Gastvrijheid, accomodatie buiten in de tuin schaduwrijk,het krijgen van een prive parkeerplek

Accesul în apartament nu a putut fi facuta la ora 14 .00 cum am fost informați . Acest lucru nu a fost tocmai plăcut,având în vedere că eram obosiți și abia așteptăm să ne cazam.....

O pensiune la indemana oricui tranziteaza orasul

Curat, liniste, personal foarte prietenos.

A fost cam frig noaptea si nu exista posibilitatea sa incalzesti putin camera.

A fost o experienta frumoasa, multumim Gasthof Sara pentru gazduire.

Camera a fost curata si luminoasa, micul dejun diversificat si foarte gustos.

Baia foarte mica si era putin deranjant ca nu exista o perdea sau o usa la dus, de asemenea si ventilatorul din baie era putin deranjant.

Rude and unmindful staff, noisy area, decent breakfast

Decent breakfast although half is processed foods, tge only reason I rated a 3 and not 1 star.

Very rude staff, cold room, noisy area. Why I said rude staff: although the reservation was pay at the property and we called beforehand to confirm that we will keep it they called and told us we are irresponsible and bad tourists for not making the transfer before 🤔🤯. When we told them we cannot stay in 17 degrees with our 6 months old baby they said on a very rude and disturbing tone again that they will fix the problem and that it will become hot in the room (it reached a max of 20 degrees and then dropped to 18 in the morning) and the next morning when asked about the situation they said that the heating was enough and baby should be kept at 17 degrees because is healthier 😡. At breakfast there was a staff member using a rude tone telling people including us to take less food ( I had literally one egg and few slices of cheese on tge plate because I don’t eat processed meat) 😲 instead of having a poster to promote sustainability and no waste policy or simply telling people at check in on a normal tone. We had like one hour left until check out and I was in the room putting my baby down for a nap before the road when a staff member stormed into the room without checking if we left or even knock and startled the baby who started crying 🤬, thank God we were decent in the room and avoided a worse situation.

Next time o will go somewhere else….

Very welcoming and nice attitude.

I book a double family bedroom with 2 beds and they try to give me one room with only one bed. They don’t give me breakfast because I come with 2 kids and I booked a double family bedroom for 4 guests but still refused to offer breakfast because of the kids… Empty kitchen, no forks, spoons or anything else. On advertising was described something else. No microwave, no plates, no instant coffee or any treats. Broken socket, missing co2 alarms and smoke detectors….

Gasthof Sara is a very good place where you can relax and has many connections with points of intere

The accommodation was prompt, very fast, within half an hour of booking the room, my husband and I arrived at the respective location and everything was arranged. We could go straight to the room to take a shower and rest after a long drive. The next day we woke up rested, had a very varied and very good breakfast and set off again. It was nice to meet the owners of the location, who are very nice and welcoming people. A pleasant, clean and peaceful place.

I can't remember anything now, I think everything was ok.

I liked everything! We booked a room in 15 mis before arrival in the late evening. Very quickly received keys from room, owners proposed leave our car in the yard which was very pleasantly. It's clean and quiet place where you feels like at home ;)

Superb

The room was very clean and pretty, also the distance with city centre was amazing. Actually we've been to a lot of places and lot of hotels around Europe but this was the prettiest/cleanest one. We appreciated the AC in the room and the private bathroom. Also the remote controler for the window louver was cool. Anyway, we enjoyed the stay, thanks:)

We had a problem with hot water.. we had to wait maaybe 10 minutes til it started to flow. When it came, there were just few drops of hot water. But we managed.

A place to avoid at all costs, there are better options.

The bed was good and the ladies at the reception were polite.

They didn't have an iron for clothes neither at the room or at the reception, which is a very basic thing to have. Instead, they let me use a tiny messy room at the back, which would be ok, if I haven't been followed by a worried woman (who I assume was the owner), who rushed me out of the place after 5 min. Breakfast wasn't good or in a good portion, there was a dead fly over the table and I got sick the whole day after eating it.

Excellent for All Travellers

Our experience with Gasthof Sara was a wonderful experience. The owners were very kind and accommodating with our family. They were professional and very helpful. Rooms were perfect with air conditioning and very clean. Shampoos, etc. were provided. Our family loved the calm, relaxing patio, ping pong table, courtyard and room balconies. Beverages and a nice breakfast were on site and other delicious food close by and available for delivery. The owners arranged timely airport transportation and personally saw that we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Everything was excellent. We have no complaints.
