Bien dans l'ensemble

La chambre très spacieuse, le parking gratuit devant l'hôtel, la literie était très bonne et la salle de bain grande. Le frigo dans la chambre, même si nous n'avons rien consommé mais ça peut être utile.

Le bruit venant du bar. Nous avions une chambre au rez-de chaussée, le bar était très peu distant de la chambre. Il y avait énormément de bruit (les clients du bar). J'ai appelé la réception (juste à côté du bar), le préposé à prétendu que lui n'entendait rien parce que de la réception on n'entendait rien... J'ai levé le ton, il a dit qu'il venait voir. Je suis sorti de la chambre, il est arrivé en me disant: où est le bruit que vous entendez? J'ai haussé encore le ton en lui demandant s'il était sourd ou s'il le faisait exprès. Finalement il a décidé de fermer la porte coupe feu, en me disant qu'il ne pouvait rien faire de plus. C'était mieux, mais on entendait encore les gens parler. Le restaurant sert une bonne cuisine, mais on a quand-même un peu l'impression que les plats sont réchauffés. Note positive: On nous a trouvés une table alors que nous n'avions pas réservé (nous n'étions pas au courant qu'il fallait). Le personnel était aimable et sympa.

Camera bellissima e pulita, bagno bellissimo e accessori da toeletta molto buoni (dagli shampoo alle spugne). La posizione è molto bella e vicino a sentieri da escursione

La palestra molto piccola La spa è una sauna con doccia esperienziale e tisaneria (doccia rotta al momento del nostro viaggio) Cibo del ristorante di scarsa qualità (antipasto di salumi mediocre, tagliolini ai gamberi che sapevano di ammoniaca piccante, petroniana non ben fritta e dolci abbastanza insapori)

Staff was very helpful

The heating was not working in our room and with temperature dipping throughout the night, the room got really cold. We were travelling with our baby which obviously did not make this a good experience.

Very good

Very nice room, friendly reception, and quick to get in the room. Plenty of parking and quite economical charging for the electric vehicle. The meal in the restaurant was fast and tasty.

The pool wasn't accessible due to a private party, but this was only communicated to me a few days before check in. I really had wanted to use the pool. The breakfast buffet was very crowded and mostly frequented by tour groups.

Nice place&view

Nice stay, the room was the one saw on Booking and it was warm enough. The property is really nice, there is a TV and minibar in the room. The bathroom has all amenities. The bar is really nice and there was a lovely guy F. that was helpful and friendly.

Before booking the room we called to understand if we could use the jacuzzi, the guy on the phone said yes, that was the main reason why we booked there. Arriving at the hotel they said that the jacuzzi is closed during winter months. We were disappointed tbh but we said maybe we didn’t understand properly. In the sauna we talked with another customer and he said that the same happened to him. I don’t think it’s really fair honestly. We also called reception for a problem with the TV and they said they would come up to us.. never happened. The staff in the morning at the bar serving breakfast was too agitated.

Great hotel, just overpriced food options

very modern hotel with a smartly positioned pool. The room was spacious and the toiletries offered really great quality

unfortunately, I found the food overpriced. dinner was in form of a buffet costing 30€ per person, including children with very little choice. due to remoteness there is no other choice unless you arrive with the car

Perfect place if you want to be outside Bologna but not too far

Free and big parking lot for our Tahoe. Our dog received a welcome package (bed, goodies, and two bowls). Nice swimming pool, SPA area and fitness room. Air condition was working everywhere despite the high electricity prices in Italy!

Wish we’d stayed at nicer places albeit less convenient to airport

Beds comfy and close to airport

Check in experience poor, rooms basic and no English channels on tv, expensive restaurant and bar, pool not particularly pleasant place to relax (no greenery), hotel layout really confusing and hard to navigate around, no disinfectant in Covid anti virus bottles

really great breakfast buffet; beautiful pool and comfortable bed.

we had requested three single beds but they were sold out due to a wedding. Pool was reserved for the wedding party which was disappointing. Booked a taxi for 5.30am on Monday to catch a flight which didn’t show up! worst part was no apologies for this stressful episode. pics of farmland and nature around somewhat deceiving. Our room faced the parking lot! Watchout for the slippery shower stall!
