alles duidelijk en lekker
Misschien kunnen jullie het zwembad nog een beetje duidelijker promoten op de site. Dat had ik echt over het hoofd gezien en ik had geen zwemkleding bij me.

Location was great.
The hotel was renovated. But it seemed like it was renovated baldy. Staff was not interested & breakfast was poor.
4.0
Quiet and peaceful location. The swimming pool was very nice. Son enjoyed himself immensely. Due to the rain, we ended up swimming every day.
It was raining and the stairs leading to the entrance was not covered. Direction was also unclear. We ended up lugging our luggages up the stairs in the rain. There was a ramp (also uncovered) going up but it was not clearly marked, and during the rain it was downright impossible to look for it.
Also it seems they need more staff.
Breakfast was the same the whole times. It was good enough, but very boring.

Great location, we’ll maintained with good facilities, generally a quality hotel

Hotel is very nice, rooms are very spacious. The staff are all very helpful and polite.
We have stayed here several times before, and it is always excellent.
3.5
Good location . Ample parking
Staff were rather robotic.

Everything is excellent, from check-in to check-out. Quietness of the site and of the rooms, vast car park, restaurant, splendid breakfast, lots of walking and cycling possibilities. Ready fr a third stay soon.

Staff was friendly and helpful, even though all looked tired. Breakfast was ok.
The hotel was undergoing modernisation and to reach our room we had to walk through uncarpeted hallways, walking along empty rooms, trying to not hit lamps hanging low from the ceiling: it was ghastly, and garbage was everywhere. The room was ok. The beds were horrible: mattrasses of both beds were so soft, we had to take them from the bed and we had to sleep on the box spring, which caused us to miss a lot of much needed sleep. The small thin blankets and the small soft pillows did not help. The airco was noisy. The room had a nasty draft. The building was noisy all the time, with irregularly timed sqeaky noises coming from the ceiling, walls, windows, doors, it went on and on, not helpful for a good night sleep. The room had an electric kettle, but no decent cups and no decent tea, just paper cups and "flavoured" tea. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were cold, and the two baskets with boiled eggs -one labeled "hard boiled" and the other "soft boiled" all contained hard boiled eggs. We have had bad experiences with other Fletcher hotels, and we thought "we'll give it another try", but this was really the last time, never again.

Nicely (upgraded) modern and spacious room, with great balcony. Recently renovated.
Friendly staff at breakfast and good breakfast !
only 1 EV charging station (wuth 2 outlets); not enough
the nice redecorated bathroom, still shows signs of the old bathroom (eg plug holes, partly old tiles etc);
after finisihing the rooms, the hallways and staircases hopefully are next for upgrade ?
no dogs allowed

Spacious rooms. Separate room for the kids. Nice playground. Walking trails/forest next to the hotel. Friendly staff. Older hotel but it is being renovated.
Carpet in the room was stained - but rest of the room was clean. Refill of the breakfast buffet a little slow. Swimming pool-wellness area was closed and we were not informed of this during booking.
5.0
location, wellness arrangements, breakfast,staff.
Room s carpet was ugly, no toiletries in bathroom, no water bottles ( nothing)in refrigerator.

Nice, vacation hotel. Enjoyed watching the swallows nesting under the eaves. Great hamburger at the restaurant.
The restaurant could have used more waitstaff, but that's a common problem these days. Possibly not everyone is charmed by a bird's nest right over the balcony. (A bit of bird poop.)
3.5
Spacious balcony
The swimming pool wasn’t open in the evenings, that’s kinda disappointing.
3.0
Space in the rooms, comfort of the bed and curtains. Area is beautiful for recreation with the whole family.
Other guests were noisy on the teras just below the room. Rom decoration was a bit like a museum of the 70ties.
3.5
The breakfast was well organized . Could have been better with more options to choose from . Also it is a wellness hotel , but the we could not use any thing as everything was under renovation . The location is beautiful and one can go on long walks in the near by area.
the location is beautiful they have a good restaurant but eating there everyday might be less variety. The places to eat around are very limited so unless you have a car commuting for food can be tricky.

Very friendly staff. Quiet surroundings.

Short, 1-night stay. Convenient.
Too short to say
3.5
Room was a suite with minibar, fireplace, nice lounging chairs, a big terrace, bubblebath and shower, 2 TV sets, king size bed, airco. Excellent.
Breakfast pretty basic. Dinner was pretty good although the "sliptong" fish were exceptionally small with almost no meat on them.
There were only 2 very small handtowels in the room instead of full-size towels, so drying off after showering was a bit less comfortable. Quite some suspicious white stains on the blue carpet.
