About this house rental

This is a privately owned side by side property, nothing is shared . Private driveway/ garage / Pool and fenced in back yard.
Home away from home, cozy and comfortable Beach house. A 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Very quite neighbor hood.
New elevated house with private heated pool, and fenced in yard, with a large swing.
King bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom ,queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third room. Second bathroom located in the hallway between the other bedrooms. Wood floors through out the house Full kitchen with granite counter tops and stain steel appliance & Espresso , cappuccino machine. All bedrooms have flat screen Tv . Internet acess and cable. Sliding door to the outside deck and stairs to the downstairs area by the pool. Out side shower with hot/cold water for that after the beach rinse. Large pool with Tiki style umbrella and seating in the pool. BBQ , table, chairs, lounge chairs for a relaxing time by the pool.There is also a TV by the pool for your enjoyment. There are plenty of beach chairs and accessories for the beach and a Ping Pong table in the garage with a door to the pool area. There is a free trolly by the beach access that will take you from one end to the other of Anna Maria Island There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops in a walking distance. you will fall in love with Holmes beach just like we did, come and stay at our Beach house for a wonderfull vacation ever.
Early check in will be $50 an hour extra.

This beach house was perfect for our family. It's a very easy walk to the beach with lots of beach toys in the garage. The private pool was incredible and made the stay that much more enjoyable. We used the outdoor living space extensively and loved the nanny options it offered. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed/couches are all very comfortable. When we return to the island in the future, we will definitely stay here again. The owner is extremely kind and communicative. Thank you for the wonderful location!

The house is in a great central location and the neighborhood was quiet with a short walk to the beach. The private pool was a great place to relax with everything you need. We would stay at this house again. The host was very responsive to generals questions.

This was our first time to AMI and the house was perfect. We loved having our own private pool. We walked to the beach in like 5 minutes every evening to see the sun set.We can not wait to book next year.

The property was exactly as described. Lots of extras (especially around the pool) to help relax. I really enjoyed the day bed swing overlooking the pool. Owner was always prompt about responding to emails. Kitchen was well stocked with things we would need to fix meals. Beds were comfortable. Will defiantly keep this property on our short list of places to return to.

The location and pool area were amazing! The only issue was we paid for early check in and the cleaner was still working for 30 minutes after we arrived. The owner did offer late check out after notified of issue; but we had other plans and did not accept.

We had a wonderful time. We all enjoyed having the beautiful back yard oasis. The location was great, the house amenities were spot on and communication and suggestions from the manager were spot on. I highly recommend this getaway!

The house was ideal for our family. The pool area was beautifully designed and definitely the highlight of our stay. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it was conveniently located near everything and just a short walk to the beach. While the house was clean, there were some maintenance issues with the balcony and stair railings that seemed a bit janky. However, the owner was easy to reach and responsive.

Why this is a great place: fabulous owners who are so responsive and do everything they can to make your stay perfect; very comfortable furnishings and beds, and well-equipped kitchen; upstairs porch and a beautiful patio/pool area below, including a large swing and lots of seating; heated and well-maintained pool; chairs and other beach supplies; easy walk to the beach; quiet neighborhood; central location on Anna Maria. Very comfortable for four adults or a family with children.

Overall it was good. Some issues with baking sheets, kitchen utensils & linens but we were able to fix these issues ourselves. Pool was great & adjoining outside swings, couches, etc. were comfortable. Living room furniture was very comfortable, WiFi worked great as well as TV’s throughout.

What a great place to stay!! Great location, clean, very nice amenities. Wonderful outdoor space with pool. Plenty of beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, etc. Kitchen was well equipped, we had everything we needed!! Property manager was very prompt in getting back to us if we had questions and was very helpful! Would definitely stay there again!!

we really enjoyed our stay, 2 weeks 3 adults, lovely surprise to find downstairs a full sized dining table, bbq and fridge plus sofas, and swing lounger, pool was great too. The property is in a quiet neighbour hood, easily accessible for the beach and a little stroll to the irish bar also the free trolley to either end of the island, we have been to florida many times and AMI is our favourite place.

My husband and I stayed at this rental during our honeymoon and we’re so happy it’s the one we chose! The neighborhood is gorgeous and far enough from town you don’t get all the downtown noise but close enough to walk to beach and shops with ease. The property was clean and the host provided us with all the essentials we needed for our stay plus fun beach accessories. We were so sad to say goodbye to this house at the end of our week. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean, comfortable, up-to-date, nicely decorated. We loved the proximity to the restaurants and the beach and could walk to almost anywhere we needed to go. Our host was gracious and responsive to our needs. We were totally blown away by the pool and outdoor area: A Tropical Paradise! It was beautifully landscaped, the pool was comfortable, and there was plenty of comfortable seating. So peaceful! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here upon our next return!

This is our second year staying at this property and it is the best and so convenient to everything. The beach is about a 2 block walk and we go back and forth between our pool and beach. We plan on coming back again next year :) Would highly recommend this location’&has everything you need .

We stayed at this property and loved it. The house was clean and updated. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The outdoor space by the pool is amazing! There is lots of shaded areas to hang out in when it gets too hot outside.

The home had a lovely outdoor space near the pool that was shaded and provided protection from the sun throughout the day. The pool was perfect with shaded areas throughout the day as well. The home had everything one could need in the kitchen, as we ate in almost every night. Location was close to the Marina which was good as we brought our boat.

We had a wonderful week! Close to the beach. Very easy to get on the trolley both north and south in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice and outdoor space was nice. Plenty of beach toys and a wagon to take. The house itself could have been a little more deep cleaned. Also wish there were pool friendly plates to eat out by the pool. Over all a wonderful stay and would stay again.

We felt very comfortable at this property. This was a girls trip so safety is a top priority for us. The home was secure and the neighborhood felt very safe. Even though the homes are close together, the trees and fences give you privacy. The interior was very nice and the kitchen was equipped with all the amenities you will need if you choose to cook a meal. The pool and the lanai is a great place to hangout but the beach is spectacular! There was an ample collection of beach chairs, umbrellas, floating devices and sand toys. We enjoyed staying here and made some great memories! Anna Maria Island is beautiful!

Great location for our family. We didn't spend much time there, we were out and about enjoying the island. It looked like the end of the season, a bit run down. The pool wasn't cleaned until Wednesday or Thursday, we had arrived on Saturday and it hadn't looked like it was cleaned the week before. Green scum was all around the sides and bottom of the pool, but once cleaned it looked great.

The condo was very comfortable for 6 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The best part is the private pool, we chose to spend most of our time there rather than the beautiful beach, which is an easy walk. The host was very responsive with any questions. Location is excellent- we loved our week on the island.

Overall: Great location, clean, plenty of space (3 adults, 3 kids), well stocked with beach stuff. Pool in back was a great hang out spot. Walkable to bars, restaurants, beach. Check in: Terrible. We got to property at about midnight (thought we'd be there at 11pm). Had the code for the deadbolt from the owner, but the door handle was locked and we had no key, lockbox near door had different code. We could not reach owner, VRBO could not reach owner. We had to find hotel at 1am for the night, which VRBO ended up covering. When we reached owner the next morning, she did get us code for lockbox and refunded us for first night, so things got resolved. Check out: After leaving, owner contacted us saying we'd damaged the floor and that we owed her $150. We did not cause any damage (my 80 year old mother in law stayed in that room). When we pushed back and asked for proof, owner quickly backed off and then sent no proof. We called VRBO to report the communication, and they said owner didn't go through right channels to pursue damages (which, again, there weren't any). We haven't heard again since. This would have been a 5-star review if not for the check-in and check-out issues.

Perfect place for friends since 1st grade, to enjoy each others company. Pool was a good size. Plenty of room to spread out at the pool and outdoor area. House had everything you could want, which made it great when flying in. Easy to contact owner. 10 minute tops, walk to the beach. Nice back deck. Privacy was great from attached house. Highly recommend.

Short walk or bike ride to the beach. Easy access to Gulf Dr, desired restaurants and local shops. Pool area was wonderful after a hot day on the beach. Owner has taken time and given great attention to detail to the furniture around the pool. Lots and lots of seating. The kitchen was so well stocked that we chose to cook a night that we were there. Lots of beach towels, lots of bath towels. Hopefully we will be blessed enough to book this house again.

We loved our stay at the Beach House. We are a family with 4 adults and one 2 year old. It was a pleasant surprise to find the living room furniture updated from the photos online. There was also a beach cart and loads of beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys we had access to. The beach was a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was in a great central location. The pool was fantastic. Warm temperature for those of us who like it around 80*F. We swam and played everyday in the pool. It was the best of both shade and sun. The house was well equipped with new bath linens and comfortable beds and a cappuccino machine. A pack-n-play and booster chair were available which was much appreciated. Thank you Parvaneh and Robert for being easy to contact and responding promptly. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Good things: beautiful backyard and pool area for entertaining, lots of beach toys and beach necessities, lots of towels, great internet and channel selection on tv’s, having baby equipment was helpful, great location, comfortable house and layout, decorated attractively, lots of dish washer and laundry supplies, excellent air conditioner and heater, owner attentive to needs. Recommendations: check in needs a verification process that renter received info and they got in (very scary to arrive at night and don’t know the code, who to contact, or how to proceed), needs some minor maintenance…random light bulbs out, duct tape on microwave, solar lights out on outdoor stairway and around pool, no large trash bags for kitchen trash, Queen sheets on our king bed when we arrived, no hooks in the bathrooms for drying towels or hanging bathrobe. With some minor improvements it would be 5 stars!
