Grote teleurstelling

De bosrijke omgeving

Niets. Alles was oud, vuil en onvolledig. Alles zag er onverzorgd en vies uit. Grote vlekken in de vloerbedekking en de bed ombouw. Kamer zag er onverzorgd uit en het was er bloedheet. We hebben in Fletcher accomodaties gezeten die best wel goed waren, maar dit was de allerslechtste!

Kamer Niet goedSchoongemaakt. Vloerbedekking vies en ronduit smerig, alsook bekleding van het zitje. Kamer rook niet fris. Bediening ongeïnteresseerd. Slechte wifi

Prima, maar bediening kan nog wat leren

Kamer was prima

Het personeel van het restaurant op vrijdag middag was echt verschrikkelijk! Wij kwamen met een ander stel en hadden niet veel tijd, we vragen aan de bediende of wij mochten bestellen. Haar antwoord was: ja maar ik ben erg druk . Ik vertelde haar dat wij helaas niet veel tijd hadden en dat het fijn zou zijn als wij konden bestellen. Nogmaals zei ze ik ben heel druk. Vervolgens duurde het 30 min en toen besloot ze om maar gewoon in de deuropening te gaan staan en om zich heen te gaan kijken! Wij zijn opgestaan en weggegaan. Dit kan gewoon niet!!!

Het rook er heel apart, alsof het tapijt gereinigd was, werd sterker qua geur nadat ik de verwarming op 2 had gezet, heb last van mijn longen, hierdoor medicatie nodig gehad

Mooie omgeving!

Vriendelijk ontvangst, erg behulpzaam en meedenkend. Ook bij uitschenken vriendelijk geholpen. Ruime kamer. Fijn bed. Goed verzorgd ontbijt.

Water tijdens douchen varieerde erg van ineens heel koud, naar heet, naar lekker warm. De kamers zijn wel smoezelig, gedateerd misschien. Beetje viezige vloer, schimmel en vlekken.

Rustige prettige locatie, lage prijs hotelkamer. Goed matras. Stortgelegenheid vlakbij de kamer. Koffiepakket om mee naar de kamer te nemen.

Fijne plek, alles is er maar niet altijd consistent of in goede conditie.

locatie is mooi en rustig, patio, goed bed, groot bad, ontbijtservice is wisselend op details, prima over-all.

de panden zijn hard toe aan onderhoud. Huisjes wekken nu een verlopen indruk. Diner was wisselend tussen onvoldoende (waarvoor zonder gedoe vlot een vergoeding terugkwam) en rondit excellent.

If I had been staying for longer I would have asked to change rooms, but I was appreciative of a safe place to stay give

It was comfortable, the bed was clean, the staff were helpful when I arrived very late in the evening. Very nice safe surroundings.

The fitted carpets in the room and the loose floor mats were very badly stained. The basic fit out of the room/bathroom was very tired. The carpets being stained can be forgiven if otherwise clean, but loose floor mats should be replaced if they are in poor condition.

happy that i am home right now. that place was awful

nice gym!

felt like i am in a prison. it was not really like a hotel. in my building there was no staff or security. staff was definitely not professional and on the rude side in my opinion. i arrived as noted on booking.com but they persisted on that i had to pay for a early check in. the previous time in another fletcher hotel nearby i had no warm water and eventually i had to move to another fletcher nearby. overall too many inconveniences and they do not come up with a compensation

Room was clean, and spacious. Lovely bathroom. Location in the woods was perfect.

The staff service was obnoxious and rude about a breakfast charge. I was booked for breakfast, had confirmation, ate breakfast for 2 days without an issue, and the 3rd day was confronted and forced to pay at the table before I could eat. I paid and left the food. I left the next day as well. I was accused of "getting away" with eating for the 2 days I did eat breakfast. The money was not an issue, I was travelling for business.

Staff in restaurant were very Good. Location in woods beautiful.

initially putting me and my dog in first floor room which could only be accessed by a steep spiral staircase. However I paid an additional 15 euros for ground floor room.

Great location but in a need of repair.

Good location for Kroller Muller museum.

Its dated, shower was leaking, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, old curtains, dated decor. Outdoor facilities for kids were in the bed of repair.

Forest Hotel

Great location in a beautiful forest with lovely walks, cycle routes and wild bilberries! Great facilities, inside and outside pools, big playground, bouncy castle (!) and sauna, bowling, e-bike rental among other things for a small charge. Would go for a bigger room next time but would happily stay again.

The small rooms are very small and the bathroom had a little black mould.

great breakfast, good room, and lots of facilities around (tennis, swimmingpool)

Swimming pool was rather small, good enough to get wet, but that's it. Hardly possible to do a moring workout (swimming in lanes e.g.). Room was a bit dark.
