Avoid at any cost. Worst and only bad experience in 3 weeks in Piemonte. I've stayed with many dozens of hosts and hosted for years and love to put 9s and 10s, so when I put a 1 it means something. I made a mistake in my last minute booking, but it wasn't worth its face value and I was led to believe that I would be reimbursed so I left to avoid spending an overpriced night and still got charged. No photos on the listing and doesn't answer the phone (one number isn't even registered), I should have been more prudent. No official registration number on the listing either. I didn't notice, too bad, other listings tend to share this information.

Unfortunately bad service 😔

Seemed like a good deal and the location was perfect for my journey.

Not much, didn't get the chance. Right at the entrance I was asked to pay extra. Already paid online and now they asked me to pay more, almost double what I already paid before!!! When I refused I had to leave.
