落ち着いた雰囲気のホテル

インターラーケンオスト駅から徒歩で7-8分、ヘーエマッテ公園とカトリック教会に隣接した静かな角地にあります。公園側のバルコニー付きの部屋だったのですが、バルコニーからユングフラウを見ることができ感激しました。朝食は品数が豊富で、スタッフの対応も適切で快適でした。

他の方も書かれていますが、見たところ部屋にはオイルヒーターがあるのみで換気施設やエアコンがありませんでした。浴室の湿気が部屋にまで流れてくるのが少し気になりました。あと、ホテルの責任ではないのですが、インターラーケン駅にいるタクシーは不親切な感じで、数百メートルしか離れていないホテルまで40フランと言われました（事実上の乗車拒否）。駅から高低差はないので、徒歩を第一に考えたほうがよいかもしれません（バスは30分に1本です）。

‏الفندق جميل وهذي ثالث مرة اسكن فيه حجم الحجر مناسب ويوجد قسم حديث في الفندق دورات المياه حديثة بعض الغرف فيها بلكونة الموقع استراتيجي مقابل ساحة قبص المظلات وخلف كالقطار الجبلي الريوق مناسب متنوع المعاملة جميلة توجد جلسات خارجية في الفندق وأوصى به بشدة للاستفسار سناب qarwash

nice stay

we were pleased to have an extra large corner room. the room is beautifully decorated and also large bathroom and tub. very comfortable bedding also.

1. traffic/car/motorcycle noise from roads below. 2. only bath tub and no shower stand. I had to hold the shower head for my daughter to wash her hair. I think the solution is very easy, to add a rod that holds the shower head.

Gute Lage, ca. 5-7 Minuten von Interlaken Ost entfernt. Der Service ist tadellos, höfliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, hell, relativ neu renoviert, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und mehr: Regenschirm, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Ventilatoren. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber es gibt für jeden etwas Leckeres und Nahrhaftes. Für mich als Glutenallergikerin standen jeden Morgen glutenfreies Brot und ein süßer Muffin auf dem Tisch (vielen Dank an das Personal dafür!). Insgesamt war es eine schöne Zeit in Interlaken und in diesem gemütlichen Hotel.

Localização e limpeza são ótimos, porém hotel super inseguro! Fomos furtados dentro do hotel.

Não a segurança alguma no hotel, entra qualquer pessoa, a porta não tem tranca de segurança, os corredores não tem câmera, qualquer pessoa acessa os corredores dos quartos. Fomos furtados no hotel. Minha família estava dividida em 4 quartos. 2 deles foram invadidos. O hotel só faz chamar a polícia pra fazer a denúncia e nada mais!

I will not stay again in this hotel due to no air conditioning and bell noise near the hotel .

I had a suite so it was big and in the new wing .Location was great as everything was walking distance .

There are no air conditioning so it is hot in summer even with fans .The church bell close by rings all night and is a disturbance .

A pleasant stay in jungfrau region

it’s in the city, about 15 minutes walk from Interlaken OST, easy to commute around jungfrau region,near to convenience store , big huge and comfortable room, very clean and they change sheets everyday. We stayed for 4 nights and it was cozy and comfy. Check in and check out time was pleasant,really quick and easy.

-the plug was only on the TV area, we are 3 so it was quite a hassle to charge our phone and other electronics devices in one area. - a staff was so rude during our last breakfast, we paid the room for 3 but she keep on insisting ( she repeated several times we booked only for two, two two! as like we beg her for food which obviously we have paid for it) not so pleasant moment. Spoke about this to the receptionist before we checked out. we were so pissed off.

Watch the snow closely

Check-in time Location, view, staff were very friendly and room design was good. Shower water was warm at instant use with high flow of water which made me enjoy having the shower on daily basis as usual. Egg service during breakfast.

Breakfast variety was limited to several type especially cheese and pastries.
