Newly purchased home in 2019 - An absolute gem ; This gorgeous recently renovated and Totally remodeled 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Ranch has all new furniture. Every fixture and light has been replaced with modern pieces. All TVs are new ! This listing has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and MORE to make your vacation the best ever. The Great Room is an extremely spacious area ( high ceilings and Open floor plan)with comfortable seating, a 60 inch flat screen TV , open to the kitchen and dining area. Plenty of room to entertain friends and family.

The Lake cottage is very easily accessible to the Ritz Carlton ( 15 minutes by land or water) and surrounded by 5 legendary resort golf courses ( designed by Fabio, Nicklaus, Cupp and Jones).
The historic towns of Madison, Athens, Greensboro and Eatonton are just a short drive away.
