ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE:
Caloundra Beach Townhouse is a Pet friendly, freestanding 3 bedroom home.
400m to Beach, 200m to Restaurants / Shops / Cafes (Our Main St).
Fully fenced with a grassed courtyard area at the front, room to roam around the side and a rear undercover entertainment area with BBQ & outdoor setting, it is an ideal vacation and location for the entire family, including your four legged family member.
The Townhouse is located at the back of the block in a quiet complex.
The generous open plan living / kitchen area, fully tiled with a comfy lounge suite, 101cm T.V, Dvd and Free WiFi. The living area has fixed temp air conditioning (24 degrees).
The black granite kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Coffee machine for grinds and a Coffee machine for Pods.
The 3 upstairs bedrooms are comfy and Carpeted.
The main bedroom has the warmth of a timber/rattan Queen bed and the comfort of air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The main bedroom also has a T.V.
The second bedroom has a King Bed which converts into 2 Singles.
The third bedroom has a single bed with a Trundle (upon request).
Both with sliding glass doors to the balcony and ceiling fans.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a 2nd toilet downstairs.
This holiday home does have a Cleaning Expectation as no cleaning costs are incorporated into your holiday rental rate. Linens & Towels provided - Launder on departure. Cleaning expectations available upon request or a snapshot of Cleaning expectations can be found in "Photos". If you wish to NOT meet the Cleaning Expectation....A Cleaner can be booked on request, prior to arrival at a cost of $140.
The Cleaner is paid directly by you, an envelope will be left in the holiday home for payment.
The Townhouse presents as light, clean and comfortable with warm neutral tones and timbers.

Close to the Townhouse: Bulcock Beach & Esplanade, Happy Valley Parklands and the boardwalk to Kings Surf Beach or relax by the calm waters of Golden Beach which overlooks Pumicestone passage to views of Bribie island. Here you can hire boats (no licence required) and meandour over to the pristine National Park shores of Bribie.
Other local activities include: Surfing, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Skydiving, Kayaking, Fishing, Day & Sunset Cruises.

The Sunshine Coast has World Class diving Sites. One of the most popular is the wreck of the HMAS Brisbane, a former guided missile destroyer. It was sunk 2.8 nautical miles off the north-east coast of Mooloolaba on July 31st 2005.

The property was chosen primarily to allow us to holiday with our dog, Teddy. It turned out to be perfectly suited to dog owners with outdoor hose/shower and dog shampoo provided as well as a small fenced yard. Watercraft owners would also love the access to the garage for storage. The area was very quiet and short walk to the main street or Bulcock Beach. Teddy settled into the lifestyle perfectly.

We all had a wonderful stay. House was nice and clean on arrival, beds were freshly made and very comfortable. Communication with Simone was open and extremely generous.

Happy in Caloundra
A good choice, especially for a family with a dog. Owner Simone greets her guests to show them how everything works. Since it is her home-away-from home her care for the house is infectious, and sets the trend to treat it with the care you give your own home. The yard is fully enclosed.
Suller Street is a deceptively practical location: walking distance to the shops on Bulcock Street for the Sunday market, or another block to the Esplanade and the picturesque Pumice Stone Passage. IGA is a short walk, or if you prefer other outlets, they are not far off either.
Currimundi Beach, with its km of sand for the dog to run off-leach and socialise with other dogs, is a 10-minute drive, but who cares when the eventual walking (or swimming) is good for man and beast? Recommended.

Simone made the booking process and the stay easy and care free. Any extras you could possibly need are supplied in the home. It is spotlessly clean a plus with dog friendly accommodation. I have two very small dogs the yard was perfect nowhere they could escape. The home is located a walk away from the beach, cafes and restaurants and a short drive to all the activities around the Sunshine Coast. Would recommend.

Close to everything!
We booked this property for a weekend away. It did not disappoint. The place was immaculate. The amenities provided were everything we needed. The property itself is conveniently located and is close to beaches, the CBD and shopping precincts. Our dogs were welcome which we were extremely pleased to see. Simone made the whole process easy and was very quick to communicate with us. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away.

Simone's townhouse is in a perfect location for short walks to the beach, supermarket and loads of food options. It was a great place for our family including our little pup. Excellent gluten free food options nearby too.

We had typical QLD summer weather - heat, humidity, wind that turns sand into sandpaper & electrical storms. We felt safe and secure in the townhouse. The air com was a bonus. There are plenty of enjoyable attractions close by.

Best dog friendly accommodation
This property was fantastic. 3 min drive to my favourite beach with my dogs who thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is also very close to shops. Very clean and presentable. Perfect holiday retreat in great location
We found this accommodation was just as described and it was perfect for our Easter break. There was plenty of room for our 2 dogs to run around outside whilst we enjoyed the comfortable living area and got a good night’s sleep in the spacious bedrooms. The house is well equipped with everything you need and the host, Simone, communicated clear details on how to enter property and left lots of information about the local area. Beaches and shops are within walking distance and all in all we would thoroughly recommend this property for a short or long term stay.

Well equipped townhouse, Simone has added lots of extra touches to make the stay away from home that little bit special. You can walk to beaches, shops, restaurants,movies, events centre,markets all within a short walk. Lovely quite area so relaxing and caters well for fur kids.

The Perfect Set Up For Families With Kids and a Dog
Simone was a brilliant host and communicated with us every step of the way. The house is so well set out and all the extra little touches, like the hot water to the outdoor shower, baby gate for the stairs and fully equipped kitchen really made it easy for us to arrive and enjoy our holiday straight away. The location was ideal, the property was immaculately clean and modern - which is hard to find when you're looking for somewhere affordable AND dog-friendly. Most importantly the couches and beds were really comfy and cosy! Thanks Simone for a lovely stay!

Comfortable, dog-friendly, well equipped home
We had a lovely time at Caloundra Beach Townhouse. The yard is a really good size for the dog to run around in, and is well secured with a high fence. The dog is allowed inside downstairs, and there is a gate at the top of the stairs so no need to worry about your four legged friend straying upstairs. The back deck area was lovely to sit in the sun for breakfast, and had a servery to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything we needed for our four night stay. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of towels and linen, and extra bed covers for warmth. The location is great, being an easy five minute walk to a major shopping centre, and not much further to the beach. There is off street parking for two cars. Simone was very helpful and friendly during our contact with her. All in all, a great property. Highly recommended!

The house is cleverly set out and our dogs could sleep downstairs quite comfortably.Everything you need is there and Simone made great recommendations for breakfast and dinners out. The house is very central and we walked to dinner every night. Thanks for a lovely weekend!!!

After everything was unloaded from the car I relaxed on the lounge and thought "hmm I'd buy this place". After my company arrived they remarked "well we're ready to move in, let's split rent".
It's in a great location, Simone was extremely accommodating and hands off. The property is well furnished and well stocked. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks Simone.
