had a great time during our stay! The pool was a real hit every morning. Jim was such a pleasure, he made sure we had everything we needed along with a Hot Pecan Pie that was the best pie I’ve ever tasted! Thanks for everything Mary and Jim!

Mary and Jim were very attentive and answered all questions we had. Jim was there to greet us as we arrived to show us around and even brought us two amazing homemade pecan pies and ice cream. Due to the very hot weather the pool needed some attention, I messaged Mary and she had someone out the very next morning and we were back in enjoying the water upon our return that afternoon. We all had ample space with plenty of room to spread out. We were all very comfortable. Thank you for making our stay special!!

Jim & Mary are super nice couple to work with, Jim brought over a homemade chocolate pecan pie with ice cream the 2nd day, some staples in the fridge when we arrived, milk, eggs, condiments, cereal ready as well along with coffee. We will be back

Clean & comfortable. Very well stocked pantry. Was greeted with chocolate chip pecan pies & ice cream. Had special request of a fan in each bedroom, owner did not disappoint. Plenty of clean towels and beach towels. Will definitely stay here again. Beds were extremely comfortable, didn’t want to leave to come home.

We had an amazing experience in Nashville and the surrounding area. The house was such a grest place to come back to at the end of the day! It was very clean and the pool was so relaxing! The hospitality of the owners was great, the yummy homemade pies were so sweet as well!

Overall a very good property with friendly hosts. The pool and lake view were as advertised. The interior was clean and so well stocked. The outside furniture was past its prime, the grill very old and dirty. The outside table was missing. It was beautiful weather and we had planned on grilling and eating outside. The master bed sunk badly in the middle and the bed on the main level was very squeaky. The wifi worked great and there was a smart tv. Beware that the quiet street sits above a very busy, noisy street and a less desirable apartment area. While not too far from Nashville, the traffic to and from was very heavy. We took an Uber to the Grand Ole Opry. It was about $40 going and about $80 returning. We did have 4 in our party. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs balcony in the evening looking at the lake and the planes departing and landing. I felt the price was reasonable and that the hosts really cared about their guests. I would have liked to give it a 5 (or 4.5 if available), but with the above mentioned "room for improvements", felt that I could not give it a perfect score. But if you enjoy a pool and being outside of Nashville, I would recommend it.

Lovely home and pool. Don't think pool was heated although it was warm enough out that it felt good. Perfect spot for our needs. Close to airport. 15-20 mins to downtown. Kitchen well stocked. Cooked meals there. Very close to shopping. Only complaint, if I could call it that, was that I didn't know what to do w/ bedding, garbage etc. No instructions were left. I just felt bad if I didn't do what they wanted.

The property was in a great location to drive 20 minutes to all the things there is to do in Nashville! The house was awesome with great views. Jim was so accommodating and supplied food for the fridge and drinks! He was amazing! We will be back again, especially when the pool is open!

Overall this was a terrific first experience using VRBO. Jim was very nice and provided some food for us upon our arrival. The house was very clean and overall ready for us to use. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. The one negative was that they were having an issue with the pool so it was not available for us to use, not really the end of the world as the weather was not good for swimming, the kids were however disappointed they did not have the opportunity to swim.
I would recommend this house as a nice spot to relax and enjoy Nashville.

I stayed at the residence with a co-worker the week of Feb 6-10. The house was very clean and located on a cul de sac. The host was very friendly and met us upon our arrival. The host had purchased bread, cereal, fruit, milk and beer for our arrival. The host actually lives next door, but dont let that discourage you, we only seen him on the initial arrival. Great stay and very comfortable beds.

We came for my daughter’s wedding, our first time in Nashville. Jim and Mary were wonderful!!! My family now knows the meaning of Southern hospitality! There were fresh snacks waiting for us when we got there and Jim came right over to greet us and welcome us to Nashville! Jim even baked us two homemade Pecan Chocolate Chip pies for the wedding party! We were made to feel at home.
The house was exactly as pictured! Beautiful, clean, well taken care of and comfortable. It really felt like we were at home.
My family will be back to see not only Nashville but to see Jim and Mary!

Run, don’t walk, to book this special property. Wonderful property owners and stunning home. Great for a family rental or for several couples. Far enough outside of Nashville to enjoy the quiet for a bit, but close enough to get to the action quickly. The views from the upstairs bedrooms are amazing. Can’t say enough good things about this home and it’s people!
