Do melhor e do pior

Dos espaços exteriores, piscina, jardins, restaurantes, buffet. Bom pequeno-almoço com pianista a tocar. É simpático termos fervedor de água no quarto com chás e cafés. Boa cama.

O wi-fi do hotel é muito fraco e quase não funciona. A TV do quarto deve aceder a um servidor que não tem capacidade pois durante uma semana nunca conseguimos ver nada - imagem sempre parada. As almofadas são horríveis, parecem balões de ar. Muito desconfortáveis. A loiça do buffet está mal lavada. A maioria dos pratos estão sujos ou têm restos agarrados. Tinhamos que escolher 3 ou 4 até encontrar um limpo. Embora a regra afixada diga que é proibido reservar espreguiçadeiras com as toalhas, na verdade é a regra utilizada. Chegámos a ver uma família de 8 que de manhã colocavam as toalhas, iam para a praia e só ao final da tarde é que ocupavam as cadeiras. Uma vergonha!! A casa de banho dos quartos não permite qq privacidade. Para um jovem casal de namorados, não me parece muito romântico partilhar sons e cheiros menos agradáveis pelo quarto. Muito constrangedor!! A cabine da sanita apenas tem uma divisória com um vidro fosco que nem vai até ao teto. Modernices!! A praia fica longe a pé e o barco movido a energia solar que faz a travessia para a praia é uma boa ideia ecológica mas o funcionamento está mal organizado, principalmente à hora de almoço qd há mais gente a transportar pois só há 2 barcos e durante cerca de 2 horas só funciona um barco pois os barqueiros fazem cada um deles uma paragem de 1 hora para almoçarem. Chegámos a estar quase 1/2 hora à espera, numa fila com mais de 50 pessoas, com água acima dos joelhos, pois a maré sobe àquela hora e o barco só leva 8-10 pessoas de cada vez e é lento. Enquanto este fazia uma travessia, os barcos dos outros resorts faziam 3-4 travessias. Deveriam rever esta falta de eficiência. A piscina coberta estava pouco limpa e as paredes até tinham verdete. Botões do jacuzzi avariados.

De certeza que será para repetir

A localização, a qualidade do buffet e os serviços que estão disponíveis para o cliente. Há gestos que fazem a diferença, como uma flor ao pequeno almoço ou uma bola de Berlim a meio de uma tarde, menos solarenga.

Da animação no rooftop terminar às 22:30/23:00. Mas sei que a culpa não é do hotel.

Buen hotel en el Algarve

Buen hotel. Cómodo y limpio. Spa coqueto y, aunque pequeño, era muy agradable con vistas al exterior. El personal muy servicial. Comida correcta, a veces un poco de batalla. Grill de pescado recomendable.

Las bebidas: los coctails eran todos prefabricados y las marcas no eran las mejores.

Zimmer schön, Empfang freundlich, Lage abseits Erst 3 Jahre altes Haus

Zimmer hellhörig, Speisesaal zu klein, unheimliches Gewusel beim Frühstücken, das AI Konzept bringt mit sich das das überwiegende UK Publikum die Annehmlichkeiten des Alkoholkonsums genießt..,,,manchmal mit entsprechenden Nebenwirkungen.

Good value for money

Hotel facilities. Having 3 restaurants to choose from. Rooftop view to the river and pool. Great pool with good water temperature. Adults only hotel it's great. Free boats to the beach.

The cocktails from the pool bars were not good, because most of them were from a automatic machine. But, when asking for the same drink in the rooftop bar it's totally different. The breakfast used to have more options last year. There aren't enough sunbeds and shadows near to the pool for all guests.

Localização numa zona muito bonita, tranquila e apenas a 15 minutos a pé do centro de Cabanas. Funcionários muito atentos e simpáticos. Área da piscina ampla com 2 bares funcionais. A cama do quarto é muito confortável. Bom pequeno almoço

Nice resort with some flaws

Modern renovated hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Thumb-up! The outdoor pool is just great and there is enough space all around it. The highlight remains the rooftop pool and bar. There is also a boat service to reach the beach.

The food is definitely not a highlight, especially at dinner time. Lack of quality and mainly not really warm. The bathroom in our room was smelling the sewer - a very BAD experience - and it could not be fixed! Quite disturbing were some very noisy and respectless groups of people. A real shame as it could be a great holiday place.

Really nice place to stay and relax for a couple of days. Totally amazed by the food and staff efficiency

All the facilities, organised and clean hotel. The food is amazing in all meals, plenty of different options. Staff really nice. The rooftop pool and the spa to relax. The amazing boat that take us to the beach 👌🏼

The air conditioner was a bit noisy and switch off during the night with no reason. Lack of privacy of the bathroom in the room, the white curtain doesn’t cover much.

Recomend going, excellent choice

New hotel so everything was renovated with a new style, staff was super nice, condition were excellent, hotel parking was easy to get without a reservation and they had several electric chargers where you could charge for free inside the garage

The breakfast was a buffet with limited options. Would be better to have a buffet and a à la carte breakfast option considering there are 2 breakfast restaurants

Lovely hotel , perfect getaway for 5 nights, very good value for money, very clean, friendly helpful staff. We ate at the buffet style restaurant most of the time, which had lots of options and good food. Beautiful sunsets from the roof bar.

Ria Restaurant and the Gym were excellent. The hotel is stylish and modern. The room was spacious and generally clean (apart from the shower). Plenty of sunbeds even for mid July.

Uncomfortable beds and sunbeds. Buffet food was good but hit and miss. Generally a good selection of food but it could be varied a bit more. The food sometimes got cold quickly. The shower was VERY mouldy it was horrible and leaked onto the floor. We stayed 10 nights are only allowed 2 trips / vpuchers to Ria Restaurant and 1 to The Grill, felt a bit cheeky as that's not mentioned anywhere.

Fabulous!

We had such a brilliant time! The hotel was gorgeous, the staff were incredibly attentive, and the food was great, we particularly loved the Ria restaurant. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and grill buffet by the pool and our room was very comfortable.

the number of people reserving beds by the pool in the morning then not using them was really frustrating especially as the hotel says you are not allowed to reserve beds. Also I was travelling with a friend so the slightly see through shower wall into the bedroom wasn't ideal. As it’s 4* i would have expect robes in the bedroom. We had a brilliant time and these things by no means overshadowed our experience But thoughtt it would be good to flag

Beautiful spot, rooms always clean and perfect for couples vacation.

The music, a DJ plays twice a day the same type of music which is dance/dub but the venue is people over a certain age or may not like that music. When the DJ would play a lot would leave as it wasn't great and I feel the venue should put on a different variety of music for the night entertainment.

Nice wow factor but let down by food and entertainment.

the hotel itself is beautiful and had a real wow factor when you arrive. The rooftop is a fantastic spot. The cleaniness of the rooms was exceptional the cleaning staff are amazing.

Unfortunately the food was not great, very limited selection and not enough information on allergies. we were all inclusive but unfortunately most things were an ‘extra cost’ didn’t feel like all inclusive. it rained a few days we were there and they was nothing to do in the hotel no pool table/table tennis very little evening entertainment. lastly pool is actually really dirty.

lovely spot to spend a week relaxing, swimming and having a good and quiet time.

Beautiful views (high mix recommend the sea view room), lovely staff and very clean!

Food was decent but pretty similar after staying there for a week. Pretty far away from any major city and no offers to do activities outside of a boat tour. We wanted to Kitesurf and asked if there was a spot nearby - we were recommended a spot around 60km out. after googling we found a fantastic spot 15min on foot from the hotel and had a blast. staff is not well enough informed on surroundings. DJ that plays in the afternoon is unnecessary and it’s always the same music, i would highly prefer without as it is really loud at the pool. but other than that it was great!

Great new professionally run hotel in a delightful location .

The pool was delightful, the staff lovely and the ambience, exceptional. The buffet dining was good but we were happy that we hadn’t booked all inclusive as there were restaurants in the locality and Tavira to experience.

The spa facilities were a nice additional surprise but turned out to be a bit busy for my liking. I wasn’t too sure about the glass walled en-suites either, although the shower was very nice.

Incredible stay, we will for sure come back with friends, as it is a very group friendly hotel!

Everything!! The resort has everything you could possibly want. The pools were great, the rooms very comfortable and with great views. The food was diverse and really tasty, a lot of options for drinks too!

The SPA was always full, maybe for the size of the resort it could be best to have a bigger one, but it was still great! For the quality of the food would be nice to also have some smoothies or natural juices for the main courses.

Could be better

The property and it’s decoration is beautiful! Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was so nice. The tiles by the pool are awful. They had entertainment by the pool, it was cool to watch.

The staff and the bar weren’t very organized. You could tell they were tired and lacking people, seemed very short staffed… I won’t go into detail, but the Brazilian girl (sorry I don’t know her name) was really nice, helpful and polite. When we arrived at the hotel we still had to wait over an hour for our room, it was not nice. Check in was at 2pm, we checked in at almost 4pm and they didn’t even apologize for ir or try to make up for it. I think they need to revise their staff in general, from what I saw.
