I enjoy staycation here and cafe hunting nearby.

well said for a 5-star hotel and good value for money. The location is strategic for cafe/food hunting. The pool and view were great for a staycation and the kids enjoyed swimming. The room and lobby were clean and not wet.

The breakfast buffet was quite expensive. Television channels should be improved and added more. The water pipe at the bathtub not functioning well.

Hi, it was bad experience as i think the hotel is taking advantage of customers time. The check in supposed to be at 3pm and i requested to process the payment or bills before checking time so that there is no que in the line. However they insist to do all counter service at 3pm. i think they are just using our time and it will took us longer time to que with other customer.

Enjoyable stay in a great hotel surrounded by a beautiful views.

Beautiful location, sat in the middle of the golf course. Good amenities too, especially the little bakery and coffee place. Helpful staff, decent sized room, great view (after requesting a move from the first room I was allocated). In fact, re the move, the reception staff were super accommodating and made it happen with zero fuss or hassle. The first room was a higher floor but looked out onto the concrete roof of the floor below. I moved to floor 2 and had a stunning view of the golf and the lake. Balcony doors were open every day that I was there and it made the difference from this being just a stay in a hotel, to it being a really enjoyable stay in a very comfortable place. Gym was great, sauna was excellent.

As a 5-star hotel, everything should be serving the 5-star hotel vibe even the smallest pettiest thing like the toiletri

Kudos to the male receptionists for serving us quick and easy check in and check out process.

The amenities could've been better. No hotel slippers, no mini towel. The staff at the swimming pool wasn't very nice and friendly when we asked about the swimming pool towel. He closed the section earlier although the cut off time to swim was 7 pm.

Weinig negatiefs te melden. Vroeger was er een shuttlebus naar het centrum, nu niet meer. Maar er is een prima alternatief in de vorm van een Maleisische variant op Uber, nl GRAB

Great hotel for family

I like the breakfast and surrounding views of the hotel

No carpet and needs a shade for my motorbike. No Shops or nearby restaurants. Need to take grab about 2 to 4 km.

Chilled.

Quiet, clean and tidy. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The garden and pool area were pleasant to walk around.

Not many facilities open. However, the restaurants were all very good. The Loaf could do with increasing the amount of coffee in the cup, most of mine was froth!

Pretty good price for a 5-7 star hotel with good atmosphere.

Clean pool, nice sauna private in the bathrooms, got a good massage for 37$AUD, lots of food choices. Rooms are clean and nicely cooled down without being overbearingly cold so you don’t get a weather flu. Overall great stay.

Out of service steam bath, jacuzzi time is late at night, pool is only open till 7 pm and bar at the pool opens late midday 12pm.

vibes all good, just the staff.

I like that its still properly maintained even after its been there awhile. It has a view of the golf course, its relaxing and the room is super nice as well.

I don’t like the staff, they’re so rude. this one receptionist is SO RUDE. they should train their receptionist better.

Good hotel for function and events

Family room big for all 4 of us, breakfast was nice. Staff accommodating and help. Lots of parking. Serene and quiet surrounding, green fairway from the window calms us all.

The flooring in the Family Room is bare, no carpet, no wood flooring, just a very cold hard tiles. Hard in our feet. The Air-conditioning was too cold even if we turned it down to 30c and lowest fan, probably broken control. Room slippers not provided need to buy.

I used it for my birthday, but they prepared a cake as a surprise. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

KIOSK was closed and I couldn't shop. He wanted to buy drinks and sweets, but he had nowhere to buy them except at KIOSK.
