Very good expe, lovely and attentive staff, very clean, high quality of food and drink and all facilities

No access to swim in the sea despite very warm weather. This should be available until the end of October at least

Znakomicie

Cudowna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, a zarazem spokój i cisza, obsługa i serwis super, jedzenie znakomite (warto dopłacić za obiadokolacje), spotkałam 3 osoby z polskiej obsługi, piękne pokoje (szczególnie executive), nie mam zastrzeżeń, wrócę na pewno, jeden z najlepszych w okolicy :)

Jedynie brak plaży, jednak miejsce i standard rekompensują wszystko, przy takim standardzie mógłby być ekspres do kawy w pokoju.

Im Grossen und Ganzen war es ein toller Aufenthalt, das Morgenbuffet war gut. Hatte für alle was dabei.

Der Service auf dem 5. Stock in der Bar. Hatten eine halbe Stunde gewartet bis einer mal kam und nachfragte, ob wir schon bestellt hätten was dann auch so war und die Bestellung wurde von einem Herren aufgenommen, allerdings ging diese nicht hinter die Bar. Die Getränke waren dann aufs Haus aber wir waren genervt.

Lugar péssimo e atendimento horrível

O quarto estava limpo

A água quente leva 20 minutos para aparecer no chuveiro, a recepção foi péssima, o check in era as 15 horas, nós chegamos exatamente às 15 e não estava pronto e não tinha previsão para ficar, o ar-condicionado não gelava bem, saímos para dar uma volta e esperar o quarto ficar pronto e pedimos para ser informados por telefone, não recebemos nenhuma ligação então voltamos ao hotel após 1 hora sem receber ligação ou informação e o quarto estava pronto e perdemos uma hora da nossa estadia, pedimos a mala e o recepcionista falou que receberíamos no quarto, esperamos 15 minutos e não chegou, então ligamos eles falaram que ia trazer, depois de mais 15 minutos decidimos ir até a recepção e ver o que aconteceu, e a mala ainda estava lá e ele me deu, sendo q pra levar eu mesma eu levaria meia hora antes. Sendo agora então 1 hora e 30 minutos perdidos da nossa estadia e pasmem, no dia do checkout eles nos ligaram 20 minutos antes do checkout para nos oferecer ajuda com a mala, ou seja a ligação tinha a intenção de nos apressar. Péssimo atendimento e péssima estadia. Não volto nunca mais.

Konum ve kahvaltı iyi

Deniz manzaralı oda seçerken dikkatli olun çünkü dürüst bir yaklaşımları yok. 5. katı yüksek kat zannederek aldık ama Loby ile aynı katta. Bunu öğrendiğimizde itiraz ettik, üst katlar için çok fazla fiyat farkı talep ettiler. 5. katın deniz manzarası çok kötü. Daha çok havuz manzarası ve havuz sesi var. Otel burada yanıltıcı bilgi vererek Loby ile aynı katta olan 5. kat odalarına fazla fiyat uygulayarak müşterilerini yanıltıyor. Arkadaşımız hasta oldu ve 1 saat geç checkout istedik 25 euro para talep ettiler. Burasının Hilton denetiminde olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Otel çok pahalı olmasına rağmen banyo setleri yok ve her defasında istemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz ve çok geç getiriyorlar. Karşılama bankosundaki çalışanların en çok sevidiği kelime "Hayır" ve bunu kaba bir şekilde söylüyorlar. Fiyat performans çok kötü. Pişmanız.

Excellent

1) The Fitness Center was excellent, especially Karol was really nice and friendly, he went above and beyond - even letting me stay a little bit after 10 pm (closing hours) in order let me complete my daily steps. Every time we went to ask something they were super helpful. 2) The reception manager was willing to let us change our room because we did not like the location. 3) We liked the outdoor pool, the view of the sea, the executive lounge and the selection of breakfast and dinner.

The receptionist who checked us in was a bit rude but the manager sorted it out for us because the location of the first room was hard to find, far from the lounge and confusing.

Will defo re visit. Our stay was perfect.

Executive package was first class. Lovely lounge with sea views. Peaceful and calm. Staff very hardworking and extremely helpful . Breakfast lovely and daily high tea exceptional. Room cleaned to a very high standard. Ate in all hotel restaurants and they were all first class.

La vue magnifique de notre chambre et la terrasse xxl 😃

La qualité de sommeil 😴 Trop de bruit dans les couloirs à cause de certains clients qui rentrent tard ou partent tôt le matin. On dort beaucoup mieux chez nous, à la maison. Dommage ! Les vacances c’est aussi pour faire des bonnes nuits de sommeil avant la reprise du travail.

Memorable visit

Great location, friendly staff, nice varied breakfast and clean. Fantastic views from our balcony! And on my birthday I had a surprise cake & note which was a thoughtful touch!

We stayed in March and had wonderful weather but our room was very warm in the evenings. The AC options were set to a heat mode that we couldn’t change. We had varying feedback from reception staff - open balcony door (we had two kids so didn’t feel comfortable with this option over night), “we will send someone to look at it” (didn’t notice any change), “it’s technically the winter period so we have heating on”. However it didn’t overshadow the great stay that we had! But would have made our sleeping situation a little more comfortable.

Das Zimmer lag über der Pooltechnik und es hatte ein ständiges Dauergeräusch. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gut geputzt, ich hätte für ein Hilten Hotel mehr erwartet.

Rummen kändes gamla. Hade betalat för deluxrum med havsutsikt men fick ett lite bakom med utsikt över en bukt. Dålig service vid poolen och jätte dyrt.

Good apart from the things that I mentioned should not be happening in a 5 star for 200 euro per night

Nice and large, lovely restaurants and bar areas

Room was a bit dirty, hairs in the bed and bathroom. We were also naked on the bed and a staff member just walked in to fill the mini bar. They went out and came back in 3 times disregarding the fact we shouted oi to get out.

There were great sports facilities, service was great and delicious breakfast. The room was a generous size.

Some of the amenities were worn out: iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

A wonderful experience...We will be there again soon.

We liked the room as it was spacious and clean. We slept really well and we were comfortable with two large beds in the room. The breakfast was a real treat as well.

We were disappointed with the pool as it was always crowed and there was lack to no supervision at times. In fact many were diving whilst others came in with there shoes.
