Communication was excellent, cabin more than pictures

We loved the privacy and the location is great. You're close to all the hiking and reasturants. The cabins are great for 2 families. The main cabin is updated nicely and the bunk house is nice too. We enjoyed the hottub and had a few campfires. Our 4 year old loved looking at all the tadpoles and frogs in the pond.

This place was really nice. The teens enjoyed the bunk house as they felt like they were big people and had their own place. Not sure if the beds were queens but they were comfy. The place was easy to find and in a great location to everything. The kitchen is only stocked with cooking and eating devices, so make sure you bring salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc. I would stay here again.

Us gals all gathered at the house for a relaxing weekend. The seperate spaces were great for the 1 teenager in the group to enjoy her own serenity away from the "old folks"
The hot tub and house was great. The 'pond' was a little disappointing as we thought there may be some fishing in store for the weekend. The series of water holes are more like mosquito attractants. Stagnant and shallow and my car drug the ground every time i crossed the little Drainage creek in the driveway.
The checkout instructions included taking the trash to the dumpster at the end of the driveway. Relying on guests to do the job for the cleaning provider is a bit much, especially when the trash bags leak into the back of my vehicle. Might I suggest requiring guests to put bags into the large cans that were on the back patio, as most vacation rentals require...but not having to take them to the dumpster at the end of the drive!
Overall, the house was very nice, relaxing and served its purposed.

My family loved this cabin get away! No cell service but it was nice to unplug. The internet was mostly reliable. The main cabin was great with an area upstairs for pool, foosball and cards, loved the outdoor seating areas and the fire pit. The bunk house was awesome and unique but you have to be good with ladders to sleep out there since the bedroom is lofted. We loved it all and highly recommended it as well as we will keep it in mind for future trips! The staff were great and highly responsive when we had issues with the door code ad well as they were in great communication leading up to our stay! Hidden Valley/Burtonwood Lodging were great to work with!

The cabin was exactly what we were expecting, even better. This is a very fun, peaceful piece of property and VERY clean, which is important to us. Communication with the property owner was very clear and even inside the cabin, everything was clearly labelled with instructions. All appliances were in good working order and instructions were clear. The only minor negative for me was the cookware was stainless steel which I always struggle cooking with. The property is down in a valley and the road to get in and out is somewhat steep, but we had no problem with our front wheel drive minivan. You may want four-wheel drive in the winter months. We had a great time exploring Hocking Hills and the clean hot tub was welcome after a long day of hiking. Cantwell Cliffs is our favorite which is just around the corner from the cabin!

This really was the perfect cabin for our weekend. We had 8 adults and the cabin + bunkhouse fit us all comfortably. The kitchen size was great for group cooking and we loved the fire pit. Probably the cleanest cabin I’ve ever been in! Really liked the location, far away enough from noise but very close to 33 for all kinds of day trips in the area. 10/10.

We enjoyed our stay but was disturbed that as a party of 10, it just was not accomodating. It took hours to cook meals for 10 people. As stated in the welcome packet that you receive after purchase, we had to buy extra paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper. The last day we had to take all the trash to the big garbage bin. To us, there were too many expectations when we still had to purchase house essentials. The house was big, clean, and beautiful and we worked it out following all rules. The stay was just very different from other places we stayed at.

The property was gorgeous! Beautiful nights and relaxing days. My only complaint is the road leading into the area. Such a sharp right turn and almost got t-boned turning left out of there one day. Maybe a hidden drive sign? Other than that, it was super clean, big enough for 5 adults and didnt feel crowded. Hot tub was perfect for after hikes. Also loved the extra bunk house!

The exterior needs maintenance. There was bird crap on the deck and railings and

Cool cabin in the woods. Close to Ohio University for graduation, and plenty to do afterwards for everyone! Highly recommend this place!

Very clean and well stocked kitchen!

The HiddenValley cabins were quite nice and comfortable overall! The futon in the main cabin could use a new cushion but other than that we were pleased. Love the Privacy aspect of the backyard. The creek and ponds were fun for the kids to skip rocks and find critters and things. Thanks so much! Fun Times & Memories!

We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend staying here.

So warm and cozy. Cottage felt larger than it was. The decking was fantastic, sorry it wasn’t warmer so we could use it. Would love to go back in the summer. The bunk house requires being able to climb ladder to get to beds.

Great communication prior to stay, super clean, safe, well stocked kitchen, everything in great condition. I will book this or another Burtonwood property without any doubt!!

Hidden Valley was a great location offering the perfect amount of space and area. The kitchen provided everything we needed.

Absolutely a stunning property! The indoors were nice, neat, and spacious enough for my family! We were also able to throw around a football we brought and play bocce ball outdoors. The yard had just enough flat surface to be able to run around a bit and enjoy ourselves outdoors surrounded by hills and the beautiful fall colors! The fire pit was lovely as well.
I have no complaints about this property, it had everything we needed and then some! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

While the weather was not exactly ideal, we had a great time at the cabin. Plenty of space and entertainment. Would recommend for a group get-together

Overall a really good stay! We stayed with one other family so the 2 houses worked out great for us. A lot of space to sleep many people! Just a short drive to the main attractions we were hoping to see. Cabin was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again :)

We had a great experience! It was exactly what we wanted to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary!

So peaceful and beautiful. Especially Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit . Also the caves weren’t to far from us , didn’t have to travel to far to anything. Definitely would come back :)

All in all, a great experience. Would recommend and will do it again.

We stay at rental properties at least 2 times per year. This was the best one, yet. It was very clean. Everything was labeled and easily accessible. We had one snag with the air conditioning (which can happen) and they were attentive and fixed it asap! Overall, the say was perfect and we had an amazing time. All very close to Hocking Hills State Park. 100% recommended!
