DESCEPÇÃO total com o hotel e equipe

A localização é boa, perto do Shopping e das vias de acesso

Ao chegar ao hotel por volta de 00:30 me deram o quarto 1163, quando entramos no quarto ele não estava disponível para uso, tinham garrafas abertas sobre a mesa o vaso não higienizado e a cama desarrumada. Fomos transferidos para uma suite a número 951. Esta suite estava com problema no ar condicionado e o controle remoto não acionava o aparelho. O rapaz (Rodrigo salvo engano) demorou uma vida para trazer outros controles e pilhas que não funcionaram. Por fim nos transferiram novamente para um quarto, 751, com o ar ligado, mas com cheiro de mofo e fazendo barulho. Depois de uma hora e meia quase 02h00 fui para a cama revoltado com a qualidade e atendimento no hotel. No dia seguinte conversando com uma funcionária eu reclamei da situação e pasmei ao ouvir que estava assim mesmo... que o hotel tinha decaído muito!!! NÃO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS

A limpeza do banheiro não é tão boa. Havia um vazamento de água no vaso sanitário. Rejuntes do banheiro sujos. Café da manhã simples. Muito caro pelo que entrega.

First time in Brazil and we did enjoy the stay - just a few things different from North America hote

Breakfast was good. Location was great as shopping, gas, cafe was close by for older travellers. Was in a great location close to daughter’s wedding reception.

Ordering from the bar in the hotel was difficult. To get a glass of wine was very hard. No glasses in the room or ice machine was a disappointment.

great location

overpriced for what you get, the problem isn't paying to much is paying too much and receiving too little. by the pictures it looks better than it actually is. the parking is also aditiinal, in my opinion when you pay for something that is so expensive you do expect to pay for extras. if they had included in the price would look better.

Not a bad place to stay… I would return

All around, a pretty good place to stay… I will go back.

They spent quite a bit of time trying to check me out and I had to get moving… Their credit card machines weren’t working and they decided to waste about a half an hour of my life trying to figure it out

In general terms, it was very good.

THe overall quality of the building and furniture. Kindness of the people

I made a complain, upon my arrival, about the lights of the 4th floor. They didn't work, THis was not fixed in 11 days. Once, the receptionist told me that she will send a note to maintenance. In a secon oction, the receptionist told me that he couldn't make anything to solve the problem. It is not nice to arrive at night and walk with no lights, though the aisle. THe bed is not set with a cover. I think that this is not a sanitary solution. THere was hairs on the bed and floor.

This hotel has everything. It has the luxury, the comfort, and the family setting. There’s a nice pool area with a gorgeous view. Don’t overpay for other hotels. This is your best option!
