Check in process was very easy and the property was very clean. The host leaves plenty of details for check in and check out, so there are no worries about that.

This house was amazing! There were 7 adults and a baby and there was still room for more. You can tell that its a rental property and there were some things that need to be fixed, but overall, it was perfect for my family.
The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and absolutely beautiful.
Thank you for a wonderful week!

Very nice property in an excellent location. Well appointed with furniture and kitchen pots, pans, glassware and dinnerware. Only drawbacks were the small computer monitors sized TVs in the bedrooms and the Direct TV plan which limited the channel selections and the number of tvs that could be watched simultaneously.

The property was perfect size for us and still had an extra room. The elevator was perfect balcony access from all rooms was an added bonus. Having direct tv was an added bonus except only 2 or 3 tv could watch at a time. We had ruko for other tvs so still worked out. A wonderful relaxing vacation with my coudins and their spouses.

Cleanliness would have been 5 but ice maker was disgusting unfortunately I didn't see it until we were icing down cooler to leave. Literally brown and black ice

We will definitely rebook this property
This house is in such a great location and community. Our family enjoyed and took advantage of all the amenities that the community offered. We’ve stayed at many properties and this is the first one with enough outdoor/indoor seating for everyone and the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had. Other than normal beach house wear and tear this house was in great condition!

Not the cleanest. Pictures are old & not reliable for rental information.
Going on vacation to OBX should not mean the renters have to clean everything before use of the property we rented.
When we arrived, ( group of 8 older adults) were met with dirt and cobwebs on all porches and all furniture. We cleaned every surface before sitting anywhere outside. An unexpected expense to buy cleaning supplies to clean the outside furniture just to be able to utilize any of it. Totally unacceptable given the cost of this property rental for one week.
Spider webs were hanging off the lights and some even going from the windows to the dining room light, you wonder who cleans? Bugs were on all the windowsills make it hard to understand the objective of the cleaning crew or the management company. Two of our guests went to the Property Management Company’s office to complain about the conditions of the house, the bugs, the filth, the unkempt conditions, and were told, “All the houses look like that” – REALLY???
Bathrooms - Toilet seat not secure, Drains not working, One was filthy.
Not enough silverware was provided (only a service for 8 house sleeps 16) if you use any before a meal you had to wash them to be able to have enough for 8 people to sit down to eat a meal together.
The Linen package was void of any kitchen towels. We paid for them but never got any.
TV system is complicated without any instruction for its use.
NONE of the door mats were secured. - Once you step on the door mat outside ANY of the doors you take great risk of slipping and falling. One of our 8 guests did just that. The mat went one way she went the other.
Lights in the elevator went out and left us all in the DARK - No backup lighting in the elevator to use control buttons.
The Smoke Detectors went off at 4:12 AM one morning either bugs were between the contacts - OR it was because one of them (14 in all) should have been replaced 10 years ago (according to the repair person). I called the Property Management Company, as soon as they opened at 9 AM, to report this issue with the smoke detectors and they said, “We’ll send someone right over” - I had to call back at 11:30.
Needless to say this group will not return to use any property this management company manages. The Owners really need to find a different management company.

House was amazing just a few suggestions.
The house was everything we had hoped. I know with Covid certain things were different. When we rent a home we usually spend majority of our time there eating meals etc. I was happy with the grocery store on property very convenient! I was not expecting to have to buy ALL the spices, condiments, cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, paper goods. We drove thankfully so we were able to bring home. Instructions on sound system and multiple remotes in the main living room and basement would have been helpful. The hot tub was clean and checked before and while we were there. The pool was not cleaned could have been the time of year. We enjoyed the shuffleboard, games and movies provided. The elevator was a blessing with all our luggage and groceries!!

Uconn Huskies love OBX!
Everything was to my expectation except for the direct TV that did not have ESPN. Aside from that small issue, the house & area
were very nice.

Great Home for large group.
This home is perfect for a large group, we had 14 family members for our OBX vacation. The home has large, extremely well equipped, kitchen and open floor plan that lends itself to socializing. Inside the home was very clean, the pool and back yard were great. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful home, great amenities! Nice location in the Currituck Club with very helpful staff members
Beautiful home, our extended family of 12 had plenty of room and the amenities were great. The Currituck Club staff was so wonderful from the trolley drivers to the young men that helped with your items at the beach. The pool and hot tub was very nice. We would recommend getting new barstools as many of us almost tripped and broke a toe due to the legs extending out too far! We highly recommend and hope to be back!
