Perfect hotel in front of the train station

Basic but everything was there. For this price, in the heart of Geneva, that was a very pleasant surprise. I even had a balcony with a view of the cathedral!

Non venite a Ginevra per vacanza. Non ne vale la pena.

E' molto vicino alla stazione.

La mia camera era la 101, non essendo insonorizzata la finestra, si sentiva tutto fuori dove c'era una discarica di rifiuti, per cui i camion della spazzatura arrivavano anche di notte e svuotavano i loro contenuti. Un delirio. Un'altra cosa davvero surreale, anche se noi italiani dovremmo essere abituati, e' che non c'era il bidet. Nel 2024 non e' concepibile questa cosa. E non e' che non essendoci mai stato non ci debba essere in futuro. E' un fatto igienico, e' un fatto di civilta'. Il costo dell'albergo e' molto elevato, troppo. Il lavandino nel bagno e' spaventosamente piccolo. Sara' stato 20 cm x 10 cm. RIDICOLO. Non si poteva appoggiare neppure una saponetta.

Ravi de mon séjour

La localisation est excellente. Le rapport qualité/prix respecté. L'accueil est soigné, la chambre est propre la literie confortable, la salle de bain propre également. (Je suggère juste de changer le pommeau de douche afin d'avoir d'avantage de pression d'eau, la douche sera plus agréable)

Rien de négatif à dire.

Execellent hotel and a great location with public transport connections to all parts of the city.

Excellent service, just what you would expect at a good Swiss hotel.

Every thing was great but just one little thing wasn't perfect. There were no bedside tables. Not something serious, I know, but I like to have my phone near overnight so I can see the time and hear my wake-up alarm. For that a bedside table would be good.

Hospitalité. Nous avons récupéré notre chambre avant l'heure. Nous tenons à remercier la jeune dame à l'accueil pour sa gentillesse. Chambre et salle de bain énormes. Proche de la gare juste 3 min de distance.proche du lac 10 min à pied.

Kurz und angenehm!

Das Zimmer war der Kategorie entsprechend, sehr funktional und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral gelegen (wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt; und in Distanz zur Fussgaengerzohne und den Hauptgeschaeftsstrassen). An das Hotel direkt angebunden ist ein Lokal (u.a., wird dort das Fruehstueck serviert), welches es moeglich macht, zu unterschiedlichsten Zeiten (auch spaet abends) einen Drink oder Speisen zu konsumieren.

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat trotzalledem meinen Vorstellungen entsprochen. Ich koennte keinen Kritikpunkt anfuehren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Great location for a few nights stay

The location is great just a few steps away from central station. It is easy to walk around the center, river and lake Geneva. A variety of restaurants within close walking distance is also great.

A bedside table would have been nice but there is a desk so not critical.

Location was directly across from the train station. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. And considering it was on a very busy street, quiet at night. Very nice linens.

1. The location is great. The hotel is located in the city centre and very close to the train station in Cornavin. It is also very close to the Lidl supermarket and various restaurants. 2. The breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. 3. The staff is very professional and customer-centric.

The shower was small compared to another similar hotel having the same price range in Geneva.

The location was ideal for a train traveller. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Nothing seriously wrong but it felt a little weird eating breakfast in a British style pub!

Overall fine and I enjoyed it.

In general everything was fine. It is a nice hotel in a great location, especially if you are traveling by train, as I was.

The bar/restaurant associated with the hotel is a bit expensive. I know that Geneva is an expensive city. But on top of the high prices, what is in effect an exchange rate of 90 francs for 100 euros is a bit punitive and unnecessary. Perhaps there is a way to give guests who are staying in the hotel a break in this regard.

Very good

The hotel is clean, everything worked more or less (some minor issues with the shower head). Excellent location just right across the Cornavin train station. I would say a solid 3 star hotel, rooms and the restaurant.

poor room furniture, no bedside table, tiny bathroom, shower still with curtain. ..but you cannot pretend more for a central hotel in Geneva
