An excellent, comfortable hotel in a trendy part of the city.

The staff at the hotel welcomed me when I arrived from the airport early in the morning. The reception/dining area is small but clean but the rooms are exceptional and very comfortable. The breakfast was ample and had a good variety of hot and cold dishes. The staff even prepared me a takeaway breakfast when I left early to take a flight to Mestia.

The location was difficult to get to by public transport. I mostly took taxis but also walked a lot when traffic was busy. It wasn’t really a fault of the hotel, though. Taxi is the only way to get to the airport which, at an early hour of the morning, can be quite expensive.

Muy mejorable

Las habitaciones están limpias y la ubicación es buena. Las camas muy cómodas.

Estuvimos 3 noches sin calefacción, avisando continuamente, hasta que por fin vinieron a arreglarlo. El secador del pelo se apagaba cada poco tiempo. Tuvimos que pedir un mando de la tv porque no había. El desayuno escaso.

Charming little hotel close to the Rustaveli metro station. The room had AC, which was really needed.

The breakfast was a bit lacking, not having basics such as yoghurt and fresh bread. Fried aubergine and khachapuri might work for Georgians, but feels foreign and insufficient for European tourists. Also unsure about what kind of juice was served, but orange juice would have been pleasant.

The breakfast was really great. My wife and I enjoyed it a lot. The ladies who worked in the kitchen were really friendly and welcoming. we had lost some items in the airport and the manager helped us with it. The rooms were clean . The location was good. We recommend it to all travelers.

What I think, hmm? Good location, room was clean , only thing , that we run out of toilet paper) and have to buy this shop). About breakfast, it was good , but I have eat only one time , rest of mornings I sleep)))

Simple & new. If you are looking for basic things it is a great hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Room was clean, bathroom was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. We had a budget room so it was a pretty small room but did the work. The location is very good.

checkin morning i messaged the hotel that I will come 3 hours earlier than the regular checkin time and if i could checkin early. They said yes but when I arrived the room wasn't ready yet and I checked in at the regular time. I wish they gave me the true info and said no.

Good value for money, very good sleep

very comfortable bed and shower. Good balance of quality/price. Friendly staff, outstanding housekeeping ladies and the girl at the breakfast service.

wifi coverage was not good in the room, network is falling sometimes. Lobby and restaurant won’t be my favorite. Breakfast is average.

Everything, in particular the staff, from the cleaning ladies to the reception staff, they were all very professional and helpful, special mention to Ucha and Temo for all the advice, tips and direction our experience in Tbilisi wouldn't be the same without their help, we can't thank enough for that, the breakfast was nice, it was small but just perfect for us and it was different every day, special mention to Nastya who looked after us every morning, the bedroom was cozy and the bed was really comfortable and spotless, I would recommend Hotl Zemeli for your trip to Tbilisi
