Nice hotel and was worth the money

The breakfast is superb and a nice range of items to choose from. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The WI-FI also worked very well throughout the hotel. Hopefully if I visit again I will attend the stem room

The lift is not adequate and too small. It says 4 persons, but it can only really fit two and that’s if you are comfortable with that person. There is also no indicator on the lift so you don’t know if it actually working when you press the buttons or use your key fob on the ground floor

Strongly recommended for lovers

The room was spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly. We will come back for sure! Parking places arr available in front of the hotel.

It was impossible to use welness and spa as this space was full booked. Better reserve in advance

WOW, book a room, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful hotel nestled just outside of the hustle of the main Brussels town centre yet close connections to the train station, outside a main tram stop and a stones throw from lots of points of interest on a scooter. The staff were amazingly helpful (some very witty and humorous) Cleaning was spot on and facilities fantastic. We booked the spa for an hour, which was also lovely. Room service was prompt too. The listing didn’t do it enough justice. Definitely worth a visit.

If I really had to find fault, the keys they hand out weigh a tonne, but that’s all part of the charm and boutique style.

Good location, clean

The room was on the last floor with a small window, that was the only uncomfortable issue. Also, sauna and hamam were available for 30 eur per person, which I Initially thought would be included in the room rate

A welcome oasis to retreat to from the hustle and bustle of Brussels city centre

Lovely dining area in conservatory with excellent breakfast choices also a relaxing cool seating area outside near fountain for either having a drink or meal. A treat to have a garden so large in centre of city. Tram stop just down street. Very helpful reception staff pleasure to deal with.
