Seasonal rental in southern Brittany, in Morbihan, Carnac, on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, between the Gulf of Morbihan on the east and the Quiberon peninsula to the west. The house is located 800 meters from the sea, offers every comfort for 4-5 persons (95 m2) facing south. New construction, furnished and equipped to make you feel good there. enclosed garden and private parking.

The house and location in Carnac were fantastic. The house was very spacious and clean. There was everything you needed for a perfect holiday. Marie-Annick welcomed us and showed us around the house.
The area is very quiet however is easily walkable to a supermarket and bakery. It is between the inland town and beach. Carnac is a resort which has everything you need without using a car. Several beaches are close by however if using the car there are further great beaches etc to reach within a twenty minute drive.
We would definetly recommend renting this house and hopefully return in the future. Thanks for letting us stay.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus, nicht weit von Sehenswürdigkeiten, Strand und dem Centre Bourg entfernt. Nette Vermieter ! Einkaufen auch fussläufig möglich. Tolle Bäckerei in der Nähe (La Boulange). Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Küche ist toll ! Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: in den Ecken der Dusche war Schimmel, das müsste mal entfernt werden !

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
Haus so schön wie in der Anzeige, sehr gut ausgestattet, freundlich und modern. Sehr freundliche diskrete Vermieter nebendran.Haus sauber und ruhig und perfekt gelegen: 10 Min zu Fuss zum Bäcker, 15 Min nach Carnac Zentrum und 15-20 nach Carnac Plage (sehr viel touristischer). Wer mit Hund reist, darf in Carnac nicht an den Strand, aber mit dem Auto ist man in einer Viertelstunde am Plage Mentor bei Plouharnel, da sind Vierbeiner erlaubt. Weitläufig mit viel Brandung (Surferstrand). Menhire gucken macht in Erdeven am meisten Spaß, dort auch wunderbare Waldwanderung mit Menhiren (kostenlos und ohne Zaun…). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison neuve, parfaitement équipée, très propre, bien située. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et résident juste à côté. Je la recommande sans réserve, pour un court ou long séjour.

Une superbe maison très bien située
Excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison, confortable, lumineuse, en parfait état, et très bien située dans le centre de Carnac. Nous avons été accueillis avec une très grande gentillesse par Marie-Annick. Nous y reviendrons très volontiers si nous revenons en vacances dans la région.

La maison est claire et décorée avec goût. Tout est fonctionnel . Petit jardin clôturé pour notre chien. Bien située proche plage et commerces . Propriétaire très accueillante et discrète.

Un super séjour , une maison très bien équipée et très propre. La maison est située dans une impasse donc très au calme et proche des plages . Nous avons été très bien accueillis.nous reviendrons c’est sur . Merci encore pour ce séjour .

Maison de haut niveau, standing, mobilier et des appareils de cuisine haut de gamme
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil gracieux de la propriétaire, offrant pour notre séjour de 15 jours, la location de sa maison entièrement moderne et bien entretenue, le haut de gamme est présent dans toute la maison, salle de bains bien pensée et agréable. Literie bien confortable, et placard bien organisé, le parking, a faciliter nos déplacement. Nous recommandons cette location qui nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour à Carnac. J-P His

Séjour très agréable et accueil parfait ! Marie-Annick et son époux sont très gentils et disponibles. La maison est parfaitement équipée, proche de toutes les commodités et idéalement située pour découvrir la région. Prima Unterkunft
Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen Ende Juli/Anfang August 2020 hier verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr neu, gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Everything we thought it would be
Property is very modern & clean with all the amenities you could hope for. Marie-Annick is very friendly, but keeps her distance & lets you get on with enjoying yourselves. She is contactable if needed.
There are 2 separate toilets & one bathroom with a walk in shower.
We are definitely coming back as the location for us was ideal/ property perfect - 2 adults & allowed us to walk everywhere within 10 minutes.
Thank you Marie-Annick the stay was perfect.

Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire, qui prend le temps de renseigner sur les choses à voir et des conseils sur les restaurants et commerces où aller. Maison bien située : plages et centre ville accessibles à pieds. Très belle région. Le poêle à bois (granulés) est laissé à discrétion des locataires. La maison est moderne, propre, très bien équipée avec également terrasse et jardin. Nous recommandons.

FANTASTIC ACCOMMODATION IN GREAT LOCATION
This is a lovely recently built property with a well equipped kitchen - perfect for a relaxing holiday. The layout of the property (with a south facing patio and garden) means that although in Carnac itself, the accommodation offers peace and seclusion. Bakery and supermarket are nearby with the beach and the town less than a 10 minute walk away. We had not been to Carnac for many years and had forgotten how beautiful it was, though we were spoilt by excellent late-October sunshine. We will definitely be back to the area and this house.

We found the property amazing great position close to beaches, supermarket and not far from the town
We both enjoyed our stay very much we have been to France quite a lot I think this is the best property we have stayed in. It is lovely and quiet and close to the beaches, town and a supermarket just up the road. Marie-Annick was lovely when we arrived she showed us around. She lives next door with her husband, she is not far away if you have a problem. The house was lovely inside well equipped it was like home from home, it was lovely just to chill outside in the sun. We also did a few barbecues as we find the food so nice in France. First class property.

A most enjoyable stay
We loved our stay at this property It was comfortable and very clean and our host had thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The property was well located within walking distance of the beach, town and shops and within easy driving distance to Vannes, Quiberon and cote savage. Ideal spot for touring. Would we visit again - definitely.

fantastic holiday
We took our grand children to Carnac. a place we have always enjoyed when our children were young, Marie-Annick has a fanastic home to rent exceedingly well equipped and comfortable. Its a few minutes walk into the old town where lots of social events take place and although its within easy walking distance to all the towns beaches loaded with beach paraphernalia its better to take the car.
we highly recommend this property and the owner who is very pleasant and would have been pleased to assist if needed.
