Für uns ein idealer Ort, um Kos zu erkunden.

Eine größere Ferienanlage, die aber nur zweistöckig gebaut ist. Die Lage ist ideal, direkt an einem perfekten Sandstrand mit kleinem Liegestuhlverleih und Beachbar. Es ist sehr ruhig, gibt mehrere Pools, gerade auch für kleine Kinder ideal.

I really like that they cleaned and changed the towels every day. The food was delicious but a little too repetitive.

Nice Hotel but far from city center, no WIFI in rooms, bring mosquito spray

nice big rooms, good air conditioner, great kid pool. amazing sandy beach on premises.

wifi accessibility was only in the main lobby. Lots of mosquitos. Location was far from city center, about 25 minutes away. Couldn’t find the place to get beach towels.

Good facilities for kids.

Booked family room with 2 under 2’s with buggy & luggage - given an upstairs room. Air con not working. Miserable staff, the bar staff were more interested in their phone or their nails. Beach bar couldn’t have been more rude! Mystery pink meat for breakfast.

The price you see on Booking.com (£62) wasn't the price paid (£102) I have Screenshots to explain. Only needed a room for the day until our 01.45 flight. (No Breakfast required).

beautiful holiday

great location for familly with children, good near hotel beach (sunbets for 5 euros per day), very good serviced and clean (sunbets cleaning every day). beautiful sunset every day. food in hotel is very very good perfect cleaning service in room every day. from hotel drives bus to city Kos every day. weather in september was beautiful, little bit windy. staff on hotel reception very nice (one lady from czech) hotel zoo for kids beautiful holiday for family with children

cleaness in restaurant is not very good, I dont understand how is possible, that in 4* hotel can’t be spoons. Find a spoon is like a fort boyard and if you get from staff is like gold medal celebration. slides in the kids pool are not in 100% condition. non-alco drinks was very sweet and look syntetic. also wine and filter coffe was very low level hotel

Our shower kept flooding our room, paid for late check out in a family room and was only a double room. Our room was very dirty bugs and spiders all over the walls. Told hotel staff at night as we arrived late to speak to the receptionist in the morning. Spoke to the receptionist in the morning and they said it’s to late we check out soon. Rude staff no help at all

Disappointing

The personal from the reception is not to helpful Food is poor and they use the same food from one day to another day . The mosquitoes and fly doesn't let you to have even a coffee in the balcony, it's everywhere in the resort. Very disappointed, I will never go there.

we had an amazing holiday - the room, food and pools and evening entertainment were really good

it was well set out - the room was very clean the staff were very helpful - particularly Maria on reception who helped us with a problem we had with a taxi, and Mario who looked after us in the evenings

rushing to get a sunlounger in the morning - maybe they should be booked at reception

A hotel without management

Very professional staff at the reception. Food OK (would have been excellent with less salt).

This hotel surprisingly has no management: room not ready 45' after check-in, queues to enter the resto, sudden shortage of plates and glasses. No synchronisation of services at all, no manager there. Phone not working. Wi-Fi is there, but it's nearly unusable: disappearing connection, many ports closed. Undrinkable drinks included in the All-In: even water has a specific taste in All-In. Cola is the worst of all. Make it more expensive, but drinkable, please. Food is in 80% cases too salted.

Decent location, staff really great, quality drinks. Really well made buildings, pools, awesome plants, flowers, etc. Looks 10/10, food 7/10, pools 7/10, beach 5/10

Dirty bed, no bathroom supplies at this pricepoint is unheard of, mouse running around outside our door. Wifi unreachable, everything had to be paid for, beachbed, etc. Beach bar not included in all incusive.

pretty good

meal was excellent and a lot, they supplement still it, room was clean and for family OK, 2 rooms separate with terase and sea view,beach was 100 meters, clean with showers and small bar, umbrella and beds you must pay, mini golf was nice, 3 euros per person, receptions were polity and friendly,Small mini-market is inside of resort ,open 9-20.

sometimes were mosquitoes but not every day.You can buy repellent in mini-markets.WIFI is not in a room.There is almost windy every day.

poor very let down

spent a lot of money on this holiday as it said there was a gym which there wasn’t there was a few bits and pieces of unusable equipment nothing like shown inbrocher very dissapoint set me back weeks in training now . nothing worked all broken no hand weights no lifting weights

Near to the beach, nice rooms and big Pool area.

We got an upgrade to Gaia palace but the communication between them was not that good. We booked three bedrooms but there were only two, so we had to ask four times for an additional one. Staff seemed not very encouraged to satisfy customers. Otherwise the stay was great!

Essen - sehr lecker! Clean Good night program for kids

- Around hotel are really nice, sweet and kind cats, however all of them had cut piece of ears!!! The hotel Doctor cut the ear of ,,checked,, cats as approve?! How crazy is that? - Hotel Zoo (poor animals should have more place around) - you have extra cost for beach towel( 1€ per day) - sun chairs at the beach cost 5€ per day - really old fitness (not use) -bad Wifi connection

Again... PERFECT!!!

It was the 4th time we've visited the hotel and like always everything is PERFECT!! We've asked for the same room as last time and the hotel manager Illiana arranged that for us with no problem! Because we've already visited the hotel so many times, we had the opportunity to use the sunbeds for free and we could also go to the Gaia Palace and use the facilities over there. The food is absolutly fantastic and also the main bar is very joyful!! All the staff is so friendly. In one word: FABULOUS!! Thanks again for the wonderful stay! See you next year!!

One little thing: the plates in the restaurant are always wet and that's not so nice to put food on... But all the rest was super!!!
