Very roomy and comfortable! All the dishes, cookware, linens, bed pillows and towels you will need! Super nice host. She was available 24/7, but we never had to call for anything! Nice location. Nice big laundry room and 2 car garage. The mattress in the master BR was comfortable, but the adilts who slept in the twin beds said they weren't comfortable. Nice spacious back yard. I will book again if I go Lubbock!

A very comfortable and safe place to stay. It was nicely furnished.
We were quite surprised and disappointed to find that it is only a 2 bathroom property and was listed as 3 bathooms. The tubs and shower tiles had mildew and rust. It was extremely dusty—air vents, fan blades and many decorative silk items were covered with dust. However it was a convenient place for us to stay.

Great place to relax and enjoy the weekend with our Red Raider.

The property location was great for the Tech game and events. Neighborhood was quiet. The host was accessible and had everything ready for us. My only suggestion is to upgrade matresses.

This is the most uncomfortable Vrbo I have ever stayed at therefor we will never stay here again. The beds are horrible. I slept on army mattresses more comfortable. You provide coffee but no sweetener or creamer. The outside light by the door was burnt out so when we arrived my 70 yr old mother couldn’t see the avoid falling. Other light inside were burnt out as well. Ratty towels and washcloths was not what I would put off for my guests. Most furniture looked liked it was picked up from goodwill. Lots of wood glue, dining room chairs were wobbly. The main shower sprayed everywhere at connection where plumbers tape was not working. I usually don’t write reviews at all other places have been great. Given the amount paid I expected more.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this pretty and very comfotable home. I could tell someone took great care in preserving the homey vibe and that was immensley appreciated.
We had an easy time locating the home and eith the written instructions found it easy to navigate the home and amenities.
The only disappointment was not finding the remote for the DVD player.Everything was personable and truly accommodating. Everyone who saw the home oohed and aawed how nice it was. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who visits Lubbock. Thank you so very much.

Comfortable living room furniture and kitchen dining furniture. So nice to end our busy days in the cool rooms.
The Cleaner missed getting corners with vacuum. Not professionally cleaned, e.g. dishes needed washed before using, tubs had cracked tiles with mildew, and towels were older and bleach stained, etc. Needed additional blankets. Maintenace was needed on fridge and disposal.
Lovely hostess. Instructions were easy to follow.

This house was perfect for my group of friends and me while in town for a hunting trip. Karen was very welcoming and called us on the way in to greet us and give details about the house.

Great location to campus and the loop to get to south Lubbock. The house is very clean but hasn't been updated at all and could really use it in kitchen and bathrooms. You can't beat the price for a group of people and a place to sleep and take showers. The property manager was very communicative and had nice touches for hospitality!

Weekend get away
Overall we enjoyed our stay! We gave it a low rate in the cleanliness on account of the blinds and furniture along with the fake plants were horribly dusty and that didn't go well with allergies :( for the money we paid in cleaning alone was crazy high for what we thought would be cleaner then what it was.

It was so nice to walk in and see the home was decorated for us for our Christmas visit. The property manager was kind and thoughtful. We had a very comfortable stay.

Great place to stay in NW Lubbock
This was a great little property in NW Lubbock in a quiet neighborhood. It was great for a family of 4 coming down to visit family. Karen, the property owner, does a great job a making you feel welcome by providing snacks and bathroom necessities for you to use. Only issues with the house was some of the light switches didn't function properly (front exterior) and the TV system was a little difficult to figure out. But besides that, it was a great place to stay. Photos are accurate of the listing.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay here. We came to town to visit family and it was super convenient location, plenty of room for all of us (we were four, but it clearly hosts at least 6). Nice back yard and being able to use the garage was big bonus. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. We would stay again.
