The property offers a great location by the lake with private beach access, clean amenities, and various watercraft available. Ideal for families with children.

Perfect spot for two families to spend a long holiday weekend. The lake Naomi club is right across the water and great for the kids - just row your boat across (note the club is an extra fee). House had everything we needed (note you have to bring your own sheets, towels - bath and pool). Dave and Kathy were very responsive.

We enjoyed being right on the lake and made wonderful memories of our vacation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in your mountain home. Being directly on the lake was a bonus as was canoeing on the lake. The house is clean and well maintained.

Another great time at this house

Stayed a couple nights with a buddy for a fishing trip. The place worked out well for our purpose being lakeside. Dave was super responsive leading up to and during our stay (appreciate that). House was nice, as several reviews point out it could use a little investment to modernize on a few fronts (furniture, cookware, BBQ, etc.).

It's a nice property, nice area, great stuff to do in the area. Lake is gorgeous as well

Great location and very clean. Loved Lake Naomi and everything it has to offer. Great the house offered kayaks. Beautiful private beach. Would be nice to have more deck furniture to enjoy the view. Sofas in main living room were uncomfortable.

Great place to stay for families with young children. Nothing too fancy, but a quaint home, nestled in the woods with a private beach where little kids cannot get into trouble. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful lakefront home with beach area and outside deck. Nice kitchen area with plenty of seating and nice size bedrooms. close to a lot of attractions

House was sparse but comfortable and perfect for having little kids around. The lakefront is shallow and there's no steep drop off, plus a little patch of sand made a perfect spot for kids to play/swim safely. The included boats were also great for kids - the rowboat fit the whole family and the canoe and kayaks were great options for longer paddles. Host was very responsive and helpful. A lot of the amenities are only available with a paid temporary membership which was steeper than I expected at $400+ for a week (even the community restaurant and beaches require a membership). I did like that this is not a gated community unlike many other poconos lakes, making coming/going much more pleasant. We paid the extra cost for linens which included bed sheets and 1 towel per person so we still brought towels for swimming and in hindsight would have brought a couple wash cloths/hand towels. Kitchen was well stocked with plates/cups/silverware etc. Overall we had a very fun stay and would consider returning!

The house is very comfortable and very well kept. It feels very private and has a wonderful gravel walk down to the beach on the property. This was perfect for the grandchildren. Lake Naomi itself is really attractive -- no motorboats or jet skis and fun to explore with the kids in the canoe and rowboat provided. The only negative was the noise from the community swimming pool across the water -- on the weekend there was occasionally loud music and announcements over a very loud PA system. Weekdays it was mostly quiet. We would definitely consider a return visit.

We had such a wonderful trip! The boats and private beach were great to have! The house is definitely older but worked well for our large group. Couches could use some updating.

The house was a nice lakefront property. It had everything you could ask for. The only thing lacking was ac in the bedrooms, the nights were cool so it really didn't affect us much. Having the boats was a great bonus. The club membership was nice being able to use the pools.

Our group (6 adults 4 kids) had an amazing time. The listing is exactly as described. We loved hanging on the little beach and using the kayaks/boats. We had beautiful weather. Everyone enjoyed themselves! The owner was very responsive as well. Very clean property.

I stayed here with my sister for the weekend. The site is lovely with a wooded path down to the small beach on the lake. It was beautiful and relaxing to sit by the lake or sit on the porch. The house has an excellent layout for just a couple of people or many. There are two bedrooms downstairs. We didn't even use the upstairs 3 bedrooms or bath. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. No problems with check in or check out. The only advice I would give the owner is that the living room furniture could be more comfy. I really appreciated the fact that it was sturdy and carefree and that makes sense in a rental. I would love it with kids. But for old ladies relaxing, it was a bit spartan.

Loved this house for the weekend. It was very clean which is very much appreciated! Had a beautiful lake view from the kitchen and living room. Easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay relaxing by the lake. We had plenty of room for our family. We were close to golf, casinos, hiking trails and shopping. We had a Wonderful time.

This home was probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in; the team that does the cleaning should be highly commended. The home was perfect for myself and my family of two adult children, their spouses and my four grandchildren ages 18 months to 6 years old. There was enough beds and bedrooms and the layout was great. We loved having the private beach right on the property and use of the kayaks and life jackets. We only left the property one evening to get ice cream nearby and we spent another day in Jim Thorpe where we enjoyed the LeHigh Scenic Railway and had lunch in town.
We chose to not purchase the temporary membership for the Lake Naomi Club and do not regret it. We had everything we could want right at the house.

I surprised my wife with this vacation to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. It was the perfect place to enjoy our children, relax, and share family stories. Lots of laughs. Everything you need is there for you, and Dave is a fantastic host. The lake is beautiful, and the private beach really puts this home over the top.

We enjoyed a terrific week at Dave's place in early June. The house is well appointed with 5 bedrooms. Beds in master and downstairs bedrooms were comfortable (didn't use the other upstairs bedrooms). We cooked alot and found the kitchen well equipped. It was great to have a selection of water craft: we used the two kayaks and the canoe to paddle all over lake Naomi. The lake is lovely and clean. Having a private beach made getting the boats in and out easy. We did swim although the water was still cold! The location is central to many activities. We enjoyed wine tasting at the Blue Ridge winery very much - with live music the night we were there. The Jubilee reastaurant is close and we had a good dinner there. Altogether a wonderful week at the lake!

We had a family get away with my four little boys, husband, mother in law, and brother in law. Everyone had space of their own and the kids loved eating daily at the huge kitchen bar. They also loved the access to the beach and water at all times even though it was cold! The badminton court saw lots of action as well. My only complaint was the couches, not comfortable at all. But since most of our time was spent outside or playing games at the kitchen table it didn’t affect us too much. Thanks for a wonderful get away!!

We loved staying here. The house is exactly as pictured and the private lakefront beach is just a perfect slice of peace and quiet and was great for our daughter to play and us to relax. We loved being able to use the kayaks and the lake is truly just a peaceful and quiet getaway for anyone needing it. We didn’t use all the lake Naomi club stuff due to covid but having lakefront we didn’t really need it or feel like we missed out. The house had everything we needed and great WiFi (which is needed since cell service is spotty). We would definitely stay here again!
