Nice location but pricey

The hotel location is great, just a few minutes from the beach, and in the awesome district of Leblon. Lot of shops, restaurants and bars around, Pretty safe place. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. A small balcony is nice to have, even with a view to the internal side of the hotel.

First time in Brazil/Rio, and aware that Leblon district is expensive. But I still think that the room price is too high in view of the offered services. Bathrooms could be renewed. A second chair on the balcony would be nice. And the breakfast is good but limited. For that price, I was expecting more.

Excellent stay in centre of Leblon.

The hotel is in an excellent location with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby,. It’s a busy part of town but quiet in room. The room was really comfortable, nice big beds and nice pillows. The breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh choices. They also provide beach towels.

The pool and gym looked a bit dated, we didn’t use.

Apartamento amplo e confortável. Smart TV com boas opções de canais. Hotel muito bem localizado. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Região segura.

Partes quentes do café da manhã frequentemente frias: o bacon e as salsichas. Nem sempre me ofereceram coisas da cozinha, como omelete e tapioca. Há uma funcionária do café meio mau humorada. Não gostei da água mineral em lata no frigobar, especialmente a com gás. Apartamento mal iluminado, sendo necessário ligar lâmpada por lâmpada, o que é incômodo. Trancas da porta da varanda com problemas. Ruído interno excessivo de crianças batendo o pé no chão, inclusive depois das 22h, culpa dos pais, despreparados para viver na civilização. Ruído de arrastar de móveis pela faxineira no andar de cima. Café da manhã muito cedo em dias úteis.

Excelente localização e acolhimento no bairro do Leblon

Localização excelente, no coração do Leblon, bairro mais charmoso do Rio. Distância a pé dos melhores cafés e restaurantes do bairro e apenas a uma quadra e meia da praia. Café da manhã farto e gostoso mas caro para quem paga a parte (R$ 120,00 + taxa de serviço ). Equipe super atenciosa e eficiente.

Overall very nice, if a bit pricey with the resort fee.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; the front desk staff were especially helpful in assisting us to change our tickets to an attraction due to weather, and with other things. The breakfasts were excellent -- great choice of food and good food. Nice that they put out a snack in the afternoons. The location was great and we could feel comfortable walking around the hotel neighborhood and had some nice restaurant options.

The room was fine, but it didn't have a coffee maker or tea option; also, we couldn't get the A/C unit to work without blowing cold air on the beds, even though you could adjust the angle. I selected a room with a balcony and street view as good light is important to me and I enjoyed the balcony, but there was only one chair. We didn't use the pool, sauna or gym and so paying the resort fee made it more expensive than it was worth for us -- I would prefer that the hotel offer an optional resort fee for those who want to use the facilities. Largely for this reason, I don't think I would go back -- but otherwise I do recommend them.

Excellent cost benefit in a great location

I am a frequently client of this hotel and like it because of its great location (in the center of Leblon). It is a boutique hotel with great service and this time I tried connected rooms, which was very good for a family of 4 people (2 adults and two teenagers).

I think breakfast could have a more variety of food. Although we were able to ask for an omelete and tapioca that were not in the breakfast table.

Classy and relaxing

A great hotel in a classy street of Leblon, close to Leblon Beach and many shops. The rooms are exceptionally soundproof, the bed is fantastic, and the air conditioning is first rate, so a good sleep is guaranteed. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone. The staff at Palladium, both at the desk and in the restaurant, are quite helpful and courteous. A+ all the way.

The location is great! Two blocks from the beach and pretty safe. You can walk to the restaurants in the neighborhood without Ubering (pretty rare in Rio) Also, they have something AMAZING I have never heard about it before. A kind of happy hour included (as breakfast) from 6 to 8 pm

Location, breakfast, room size (junior suite)

lot of issues with WC not flushing properly. Unless you have a room on the street, you are facing walls. air conditioning unit jut above the bed so not convenient during the night.
