Amazing!

The property was very clean and in a convenient location. The staff did an amazing job accommodating me during my stay. Shawntale (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly) was amazing. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that worked the evening shift but he was very friendly and amazing as well.

I was charged for two rooms when I was supposed to be charged for 1 room.

Clean and friendly.

Room temp was set on AC at 43 degrees. It was freezing when we arrived at 10:00pm.

Nice stay.... But....

Clean, pleasant decor, front desk staff nice and the breakfast setup was good.

Housekeeping. The Housekeeping lady told me they could not do anything to my room if I had not called the fro t desk earlier that morning and this was the next day after I checked in. No one told me that when I checked in. I asked her to leave clean towels, she did, but left the dirty towels too. SMH. I did not like that.

The hotel manager was extremely welcoming and helpful with my family's reservations. We were treated with respect and dignity. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others in the future! Thank you again Shante

Our stay was a great one , every one was friendly.

The man running the breakfast area very friendly and kind helped out and answered questions I had. It was kept clean and stocked. Lost of options for breakfast.

Great for a quick trip to Chicago, just outside all the hustle of the city.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The business center was adequate. There was always someone available. Nice lighting and the neighborhood felt safe. Just off the highway.

We would not recommend and it's the last time we try a Holiday Inn.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean on our arrival.

We paid for an accessible room. The room was absolutely not that. Manual soap dispensers, attached high on the wall and away from the sink faucet, were not easily reachable and felt unsanitary. The toilet tank would not refill after use. Shower was difficult to use -- shower head really high, soap/shampoo dispensers barely within reach and pump did not work. Shower entry was narrow with a lip to navigate over. All not not accessible. We stayed two nights. Our room was never serviced. Desk person was awful, either poorly trained or trained to not give a care (she kept saying we should not have booked through a third party). Beyond that, the noise level at night into early morning was off the charts. The hotel is near a couple of large bars.

Will not advise anyone to book online with booking.com or stay at that hotel in indiana

The facility was alright, it was the booking online that was the major problem. I wanted and thought I booked a hotel that was down the street from where I pulled off the highway and by the time I booked the room and used the address it was a hotel that was further away than I was lead to believe. I tried to fix the issue but was unable to without being charged for a room I didn’t want. It is very difficult to get ahold of someone with booking.com. I am using booking.com one more time to continue my journey with my grandchildren. But I will be using a different online service next time I go on vacation.

The property was alright, but the reception lady at the hotel was very rude and we had 3 people in our room and only had 2 sets of towels and were told they were out of towels. One of our guests had to wait till we got to a hotel in another city/state to take a shower the following night. I will never go to that holiday inn in indiana again and will not advise any of my family/friends/guests/and or clients to go there also.

Breakfast was good. The cinnamon rolls were excellent. Everything was great,im from the area and usually stay with family in Highland Ind, but there were other people in for the same event so the location was perfect for us.

The location was great. The person who checked me in was nice. The man over the breakfast was very polite.

Housekeeping was beyond rude and made me never want to return. She had a bad attitude after I tried to explain to her that I booked two rooms with a total of seven people. I requested more towels because we only had four. We shouldn't be expected to share towels.
