Excellent hotel, lovely holiday, pools amazing

SEMMI

Hazuttak a 6 hónapja kibérelt villáról,hogy karbantartják,ezért nem kaphattuk meg.ellenőriztem,minden villában laktak. 2 hálószobás 2 fürdőszobás apartmant ajánlottak 2 darabot helyette.Ezzel szemben 2 hálószobás 1 fürdőszobásat kaptunk. Csótány volt a nappaliban és a fürdőben,fotókkal tudom bizonyítani.Egész héten nem tudtam aludni,olyan zajosak voltak a szálló vendégei,kb hajnali 4h ig. A fürdőben lötyögött a komplett wc kagyló,folyt belőle a viz a padlóra.

La ubicación y las instalaciones del complejo. Muebles modernos.

Los muebles no estaban completamente limpios, tenían manchas de grasa. Los colchones no eran excesivamente cómodos.

Excelente ubicación, buen desayuno, personal muy amable y muchas actividades para niños y niñas. Muy recomendado para familias.

A hotel that I'd definitely book again

The location of the hotel and the customer service were excellent! The breakfast, buffet style has a lot of options and the quality of the food was excellent. A big plus for me, the hotel has a gym.

We had to pay for WiFi and there was no air conditioning in the room.

Not what was advertised on booking.com

The sea view.

The room I stayed in wasn't the same as the pictures on booking.com. there was no private balcony. The fan in the front room hardly worked. Sofa bed wasn't a bed, could barely fit a kid on it. Over all not happy. Advertising needs to be alot more accurate. I also messaged the hotel twice via booking.com before my stay and didn't get a reply. Won't be back or recommending it to anyone. Do better.

Ideal para familias

El desayuno buffet muy bien. La piscina perfecta, aunque no me gusta que la gente guarde las hamacas con una toalla para después bajar más tarde, pero eso pasa en casi todos los hoteles. El apartamento era un duplex hermoso. Hay varias entradas, ya que son 8 bloques, por lo que no tienes que andar tanto. Las habitaciones las hacían casi todos los dias (5 dias/semana), tenian toallas de alquiler para playa y piscina por sólo 1€/dia. De haberlo sabido antes ya no llevaba las mias ocupando en la maleta.

It was absolutely amazing.

Location was absolutely amazing. Hotel was lovely, was very clean, the staff were super friendly. The apartments themselves were so safe! Apart from we had two floors and I didn’t like the kids being on the top or bottom floor and us parents being on the other, I asked to swap but they were fully booked which is understandable apart from that I will definitely be returning.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time luckily our family came and their room was so we could leave our cases there.

Posizione davvero ottima

La posizione è ottima. Se esci dalla reception ti trovi sulla strada principale con locali, market e fermata taxi, se invece esci da uno dei tanti cancelli della struttura, sei davanti al mare. La posizione è dunque davvero ottima. Il personale gentile e disponibile.

La pulizia non veniva fatta quotidianamente e, quando appunto venivano svolte le pulizie, era davvero troppo superficiale.. anche quando siamo entrati il primo giorno, il pavimento non era pulitissimo... Formiche in cucina nonostante non abbiamo mai cucinato.. Portatevi il phon da casa perché non c'è. Ci siamo dovuti anche comperare la carta igienica, una piccolezza, ma sempre una mancanza è.. però ottima struttura, posizione strategica.

Tenerife is the best place to go what ever season and hotel is nice and clean

location was fantastic love this hotel but was given a dated room not the same as last year so was a bit disappointed and had no fan or air con in bedroom so had to rent a fan but other than that was good staff very helpful just wish there was an iron in every room rather than having to rent one as well but had a fantastic holiday

Excellent spot, will definitely be back 5*

Fabulous location, right in the middle of everything but not at all noisy at night. Felt very safe. Extremely close to beach also which is another bonus. Apartment was lovely and absolutely spotless. I was half board and food was lovely with great choice. Staff lovely and friendly too. I was a solo traveller on this occasion but will definitely be returning with my family. 5* from me.

Had a great time in Tenerife as always but definitely won’t be staying at this hotel again, much bet

Great location but everything else was a let down.

No A/C room was like an oven, had a ceiling fan and gave us a stand up fan but just felt like someone was blowing in you. Had to pay for wifi, rent a iron ( uk one at ) probably some had left it behind, I appreciate your entrepreneurial skills but if you didn’t come with uk adapter then the uk plug in Spain no good unless you buy one!!

Noisy room with old equipments, unhelpful management.

Good location

Noisy apartment, are there were works on the apartment above, I complained twice and spoke to the frontdesk, no solution was proposed, I wanted to speak to the manager, the manager never showed up. The hotel did not propose any solution, neither did they do any discount. Just imagine being in vacation and listening to hammers all day. Appartement equipments are old.

Had a lovely stay

Location was excellent. The staff friendly & very helpful. Excellent pool area with plenty of sun loungers & umbrellas. Really clean.

The apartment allocated to us was not what was shown on the website pics. The apartment althought clean was in need of refurbishment, it was tired looking & the ceiling fan had years of dust stuck to the blades. Customers should be made aware of this when booking so they can upgrade.

Cant be closer to the playas, every thing is convenient, supermarkets, restaurants everywhere. The only thing was that we had 2 cockroaches when we arrived, we asked to change room they say they could not..

Terrible

The apartment had 1 small ceiling fan that circulated warm air. The bedroom registered at 31 degrees at 11pm which was not fit to sleep in. We had requested a cot which was not there. We were advised to stay the night despite not being happy with the facility and we would resolve the issue in the morning. We were then informed we could not have a refund and should not have stayed the night if we weren’t happy. We had to pay to stay at another hotel as we couldn’t have stayed at the hotel in the temperatures.

spotless, good location good size!!

spotlessly clean!! not a spec of dirt. good amount of space, close to the beach it was perfect for what we were looking for.

The weather was bad a few evenings so it would have been nice if there was some entertainment in the complex but just a nice to have not a deal breaker

Lovely room, friendly staff, amazing location & great value!

Really fresh, modern and VERY clean. Great pool area, staff doing entertainment were fab & reception/bar area staff were very pleasant. Will be staying again :)

Would prefer a private balcony but it’s not much of a con compared to what was on offer!
