Avoid place. Not clean and overpriced

Location

Nightmare… hotel was not clean, shower wasn’t working. Mini fridge was rusty and dirty. undergoing a major renovation which had demolition work starting at 7:30. Party people making noise early morning and no staff to keep order and quiet hours. We requested a discount based on the issues and did not got one. It is an expensive place compared to other propierties Avoid at all costs and use San Cristobal hotel instead

I definitely have plans to book this hotel again.

I would definitely stay at hotel Zipolite again. Great location, nice big rooms, and hot water with good water pressure. Nice and friendly staff. The internet was a little iffy at times. The hotel is located right in the heart of Zipolite. Close to all the restaurants. This is not a nudist hotel, you need to cover yourself until you got to the beach. Definitivamente me alojaría en el hotel Zipolite de nuevo. Excelente ubicación, bonitas habitaciones grandes y agua caliente con buena presión de agua. Personal agradable y amable. Internet era un poco dudoso a veces. El hotel está situado justo en el corazón de Zipolite. Cerca de todos los restaurantes. Este no es un hotel nudista, tienes que cubrirte hasta llegar a la playa.

Internet was a little iffy at times.

Love this hotel will be going back

Rooms were a good size, had a fridge in them and staff were very friendly and helpful Chairs looking out onto the ocean

Aged furniture the drawers in the room didn’t work but not a big factor only because it was asked

The hotel facilities and amenities are worn out. My bath towel had a big hole. It’s overpriced.

Location, It’s right on the beach and on the main street.

All amenities are worn out. Bedding was okay.

Clean, convenient, and right on a beautiful nude beach. Everyone is very relaxed.

We woke to a Cafe and bakery just outside our doorstep, and many choices for a full breakfast nearby, that didn't even require putting on shoes.

el hotel tiene una estupenda ubicación, y el personal es muy amable y atentos siempre para brindar apoyo

Mienten cuando dicen que si tienen servicio de internet. la señal es pésima. cuando rellenan los botes de shampoo y acondicionador solo ponen un cm de liquido. se nota que limitan y hacen ahorros mal entendidos. las toallas son muy viejas y de mala calidad, no ponen toalla de manos ni tapete de piso.

Hood value for excellent location

On the beach but with a large swimming pool. Easy walk to restaurants

Rooms do not face ocean but on to a car parking lot...not very scenic surroundings!

It's right by the beach and well located for a stroll down the main lane. It has a fridge and a big TV.

We only got one towel (we were 3 people) and no soap. The pool didn't look very clean and the chemicals were applied while my daughter was swimming. They should have just asked her to step out for 10 min or done it a bit later. The bathroom could use reconstructing. If you need internet, the connection is not great.

Superb

Nice pool. Near to beach. Centrally located. Fridge in room.

No breakfast options. Pool didn't open until 09h00. No bedside lamp. It was fully lit or fully dark.

Will not come back, dismal experience with front desk

Great location

Dismal experience with front desk. We initially reserved a room for 4 people, but later decided to book two rooms for two people each instead. The rooms are all the same, they accommodate up to 4 people, but they are cheaper if you book for 2. We wrote to the hotel through Booking to notify of the change well before the allowed cancellation date, but they never responded, and once we arrived the reception guy told us we would have to pay the initial rate, and kept telling us we had to sort this out through Booking, while Booking told us we had to sort it out with the hotel. The problem was not solved and we had to pay the 4 people rate.

Basic accommodation, but great for a stay in central Zipolite

Basic hotel with rooms/bathrooms that need updating, but great for a short stay in Zipolite. Location is perfect, right on the beach and in the centre of town and the pool is super nice for cooling off. Air con appreciated too. Would recommend!

Exceptional

This spot was so perfect that we have already made reservations to come back for New Years Eve. There are a couple of rooms of with snowbirds from Canada that stay for several months, they were a pleasure to meet and hang out with. Rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. Our rental car had a safe spot. The beach is on one side and then the small tourist strip on the other. All the places we went to eat were really good. The hotel has umbrellas and chairs for you to use. The wifi is unpredictable but that's normal for a beach hotel. On the first floor the rooms have hammocks. it was incredibly quiet.

The perfect place to relax and disconnect

The location is great, we just walk down the hall and we were on the beach, the pool was perfect to relax and hang out with some of the other guests. And on top of that the staff was really nice :)

Best value for hotel in Zipolite. Would go back!

Best value in Zipolite, good location (beach, main street), yet quiet. Motel style, has air conditioning, private bathroom, hot water, mini fridge, all working fine, and pool. Excellent quality to price. 24 hr reception desk. Cleaning staff friendly.

Communication with Reception. Bed sheets clean but stained. No safe in room. No drinking water dispenser or free water bottles. I had to leave one day early, but hotel did not respond to request to reimburse last day (prepaid).

This hotel is a great value if you’re looking for AC and a pool right on the beach.

Fantastic beach location, nice pool, friendly staff.

Very disappointed

There wasn’t breakfast included . I didn’t like anything about this place

First of all there was not hot water and it was really annoying . There is no place where you can hang your swimwear after the beach. Its ground flor so is very noisy. The bed 🛌 is uncomfortable and the price is too high for a room like that . I don’t recommend to anyone this place unless there is nothing less around . Bye

The location was perfect and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and always accommodating!

We had some challenges with the WI-FI which was a problem for my friend that had to work while we were visiting.
