The place and rooms were great, the location right next to the street was a bit loud if you have your window or door open (a lot of people rev up their bikes/cars for some reason in the vicinity) but if you close everything you hardly hear it. All devies worked without trouble, the garage entrace is quite steep, if you have a low laying car be careful there.

We realy enjoyed our stay. The house had everything it needed and was very clean. We loved the pool and the owner was very nice and very helpful. We definitely recommend this place for a holiday in Roses.

I did not expect he villa to be as lovely as on the listing… but it was. Immaculately clean beautifully uncluttered and modern ! 10 minutes walk to the beaches and more restaurants and bars than you could ever need ! 5 mins walk to supermarket !! Just fabulous!!

Ultra modern villa with great room sizes and up-to-date equipment and a decent pool. Helpful host. Location in residential area overlooked by flats the only setback. But easy walk to beach and restaurants.

We were 2 families of 6 people.
The house was very clean and spacious and our host Teresa very helpful with arrival and departure. (Communication only in Spanish or French though)
Location very near the beach and restaurants.
If something critical had to say it was the pool. The water circulation was on/off so that the filters didn´t have enough time to remove all the 'dirt' on the surface?
Overall I highly recomended the property!

Belle villa , très bien équipée avec une bonne situation permettant de ne pas utiliser de véhicule pour se déplacer en ville ou aller à la plage. Très bon accueil de l'hôtesse.

Groot, proper huis dicht bij prachtige natuur
Teresa was zeer vriendelijk. Het huis is prima voor de zomer. Echter hebben wij koud gehad daar de radiators niet aanstonden en het huis kil en onaangenaam was. De airco ging, maar is niet voldoende om het huis op te warmen . De natuur is prachtig om te wandelen.

Ein tolles Objekt, das ideal gelegen ist und sehr großzügig ausgestattet ist. Der Kontakt mit Teresa und ihrer Tochter funktionierte einwandfrei. Beide waren gleich zur Stelle als wir Fragen hatten. Das Haus ist super sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Lage am Rand der Innenstadt ist sehr angenehm für Unternehmungen ohne Auto. Wir werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen. :)

Superbe villa
Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette villa spacieuse et très bien agencé avec tout le confort nécessaire, chambres spacieuses, literie confortable, super terrasse et l’emplacement est idéale près de tout pas besoin de voiture, malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car les températures ne si prêter pas et si j’ai quelque chose a redire sur cette villa c’est que la piscine pourrais âtre chauffée pour pouvoir profiter aussi un peut hors saison mais sinon il n’y a rien a redire

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral zum Ort, zum Strand und zum Parc Natural. Es ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, hat eine schöne Außenanlage mit einem großen Pool und mehreren Sitzbereichen. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten und können es nur empfehlen. Die Vermieterin Teresa ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Die Villa liegt hervorragend, man erreicht Strand, Bars & Restaurants und sämtliche Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs im direktem Umfeld problemlos zu Fuß.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Abwicklung war in jeder Hinsicht absolut unkompliziert.

Het huis heeft alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt voor een perfecte vakantie. Het huis is zeer dicht bij de haven, centrum en strand van Roses gelegen. Ideaal voor gezinnen die thuis en uit eten willen combineren. Voor ons was dit na 10 jaar de ideale locatie aan de Costa Brava! Super vakantie gehad. De beheerder van het huis is bovendien zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Bedankt Teresa!

Este alojamiento tanto a mi como a todos mis amigos y familiares que estuvimos allí nos ha parecido estupendo para esos días, se nos ha echo bastante corto ya que eran sólo tres días pero tanto como la casa, la limpieza y la comunicación con el professional inmobiliario ha sido fantástica.

Top Haus in zentraler Lage
Super Haus und schöner Pool in zentraler Lage. Alles ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Klimaanlage gut und notwendig um diese Jahreszeit. WLAN vorhanden, wie auch alles andere was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Wobei wir gerne und recht preiswert zum Frühstücken (Sant Pau) oder Abendessen (Hotel Risech, sehr empfehlenswert) gegangen sind. Lediglich der grandiose Blick über die Bucht von Roses fehlt, um diesen zu Genießen muss man ein paar Serpentinen bergaufwärts gehen. Ein tolles Haus in toller Lage. Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 8 dans cette villa de standing et bien équipée. Les plages sont accessibles à pied et proches de tous les équipements classiques des stations balnéaires. La piscine était propre. Notre interlocutrice parlait couramment français et etait très accueillante. Dommage que le 4 ème lit ne sois qu un maigre clic clac. Je recommande

Magnifique maison
Une très belle maison, bien agencée et pensée, pas juste une simple maison de location ou il manque tout, ici c'est une maison comme chez nous, il y a tout. La description écrite dans l'annonce est fidèle a la réalité, tout comme les photos qui y sont fidèles à 100%.
Placard et dressing en quantité très très largement suffisante.
Juste une remarque, il faudrait un petit kit d'entretien pour la maison, raclette, loque, savon pour le sol blanc).
Je rajouterai juste, mais ou est ce fameux barbecue ;-) Mais de toute façon, on en a pas eu besoin.
Vraiment une très belle location, a recommandé sans hésité.

L annonce est vraiment conforme à la réalité, les photos sont la réalité !
La villa est très bien equipée, très propre, lumineuse, spacieuse et pratique !
Nous avons passé un EXCELLENT sejour entre amis, on a fêté même les fêtes de Paques ensemble dans cette magnifique location !
On y revient certainement !
La piscine très propre, il y a des terrasses en haut et en bas de la maison, des chez-longues, tables et chaises, tout très pratique !
Aussi le garage en bas pour 2 voitures et la possibilté du parking privé c'est un plus !
la villa est très bien securisé aussi.
Il ne manque rien ! L'internet fonctione très bien partout dans la maison !
Villa située dans un coté chique, très calme, mais en même temps très proche de la mer, centre ville, restaurants , magasins et tout ce qu'on a besoin à quelques minute à pieds !
Vue magnifique, couche de soleil avec un lumière unique qu'on vois de la terrasse en haut ! Innoubliable !
On recomande vivement cette location à la famille, amis, connaîsance et a tous ce qui veulent passer de vacances sans soucis , dans une villa ou le confort il est à l'hauteur et le bonheur du confort vous donne le sentiment d'être très gatés pendent votre sejour !

Communications with Teresa was excellent - even though she has no english and I have no french or Spanish we managed to communicate (google translate is excellent!!!). We will definitely return and have already inquired about 2014. Roses is a beautiful resort with some lovely attractions.

Nous avions loué cette villa en famille à l'occasion d'une régate.
Le contact avec les propriétaires s'est passé trés simplement et facilement.
Arrivé sur place tout était à la hauteur de nos aspirations. Villa très bien équipée, tout confort moderne,sauf internet, mais il nous a été promis qu'il y serait remédié. La Villa est toute proche du port et des plages et à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville.
Je recommande vivement.
