There was no breakfast it smelled horrible like mold.
The motel had tile on the ceiling that had water damage. The room smell like a dog smell. The bed frame was broken.

I met a few new friends
Staff was rude. Fire alarms went off all night the first night due to boiler issues. Then only child water the last 4 days. My 73 oxygen dependent mother had to take a cold shower.

Hotel was quaint and I liked the aesthetics. Very quite. Staff very friendly. Room was clean, smelled clean. If you stay a must eat is from the barbecue food truck that parks at the hotel, and the seafood restaurant across the street. Will stay again.

I like the fact that it’s family owned.

Although the outside of the building is older, this hotel has a lot of character and history. The staff was amazing and our room was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Renovations were surprisingly nice. I loved it compared to the older versions.
No ice machines on my floor.

The rooms are usually very comfortable and when want an escape for just a day or 2 that's where I love to go. This time was not so comfortable and the staff was a little rude and house cleaning were so rude and then they pretended not to speak any English... Give me a break!
They hound you to check out at 11 am and not a min later they were at the door at 10:30 in the way of us getting out. So very rude did not let us do a look around to make sure we didn't leave anything. I always speak highly of the place, but I assure you that, that has stopped!

Amy and Ms. Sheri are always so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and your stay is enjoyable

Large rooms, Tv mounted on the wall swivel.
Hallways are a little boxed in, the elevator sound like they could go at any time..

Ac worked.
The toilet didn't flush right. It stunk like pee. There was always water on the floor. Not sure where it came from. Door looked like it had been kicked in before. Window rattled like if it going to fall out. Stained pillows. Cigarette burned bed sheets. Looked nothing like the website.

The location was great
The water pressure wasn’t good after the city main pipeline busted when it was fixed I didn’t not have hot water on my level for a whole day and night. My last night there had to take a cold shower
