Bad Hotel and bad Staff

Nothing good at this hotel very bad

Very bad 👎 and low staff quality, they not helping me to finish the process.... they left me at the reception for 3 hours because of a te issue even I request from them to keep my original passport until morning and I will pay cash but they refused it and the cancelled my booking at 3:00 ,AM In Ramdan

Very Very Poor and Bad Experience

Looking at the hotel and the response from the staff even for parking they could not help. Its like we should avoid negative words in any industry and specially in Hospitality industry. When we asked for parking the reply from the staff was very weird like we have more rooms and less parking that was something new for the ears as we travel a lot. So we just guessed the quality of their breakfast what it would be. we had reached at 2.00 am in the night that was the only reason we stayed at that hotel or else its not worth. And we just liked the exterior of the hotel.

There was nothing to be liked. No parking, Staff not ready to cooperate even after saying that we don't know much of this place we are travelling from Saudi Arabia. In the end one of my co Traveller himself went in the parking and got a parking place. Rooms ok, Saw some lady hair in the room which meant the housekeeping is not doing their work, they gave us beautiful glasses for drinking water in the room but there was not even a single bottle of water in the room when we asked for water they said we have to order from restaurant which is again weird, after ordering some person came from some restaurant which was near the Plaza Hotel and we were arguing with him on Saudi Riyal and Dirhams and all this was happening at 03.00 am in the morning at the end he took 10 Riyals from us instead of 6 Riyals and the water deal was done. Stinky towels, Shampoo no good at all, after looking all of this we were not in a condition to take risk and have breakfast in that hotel. I forgot to take invoice so i mailed the hotel but they don't even care to reply. Very Very Very Poor Experience. I was suppose to stay for three day but that morning we just rushed to Novotel Deira. Very Bad Experience with Crystal Plaza.

Réception staffs have lots to improve with their faces attitude...

Liked the staff of breakfast and they were very helpful and kind.

The staff of réception were fully loaded with reservation and that's why they overpriced me to 160aed instead of 50 aed as shown on the booking.com, as early check in and other day they charged 185 aed and i guess depending their mood..as i prolonged my stay.. I do not understand how they can misled clients like that,they told me no worries if you want to continue your stay ,you may book here at reception for same price as booking.com,when you come to reserve they say sorry sir we have. Changed our policy ..ghe price has increased.. Tourist trap,,,,its not about paying more and its just only about the principles of doing business in the tourism sector.. As they have had lots of demands for rooms so they just dont care about you...its all about petrol money that will surely end one day.. .I guess we need to pay them also to get a smile,lots to do for hospitality in this tourism field.. They need to learn and it's not only money that talks all the time..

The staff at the breakfast were very nice and helpful....

The staff at reception needed still what is so called hospitality,, ,,while working in tourism sector,I can tell you ,,,they need some formation and smileys their faces. ,,,,they overcharged the room from one day to another,price is made depending dates etc. Thats unfair and not what was written on booking.com,,if you have room earlier you should pay 50aed,and I went earlier the day I booked and they they charged me 160aed,,,that's unfair and not really commercial..

It can be better

The staff were nice and professionals. Thanks Ibrahim for your professional support and response. The room cleaning was great. They clean your room regularly, just call reception anytime 😊 .

The smoking inside the facilities isn't nice. The entire lobby stinch of cigarette smell. This really affected my health as I am allergic to smoke and other stuffy environment. I suggest, if you allow lodgers smoke, then kindly invest on air purifier.

Disappointing

Front office staff seems to be supportive But actually not..

TV was not working When fixed only 1 channel Food is very expensive 2 day no complimentary breakfast received Key was not working Bed mattress not soft at all only spring 402# No sound proof All service closed by 10 PM even no water really in a hotel Not value for money

Over all stay was good and everyone was very helpful.

Reception staff very polite and welcoming ..house keeping staff very professional and always helpful and prompt response if in need.

WIFI..it is basic thing in UAE but this internet service need to be improved it is continuously disconnect .
