Gemma couldn’t have been more helpful, she went above and beyond organising early breakfast and transport. The apartment was extremely comfortable with a view to die for.

This space was beautiful and homey. My favorite aspect of the room was the incredible view of the Ravello country side. Gemma was a kind and attentive host. The breakfast she provided in the morning was simple, but yummy. Gemma's property is stunning. I didn't get to spend much time there as every day of my stay I was out adventuring, but the garden is definitely the perfect spot to relax and read and maybe even take a nap. Walking from the home to the main town square is a simple 15-20 min walk downhill. Purchasing bus ticket's is simple enough. There's one store that sells them. All the restaurants in Ravello looked delicious and the locals are both friendly and kind. Helpful tip: plan on taking the bus up/down the mountain side as the walk is quite an active / high intensity trek (unless you're up for a challenge that is).
On this trip I was traveling alone and I would 100% recommend this space for solo travelers, friends, or partners.
I have nothing negative to say about my stay. This spot is beautiful and I recommend to all.

The Host had great communication and was always responsive and pleasant to deal with.
Location was perfect and clean. All necessary facilities were provided.
Breakfast was plentiful, and a nice variety, with the addition of freshly picked figs included, which is unheard of anywhere I've stayed in before.
Bed was comfortable, and the shower was the best.
Couldn't ask for more.
Thanks

Everything was good, the owner is very nice. Breakfast was pretty good also. Ravello is amazing tiny town with unforgettable view and good restaurants.
it can be a bit difficult to climb the mountain if you are an elderly person or have a lot of luggage. need a shelf in the shower.

We received a warm welcome from Gemma, our host. She was very personable and helped with her local knowledge when we needed it. The rooms were lovely and the air-conditioning was invaluable as the outside temperatures reached 31c.
Breakfast in the garden was a real treat amongst the home-grown fruit and breath-taking views.
La Gemma Di Ravello is about a 15 minute walk from the main piazza and is a gradual walk up the hill. Probably not suitable for elderly folk, but worth it for the views.
We would highly recommend staying at La Gemma Di Ravello!
There was nothing that we didn't like about our stay

Wonderful B&B with beautiful lemon orchard trees and grape vines on the property. So peaceful and serene!
The 50 flights of stairs to cary heavy suitcases up and down could be challenging, however Gemma was so kind to help! Also, shower caddy would be helpful for shampoos, soap etc….

Super sweet host with a beautiful stay. The town of Ravello was super cute and our stay at Gemma’s was very comfortable.
Make sure you pack sneakers or comfortable walking shoes for a stay in this area!

Absolutely beautiful, quiet and away from the busy towns but not too far from Amalfi, Positano and other beaches.
Delicious breakfast and the best host . ThankYou so much Gemma for helping with our luggage and making our stay memorable. We will be back.

The property is an oasis of peace. Like a dream. I felt in paradise. The lemon garden, the roses, the views, and the lovely kittens... ❤️ The room was excellent - super comfy bed and pillows and excellent taste of decoration. Gemma was a lovely host, attending everything with lightness of being like we were part of the family. What a joy! I wish I'll come back again.
I have to get really creative to point out anything that I didn't like. May be a shelf in the shower to put the shampoo.

Everything about our stay was perfect: perfect host, accommodation, breakfast, gardens, location from Piazza Duomo etc. The whole place is kept meticulously clean. The rooms are comfortably laid out with all the facilities you're likely to need. Gemma herself is an absolute sweetheart and makes sure you have everything to make your stay at La Gemma di Ravello is as wonderful as possible. We highly recommend staying here, and we're pretty sure we'll be doing just that again sometime.
There is honestly nothing we didn't like

Gemma was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. We loved everything about the property. The rooms were modern and clean, and the breakfast was great. We'd definitely come back. The lemon grove and outdoor patio area were charming.
There is a somewhat of a longish walk to both the property and Central square with some steps that could be challenging for older guests. My 74 year old mother was worried about them the first day, but she ended up getting more fit and actually enjoyed the walk by the time we left! Don't bring large luggage unless you're willing to haul it up and down steps and across distances. But that's par for the whole Amalfi area and Gemma was too kind to help out with bags. Overall it was our favorite place to stay throughout our entire vacation.

it is clean and served good breakfast. nice and helpful owner.
no hot water available in room, no shampoo, even though found this one by filtering parking, but no parking, parked on street, need to walk up and down to get to the property.

It was on a beautiful little farm area with gorgeous greenery all around you! It also had a great view of the town on the neighboring hill. It was maybe a 10 minute walk to the main square, but was in a nice, quiet residential area.
We had a little trouble getting the AC started, but Gemma was very helpful with getting it started for us!

I cannot think of anything.

Room was really comfortable and clean, shower was great. All very modern. Breakfast was nice selection with coffee made by Gemma. The villa and grounds were very nice - growing all sorts on site (lemons, pomegranates, grapes, roses) so was very nice to sit outside. Although the villa is a little bit out of Ravello, it’s only a 15minute walk into Ravello with a few routes to choose from - either down the steps along the coast or straight through the pedestrian bit where you go past some shops. Gemma was a great host and very kindly allowed us to leave our bags in the morning so we could go exploring, and we were able to check in early as the room was ready (amazing!)
We came back after a day out to a clean room, but the door to our room and the room next to us were both wide open - they must have been cleaned but then neither doors were shut / locked again, despite us locking them when we left for the day. Not great for security as anyone could have gotten into our room and taken anything. Hopefully it won’t happen again, but something to be aware of.

Gemma's place is magical! The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable. But the real gem here is the garden. Surrounded by lemon trees and grape vines, we spent many hours sat outside relaxing and enjoying the view.
The location of the accommodation is excellent, just 10 minutes from the main centre of Ravello with plenty of restaurants and places to visit nearby.
Gemma was an exceptional host. She responded to any query we had quickly and helpfully. Gemma also was helpful with a flexible check-in and allowed us to leave our bags on our last day so we could make the most of it before the trip home.
La Gemma di Ravello was the best place we stayed during our visit along the Amalfi Coast, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Modern, clean, Gemma was lovely and great communication. Very quiet. Great views. Air Con.
A bit of a walk with luggage, but not a big deal.

Gemma ensured that any need was taken care of, which I really appreciated as a solo traveller. The room was clean and renovated, has comfortable amenities (thankful for the good bed!). The garden overlooking the green hills was gorgeous - you can sit under the sunshine in the shade of the lemon trees, or the twinkling lights in the evening sipping on an Aperol spritz. Definitely recommend as a relaxing getaway!

Gemma was amazing, my flight there was a nightmare and did not get to hotel until 2am but Gemma was there put me at ease and lovely. The place itself was very authentic to Italy, Room Aircon, exceptionally clean, small fridge, large shower, very comfortable! The breakfast spread was brilliant and great coffee. It's about 10 walk to town square and 15-20min walk back but that's due to it being up a very steep hill. But the views and peace quiet up there are totally worth it!
Everything was perfect! Honestly could not have been happier!

Beautiful b and b in the heart of gorgeous Ravello. Gemma was so kind and nothing was too much trouble. I asked in advance if we could have a kettle in the room, which she said was no problem. Clearly she went out and bought a kettle especially for us. So kind. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Everything you needed to start your day. There is a lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy breakfast
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a large, very comfortable bed. Its so quiet there, we had great rest. We would definitely recommend staying here. Such a great host.
Nothing. Everything was great. A point to note is that if you have heavy luggage, its a bit of a walk uphill from the bus stop. We are quite fit, so wasn't a big deal for us, but if less mobile, might be an issue.

The location gave us a stunning view of Ravello. We only had two nights, but wished we had more to stay in this lovely place and town. The beautiful garden, property, and surrounding area made us feel relaxed and at home. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, breads, cheese, meat, delicious Italian pastries, and of course a splendid cup of cappuccino. If we didn’t already have bookings elsewhere, we definitely would have extended our stay! Gemma, the sweet owner, helped us so much carrying our oversized and heavy luggage, assisted in getting a taxi, and gave wonderful restaurant recommendations.

The garden here is absolutely beautiful! Family takes excellent care of their land. It’s very peaceful and it’s a wonderful place to have breakfast.
You have to walk up a pretty steep hill to get here. That is Ravello everywhere, though!
