Apprezzatissimo!

La posizione dell'hotel è strepitosa, sul lago. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto. Il personale gentile e disponibile. La camera accogliente, molto pulita, con un letto matrimoniale comodo, il bagno grande con finestra. La colazione di qualità completa di tutto, dal dolce al salato. Il parco di proprietà dell'hotel è molto bello e grande, con tantissime piante, con piscina, campo da tennis, giochi per i bambini, angolo caffetteria/bar. Si trova a circa 100 metri dalla struttura e rappresenta sicuramente un valore aggiunto.

Alcuni lettini a disposizione dei clienti nel parco necessiterebbero di una maggiore pulizia e manutenzione (perchè rotti).

5 Übernachtungen, sehr zufrieden

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüfett,tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers .Wir werden dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen und sicherlich nochmals besuchen

Das Zimmer war zur Stassenseite. Mit geschlossenem Fenster okay ,mit offenem Fenster allerdings ziemlich laut,da auch die Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe sind

Einen tollen entspannten Kurzurlaub

Die Lage, direkt am See, ist herrlich.

Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch, nicht so aufwendig wie in Deutschland. Für mich war der Kaffee nicht genießbar, aber es gibt ja Tee.

Für ein drei Sterne Hotel war es echt super. Die Lage ist nicht zu überbieten.

Perfekte Lage direkt am See und am Hafen. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer waren sehr klein. Für korpulente Personen könnte sich eine dusche schwierig gestalten.

Klein und gemütlich- Zimmerausstattung in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Lage in Ordnung- direkte Schiffhaltestelle und Bushaltestellen nur wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Kleiner Supermarkt auch gleich um die Ecke. Sehr schöne Park- und Poolanlage.

Das Zimmer war sehr nett eingerichtet, aber leider noch mit Teppichboden. Die Außenbeleuchtung brennt leider die ganze Nacht und scheint ins Zimmer- Verdunklung im Zimmer jedoch mit Vorhang oder Rolladen möglich. Badehandtücher für Pool gegen Gebühr möglich.

Schöne Wanderungen und abends sehr leckeres Essen gleich Erholung!!!

Sehr gute Lage. Zwischen Bardolino und Lazise gelegen. Frühstück war vielfältig und mit sehr gutem Kaffee. Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und großer Auswahl. Für Hotelgäste 10 % Ermäßigung. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel.

Mooie ruime kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne badkamer.Mooie omgeving gelijk aam het Gardameer. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Genoeg restaurantjes voor een diner in de buurt. Prima ontbijt

Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns auf das Hotel und das gute Frühstück und den prima Service!

Das Hotel und das Nebengebäude liegen direkt am Ufer des Gardasees. Alles sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Parkplatz für die Residenz war auch sehr groß. Das Frühstück und der Service dazu war einfach spitze. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück und leckeren Kaffee. Auch die Pandemie-Situation war sehr gut gelöst. Besonders gut ist, dass man im Restaurant sehr gut Essen kann. Gute Speisekarte, sehr große Auswahl an Weinen und Essen. Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Haben gleich den ganzen Urlaub Tisch reserviert und immer gut gegessen. Chef hilft persönlich mit - super!

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!!!

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem separaten Gebäude - sehr ruhig! Für diesen Teil des Hotels gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz - sehr viel Platz! Chef und Personal kümmern sich engagiert um die Gäste. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück! Im Hotel befindet sich auch ein Restaurant mit einer vielfältigen Speisekarte. Das Essen ist köstlich und auch preislich o.k.! Auch dort sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir sind an der Promenade entlang nach Bardolino und Lazise gewandert.

Nice hotel in a nice area . However if you are staying longer than say a week it is very quiet

Nice building. Nice pool area . Breakfast was quite nice. Cisano and the hotel are quite quiet .

No tea and coffee facilities in the room or at the hotel after breakfast. Even a kettle would have been good. Cisano is a bit quiet and away from the attractions, (the water bus now only stops there infrequently) so you need to figure in bus / water bus ….travel . However bus and water bus stops are close . Breakfast while nice was the same (pretty much exactly) each day .

The receptionists were both very helpful, kind and friendly.. all the staff is. It is situated in a very nice and quiet area. The room is very clean. I will recommend it alot as it is situated in a very nice area.

The only thing that could be different is the breakfast as it was always the same

Excellent choice, we would return to this hotel!

Location was good, approximately 30-35 minutes walk to Lazise one way, then Bardilino the other way. Breakfast excellent, ate a few times in hotel in the evening, again good food and choice. Staff very accommodating and friendly (apart from one receptionist who could smile more often!) Hotel and area very clean, beds and pillows just a tad firm for my liking, but that is personal choice. Could not fault the hotel, the swimming pool is approximately few minutes from main hotel, set in well kept grounds, spotless!

A gorgeous hotel tucked in a beautiful location on the edge of Lake Garda

Loved this place! Very friendly staff, allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Amazing breakfast & evening meal at their partner restaurant next door. Lovely pool & garden area about 5 minutes walk along the lake. Easy access to the 2 towns either side of the resort (about 20 mins each way). The bedrooms were lovely with nice views. The car park was perfect. Lots of nice restaurants nearby & good access to the ferry service.

Not a complaint, but a smart TV with internet / Youtube access would have been nice in the room as no English channels.

Great location and good value

The location was beautiful but the room was noisy , as it faced the main road. Staff were very nice and happy to help with our enquiries. Dated throughout but can't complain as price was very reasonable . Lots of choice at breakfast.

Perfect find on Lake Garda, loved my stay x

Hotel perfect location beside 8 beautiful restaurants. Hotel has everything you need, spacious room, clean, great breakfast, fabulous pool to relax after a busy day.

Perfect hotel and location

Beautiful location, directly on the lake. Swimming pool set along from the hotel in a large beautiful garden with tennis court and bar. Swimming pool with views if the lake was a real bonus. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was lovely. No complaints at all, will definitely return.

Great position of the hotel, great pool and a park! Very close to the water. Not to crowded. Nice church across the street. Very clean room!!!

Overall a nice hotel

We had a super nice room with balcony overlooking the lake. Very clean and nice enough rooms to feel comfortable. Little fridge and good air conditioner. Breakfast was not the best but it was good.

Most stuff friendly, but one receptionist seemed unfriendly, annoyed and even rude.. by her we did not feel welcome which was a shame.

Lovely weekend

The hotel has a beautiful overview over the lake. Bardolino and Lazise reachable on food along the lake (pedestrian and bicycle way). The breakfast offers a huge buffet with savoury and sweet stuff. We booked a triple room, very clean and with comfortable beds. The swimming pool and park was the cherry on top!!
