Villa Anassa was really nice. The pictures don’t give you the impression of the space you actually have. It was well laid out and very well equipped with everything you can think of!
The WiFi worked brilliantly and served our two nicely for watching YouTube on their iPads.
The pool was cleaned a good number of times during our stay keeping it tiptop for us. The property manager, Carol, is really nice and again, the attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed.
The bedrooms are all spacious with aircon to keep the temperatures at a comfortable level.
The locals bakery has a good selection of bread and cakes but also wider groceries and milk etc. good that they open late which was very useful.
All in all, we had a lovely, relaxing stay and would recommend it.

Good stay but vit far from city ...

We enjoyed our stay, Carol and her husband were very helpful throughout our trip. Lots of good information in the welcome pack that helped us with shopping etc. The villa although a bargain for the price, it was just a little tired in places outside and possibly requires some tlc, which maybe doesn't come across on the online pictures. The pool table and table tennis could be replaced, patches on the walls, cracks in the pool bottom. Only 6 sun loungers for an 8 person villa was not ideal. Fridge was struggling with a full load and heated up and ruined some of our food. It was also a little difficult with neighbours who lived there full time who shouted and swore at us over the wall at 11pm as we were listening to music, completely understandable but if we had been asked rather than shouted and sworn at it would of made it a bit easier to accept. Other neighbours were setting off fireworks and bangers outside our villa at midnight. Huge! bangs that woke us up and scared the kids. Then were shouting for help, we would go out to check everyone was okay and they would all laugh at is, it made us feel a little uncomfortable sometimes. BBQ was good and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment for villa cooking.

Lovely week away
It was so very easy to rent/hire this Villa. The booking system was seamless and the communication from Carol was brilliant. The Villa was spotless and the outside pool area was fantastic.
We very much enjoyed staying here but our only gripe which the owners or management have no control over is the incessant barking from the neighbouring dogs which starts very early in the morning and late at night so don’t expect a full nights sleep.
We loved the small touches of extra towels for the pool area, cot sheets and duvet provided, cool bags and ice blocks which we used daily and the kids cutlery and plates, if only there had been the option of stair gates then this would make the place extra special and safe for people with very small children.

Lovely Villa
We had a great time at Anassa villa, situated in a nice quiet area but only 10 mins drive to the hustle and bustle of Larnaca. The villa itself was very clean and spacious inside and out. We tended to head to the beaches during the day but can imagine pool lovers would find the outside space amazing. Carol (property manager) and family were very nice and popped around to say hello on the second day - appreciated the restaurant recommendations as well! Would highly recommend this villa

Great Villa
A fabulous villa in a beautiful location. The villa is of high end spec and there was nothing we needed during our 10 night stay. It is extremely spacious inside and outside, very clean and well maintained and we would highly recommend this villa (we didn't want to leave) and are hoping to book again next year.
5 stars.

A spacious, comfortable, home from home.
The villa was beautifully clean and well presented. The four good-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and large, well-furnished downstairs space were a joy to spend time in. The kitchen is very well equipped and thanks to the excellent local supermarkets, we happily cooked at home. The lovely outdoor dining area makes a great taverna. Good pool too. We had a great holiday and would recommend villa Anassi and its agent, Angela.

Great property, great service
My family, 6+2 teens, stayed at the Villa at the end of August. The directions given by Angela from Larnaca airport were accurate and easy to follow, even in the dark. The villa was clean, tidy and well furnished. The welcome booklet was useful in advising how to use the air-con etc...
The villa is spacious; plenty of kitchen & bedroom cupboard space. Kitchen was well equipped with all utensils and mod cons. We found the hob a little confusing at first but once we’d worked it out had no problems with it. Beds were clean and comfortable, no cause to complain. Having bath, pool, hand and dish towels provided was a real benefit, gave us extra space in our cases.
The pool was great, shallow at one end and a gentle slope. I am 6 foot and could comfortably stand in the deep end. My youngest son found he could play in three quarters of the pool and was happy.
There were two usable parasols that provided plenty of shade for the loungers as well as a covered area with outside table. The barbecue was very good and has been kept in good condition.
Pool and table tennis tables are functional but not in perfect condition. Of the 3 pool cues only one was usable, and this did not have chalk. The net needed some repairs to be usable but we managed a few games after some fiddling.
The garden furniture is usable, but a little tired, the rattan work had started to come apart on some chairs and the cushions had lost their stuffing.
These are all minor points and overall the Villa was superb and very comfortable.
As other reviews mention a car is vital. Whilst the local tavern is within walking distance it was far too hot, even in the evening, for us to make the trek. There are 2 taverns in the town but one was closed as the owners were on holiday. Kokos supply good food at a good price, though the menu was limited. If you intend eating out at night you may find you have to travel further afield.
The bakery was fabulous, my Mother-in-law had a birthday and they made us a marvellous cake.
Angela was great to deal with throughout the process and was helpful when we had to change our plans after the airline we originally booked with went bankrupt and we re-scheduled. Payment process was easy. Her welcome was wonderful and she was only a call/e-mail away.
This was our first time in Cyprus and staying at a Villa and we were pleased with both. I would strongly recommend this Villa for families.

Beautiful villa - Amazing time away!
Where do I start?!
Beautiful villa located in the small village of Alethriko. Everything you could need is within a 5 minute drive away, including a great bakery, petrol station, grocery shop, restaurants and a takeaway (Which does a great Meze!).
With regards to the whole booking process. Everything went so well with Angela. We paid our deposit by bank transfer, direct to Angela's UK Lloyd's TSB bank account. Angela replies within a couple of hours to acknowledge receipt. Also, with Angela being English everything is easily understood, which obviously helps! If you are cautious about paying by transfer, I assure you that everything will be fine.
The villa is very spacious. We had 4 adults and 4 children in the villa, and did not feel overcrowded one bit. Upstairs, you will find 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms and the bathroom. One of the double rooms has an ensuite.
The kitchen is also very spacious, with a dish washer, washing machine etc.
The lounge area of the villa has a Samsung Smart TV. The WIFI router is located in the lounge with the internet speed being good enough for streaming Netflix etc.
The pool area of the villa is lovely. You walk directly out to the big pool from the kitchen. At the rear is the gazebo with the BBQ adjacent to it. We spent most nights out here sitting under the gazebo.
The area where the villa is located is very remote, so you will need a car to visit the surrounding area. Driving in Cyprus is very easy, even if you have never driven abroad before. Parking is pretty much free wherever you go.
I totally would recommend this villa to anyone! The villa is great, but it's the service from Angela that tops it off. She will go out of her way to assist you with anything you need. If there are any problems with the villa, she will sort it within a few hours.
One of our party actually realised as we were boarding the plane home, that he had left the keys to his car parked in the UK in the villa! He called Angela, who is now arranging to have them posted back!
Absolutely great service!
Thank you Angela for everything.

A lovely villa
It was the second time we have stayed at this villa and, once again, it proved to be a great choice. The booking process was very straightforward and was handled via Angela, who manages the property, with payment to her via bank transfer. Communication on the booking and arrival details etc was very easy. The property was very clean when we arrived and, although there were one or two maintenance issues initially, these were very quickly resolved for us.
You definitely need a car if you're going to stay here, but as long as you don't mind driving to beaches and restaurants etc, it's a very handy location. There is one restaurant that is about a ten minute walk if you want a night off from driving and other places deliver.

Perfect holiday house for our family of 7 persons
We found the house on Homeaway - very good dialogue with the manager Ms. Angela Parouti - we payed directly with bank transfer - fast feedback on everything. The Villa was easy to find, clean and in good condition. The pool are is huge and has a cosy BBQ area with shade. All rooms with aircon, really nice for a July holiday. Nice area for biking and running. Local restaurant To Filotimo has a delicious Meze, go there friday/saturday.

We had a wonderful stay. Angela was very serviceminded
Nice house with everything you need. Car is required because it is located a little distance from Larnaca.
15min from the airport. Wonderful with own pool. Unfortunately, one of us got sick and we had to call for ambulance, unfortunately they had not a updated GPS for the area so they found it hard to find the street. Quiet area, close to the motorway that goes to Nicosia and Limassol.

Comfortable Stay
A well presented villa with good quality, comfortable furnishings. Thoughtfully stocked with everything you require to make it home from home. Private sun terrace and pool. Only about 20 mins from Larnaka airport and a few minutes drive from local amenities.
Our group of 6 adults used the villa as a base whilst attending a shooting competition at the nearby Larnaka Olympic Shooting Range. Although the venue was no more than 10 minutes drive away, you couldn't hear any noise from there whilst the competition was in progress.
The villa is one amongst several in a small development a few minutes from the main road to Larnaka, so we found it very easy to get to most places. An ideal location, and a comfortable villa which is well looked after. Angela who manages the property was very helpful and informative with suggestions of places to eat and buy provisions. (Excellent bakery only a couple of minutes down the road).

Lovely villa
Arrivaldate 17/10/2017
We had a wonderful stay in Alethriko with family and friends, a total of 4 adults + 4 children.
The house was inviting, spacious and clean, with a large living room and a kitchen with everything you need to cook at home.
Bedrooms with comfortable. Patio with BBQ where we could hang out all evening.
What was a minus the house was that the sun did not he and warm the pool so it was more for dipping.
The villa is close to the Airport and wonderful service and directions from Angela who came out to the villa the second day.
Thank you for a holiday in the sun :)

Lovely Family Villa
We have just come back from a two week family holiday. Lovely Villa, clean and well presented throughout.
This was our first family holiday with my daughter who is 11 months and Angela was fab with providing us a high chair, cot and even left her toys to play with :)
Angela was very helpful at all times and payments went through all ok.
The villa is situated in a lovely village and not far from mackenzy beach in larnaca.
There is a small supermarket that we found called Smart which we preferred from the larger supermarkets as it was cheaper.
Would recommend Kokkos Restaurant .. one regret that we didn't go there more often but be warned they are close on Sundays and Mondays.
Overall very happy with our stay but would recommend you hiring a car if you want to view more of Cyprus.

Amazing!!!
We had a fabulous stay at anassa villa. The villa is light, modern and comes with all modcons. I can honestly say is surpassed our expectations! It is everything you see in the photos. The booking was smooth and angela was great with all the details, answering all my questions and helping with car hire and taxis.
We were a group of 6 which included 4 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 6. They loved the pool and we spent every day in it! The gas BBQ was great and we used that a few times too! The location is great for getting to larnaca and Limassol both of which have a great range of bars and restaurants. The local bakery was great for provisions and the food delivery service provided by Marina was also great on those days you didn't want to cook or go out!

Relaxing family break
We had a wonderful two week stay at the villa. It was plenty big enough for two families of four and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the 40+ temperatures. The children spend most of the day in the pool and the sun loungers were very comfy for the adults. The village is still under development but the bakery sells lots of delicious breads, cakes and snacks and the Meze at both local tavernas were very yummy. A car is a must and you can reach the beach for a dip and a sun downer in about 15 minutes, which we did most days. Highly recommend a trip to the Troodos Mountains, well worth the drive. Plenty of cycle routes and running routes around but set out early to avoid the heat.
Thanks to Angela who was very helpful before and during our stay and was on hand to answer any questions and to iron out any queries.
A super holiday!

Excellent Villa
All of the good comments in the previous reviews were well deserved. The property is excellent with everything you could need, not least a spacious pool area with lots of sun and also shade when required. Angela lives up to her reputation and made communication and the booking process very easy and highly efficient.
This was a perfect choice

Great value property.
The property was well provided for and clean with additional facilities of bicycles and pool table. The location suited our requirements. The villa is only a short run to the motorway which allowed us to travel to Nicosia and Limassol within 40 minutes and to Larnaca in 20 minutes. Angela Parouti, the villa manager, welcomed us and made sure we were happy with the facilities and made it clear that she was on call if anything was a concern. We would certainly return as a family to make use of the facilities and location again
