Good location. Could have better locks.

Great location.

Door not very secure. You can still open it even with the deadbolt locked. No peephole to see who is at the door. And no buzzer to let anyone in the building.

No sé ve la catedral desde todos los apartamentos

Que estaba muy cerca del centro y pudimos aparcar cerca porque era agosto

Que en las fotos se ve cómo que ves la Catedral pero luego nos dieron un apartamento por la parte de detrás y no sé veía como en las fotos. Eso no me gustó nada

Excellent location in the middle of town right next to the cathedral

Excellent location in the middle of town right next to the cathedral and close to restaurants. The apartment was clean and as the pictures show. I expected to come to a quiet Burgos with everything closed as it was on a Sunday, but came to a town in celebration with a concert right outside on the square which was fun, so I wasn't disturbed by the music.

Very late access at 4pm and impersonal check-in via a machine. Be aware that they charge a deposit of €150 which they pay back if you leave the apartment in good condition. This was not something that was clearly communicated via Booking.com

Lovely city, unwelcoming apartment

The apartment is in the old centre of Burgos. The room is very new, the building is renovated and has an atmosphere of luxury. Burgos is a great and pleasant city

The entry procedure with an incheck-machine was unnecesarily complicated, unfriendly and stressful. We have visited many self-catering apartments before, but this one was by far the most complicated way to get in. The apartment cannot be reached by car, so you have to park elsewhere and take your luggage on foot. We were 'welcomed' by a message of the host, stating all sorts of penalties we could expect if we would not behave well. So altogether it was a bad and very unwelcoming start for our stay.

Perfect stay in Burgos! You will love it!

Love love love this place! I stayed in both the 2 bedroom and the 1 bedroom. Everything was so clean and comfortable, I felt at home and the views were fabulous. Super good location. I will be back!

Not much to add here, just a few more kitchen items otherwise its perfecto 👌

Las apariencias engañan. Negativo tras negativo

Estaba limpio

Nada más llegar una alarma en el apartamento contiguo sin parar de sonar. Justo debajo hay 10 bares de copas abiertos hasta las 4 am. Después pasan las máquinas a limpiar por lo que dormir es algo imposible. Ni tapones ni doble acristalamiento. La temperatura de la habitación en pleno febrero no subía de 21° y el agua de la ducha vamos a llamarla templada. El motivo de mi alojamiento era que tenía prácticas de la universidad en las que solo tenía 1,5 h para comer y el primer día cuando volví al apartamento para hacerme la comida se había ido la luz. Para el resto me ofrecían una habitación de hotel SIN cocina por el mismo precio que yo pagué, algo injusto que me ofrezcan algo inferior, además no iba a tirar la comida que compré para varios días. Así que dormía en un sitio y hacía vida en otro, surrealista para el precio que pagué por el apartamento. Seguro los que habría mejores pero me dejé llevar por las apariencias.

Mala experiencia

La ubicación sin duda

En los alrededores mucho ruido a la hora de la siesta y hasta las 2 de la mañana por la cantidad de sitios que había debajo El aire acondicionado difícil de graduar,nadie te explica nada porque aunque la recepción es 24 h no están allí físicamente algo que les ahorrar dinero pero de cara al cliente no es cómodo.Tuve que llamar varias veces porque no me dejaba hacer el check in,se hace en una máquina,que creo que para gente más mayor les resultaría complicado.No nos dejaba pedir el duplicado de la llave y tuve que llamar tres veces y volver a bajar a por la llave a la máquina Lo peor es que la ducha slaia fría porque estaba roto el termostato y vuelvo a decir que como no hay recepción ni personal lo que nos ofrecieron después de mandarnos un vídeo explicativo de la ducha y darse cuenta que no es que no supiéramos es que estaba roto,nos teníamos que subir a duchar a otro apartamento en la tercera planta.Superincomoda ya que nos teníamos que subir la ropa en la mano y luego volver a cambiarnos después de ducharnos para ponernos ropa de dormir .No pudimos ducharnos para cenar porque no nos dio tiempo solo a mis hijos ya que estuvimos mucho rato intentando que funcionra la de nuestro apartamento hasta que ya nos ido la opción de ducharnos en el otro pero no nos cambiaron de apartamento Menos mal que sólo pasamos una noche,ya que dudo mucho que arreglaran el grifo .Inconveniente de no tener personal en el propio edificio

Todo estaba increíble. Alojamiento muy bien equipado, en pleno centro de la ciudad y muy bien de precio. El check-in muy fácil de hacer de forma autónoma. Con ascensor.

Beautiful Burgos Apartment

The location was exceptional, we had a little enclosed balcony overlooking the Cathedral. The lady we spoke to was very helpful. We'd arrived earlier than expected so she arranged for us to check-in early. She had really good English and made us feel very welcome

There was an automated Check in system which was quite arduous. To be fair, it worked well but took ages, requiring all the passport numbers to be keyed in etc. The apartment was beautifully equipped, but a couple of extra things would have made it even better. For example, the knives were good and sharp but no chopping board and there was a bottle opener but no wine glasses. The shower was also great, well laid out etc but the water temperature was regulated so it was just a bit too tepid.

La ubicación al lado de la catedral.

El check in lo haces con una máquina. El estudio no tiene vistas a la catedral, dan las ventanas a una calle con un bar muy chulo y jaleo hasta las 4 de la mañana. A mejorar: tener alguna copa de vino y mantenimiento de la pintura.

Apartamento súper acogedor y súper bien ubicado

El apartamento estaba súper bien, limpio, cuidado en detalles y con unas vistas preciosas que daban a la parte trasera de la catedral

Cuando reservamos nos pegamos un susto con el depósito que hay que dejar de 300€ a modo de fianza porque nunca nos lo habían pedido, pero nos lo devolvieron súper rápido y al final fue de la mitad

Nice basic apartment ery close to the city center.

Everything was very "basic" - three glasses, three cups etc. But you cannot enjoy a glass of wine and a have a glass of water at the same time. There were som basic things in the kitchen when we arrived - salt, sugar, coffee etc. But all in a very limited amount - I would say symbolic.

Nordic style, simple, neat and stylish. In the very center of city.

Maybe is it too noisy during weekend or holiday for family with little children. Out of the window, bar in the sleeping area and party in the living area. The soundproof is good enough and the out of window party was just like background music at night.

What's not to like? Amazing location just a few meters from Burgos Catedral, great photo ops for couples. And the apartment was clean and equipped with all modern conveniences.

I'm still thinking but nothing stands out. It was a really sweet place in a great location at a decent price.

Excellent location for all of the sites and nightlife of Burgos but noisy and difficult to enter.

The initial room was just above the street and was extremely loud. We called the management and they let us change to different room on the other side of the hotel. That was appreciated. The rooms were stylish and very clean.

The entry was difficult. We had a difficult time using the machine at the entry to get the room key. Luckily another client was able to assist us. After a long drive, difficulty parking and hauling our luggage it was not an enjoyable to enter the hotel.

Disappointing due to the noise issues

Absolutely impossible to get any sleep at this property as it is above bars and has no sound proofing that works. First night maybe a couple of hours after 5.00am but the second night even worse even though we stayed out till 2.30am. The bars below drag chairs and tables around when they are closing around 4.30am and afterwards the area seems to be a meeting point for people who don't want to go home. Seriously don't stay here.

perfect location, well appointed and clean. just what we needed

Found check in frustrating as scanner for passport to get access to room was difficult to use. it took us over half a hour to check in and no help from phone line. Once we gained access it was perfect 👍
