Unglaublich schlecht

Beschreibung passt überhaupt nicht zu der echten Unterkunft. Seit 14 Jahren bin ich in Kroatien (Istrien), ich hatte viele Unterkünfte , aber diese Unterkunft ist eine Frechheit.

We might have chosen a bad option while there must be rooms on a much higher level.

The location and the park as well as the seaside were awesome.

No A.C. The apartment was stinky, covered with spidernets everywhere. There was one poor fan trying to fight against humidity and heat. No luck. The kitchen counter was wrecked, the handle of the bathroom window was rusty.

Really enjoyed it, would recommend it for a quiet getaway. Easy walk to main city or seaside.

Great location, quiet and pretty. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were nice, everything provided.

The free wifi doesn't include your actual room. But you can get it at the communal areas within the resort, so still available.

First of all the location which is fantastic! Second the accomodation in large and comfortable houses. And third the access to the sea and to the pool: everything round the corner!

Pula holiday resort

Great weather and really high number of beaches to select including swimming pull

Air conditioning was not a part of my apartment and I was aware about this but it's a must in a pick summer time.also lack of microwave and some basic kitchen equipment is problematic when you travel half of europe

Location near the beautiful beaches was great.

They forgot to enable AC in the first night ( it was not broken, they just using card system for selling AC as an add-on product, and obviously they just not inserted this card in the first night). I've messaged them twice, but had to go personally to the reception, and soonly after that they sent technician, who inserted card and AC was activated. It would not be a big deal if they recognise that, but they refused to provide any compensation or just say sorry. I guess the stuff at this resort is really cheap paid, what could explain such unfriendliness.

Swimming pool and a lot of space in the apartment, the stuff was really helpful and polite

Food close the swimming pool, personnel of the swimming pool area did not act about behavior of other guests who disturbed to the other.. they were smoking inside the pool, poor out the beer to the water and screaming a lot.. we and other families had to leave the swimming pool because we didn’t feel safe.. the resort is not prepared for families with the strollers..

I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me to.

The air conditioning blew cold.

No maid service. Buy your own toilet paper. No fresh towels offered. Hot water tank very small, barely enough for one person. No microwave. Take out your own trash. Shower head was from an RV. Room very small. Couch was a fouton. Long distance from parking, restaurant, pool, and reception. Store closed early. Restaurant had subpar food. Minimal parking places. Very dirty grounds. Lots of stray cats. Rude staff.

Relaxing.

Atmosphere: air, weather, view, kitchen appliances. The location is really nice, Pula is less than 10 minutes with a car, this is more like a tourist area.

5 EUR per day extra charge for AC. No WiFi in the rooms. Twin beds are not wide, the couch is much more comfortable.
