La autenticidad tanto del lugar como del personal y propietario
Estuvo todo muy bien

When people talk about the hospitality found in Japan, the Airport Osaka went above and beyond! From there amazing communication to make sure that they would be able to pick us up from the train station, to making sure we were able to get food on our way to the hotel as we hadn't eaten all day, the family who own the hotel went above and beyond to make sure that we well treated.
They only draw back is that the hotel is a little challenging to get to. However, the owners graciously made up for the challenging location by driving us to and from the train station.

Great hosts, it is like coming over to your family. We were introduced in their house, with a drink and then introduced to our room and shared facilities. The owner picked us up, dropped us of to eat then dropped us of to go to the public bath and paid for it. And then also picked is up again (this was in the middle of the night). Very fortunate to have been here, unforgettable stay.
The room is divided by a paper thin door that anyone can open. It is also possibly to just peek into other rooms or get peeked in to. Because it is so thin you can hear everything! However we slept just fine!

Excellent service and very welcoming. Like staying with family. This was a very memorable stay. we were picked up and delivered to the station the next day with our massive bicycle boxes! These guys were so helpful. we loved the kitchen as we met other guests. very traditional- the real deal. everyone should try this.
The walls are close to your neighbours.

The people who ran the hotel provided amazing service even with a language barrier. They were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make our trip better.

the owner was extremely kind and nice; he was very warm and kind to us.
he didn’t speak English but he made sure in multiple ways that we could communicate (using google translate and other translating devices).
he brought us fruit, offered to pick us up and to bring us to the nearest station and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
the position is really good if you need to overnight in the airport or if you land late and want a room close to the airport without spending a fortune.
if it’s your first time in Japan, it’s also nice to experience the traditional ryokatan and sleep on the tatami mat; it’s surprisingly comfortable and I had a really good night of deep sleep.
super reccommended!
we had a really good time.

Stayed after a flight cancellation and there was no availability in airport side hotels. Is a very traditional Japanese accommodation, rooms were traditional but comfortable, the owners / staff were amazing, transporting us to a local place to eat which was very much appreciated after having been locked at a departure gate for over 24 hours!

Parculiar hotel very out of the way...but the hosts were more than helpful and bent over backwards to help us. Drove us to the airport in the morning and provided drinks and snacks for us.Very hospitable. ...and beds were really comfy.
