Perfect location with rich breakfast

The hotel has a great location. U2 and U5 stations are nearby. Humboldt Forum, Museumsinsel, Fernsehturm and other tourist sites can be reached by foot. There was plenty to choice from for the breakfast.

After check-in, I found a long hair on the sink in the bathroom, there was no soap in the dispenser and the toilet was leaking. The next day, the maid changed the glass in the bathroom where I had my toothbrushes and other dental hygiene tools, spilling them on the sink. I find this intolerable. I consider the space and the staff for breakfast to be underestimated. There were queues for breakfast.

Great location but just ok.

Room was quiet. Bed was confortable.

The room was outdated and decoration poor. At first they even gave us a room with a torn bed headboard. Then we were offered another room which was supposed to be renovated, but looked just the same. I also did not like waking up each morning and meet J.F Kennedy staring at me. Breakfast was plenty but just ok. Also service at breakfast was noisy and almost rude.

Znakomite położenie hotelu idealnie pomiędzy Bramą Brandenburską a Alexanderplatz. Dwie stacje metra dwóch lini o rzut beretem ;-) Bardzo ładny wystrój pokoju.

Szkoda że w pokoju nie było choć małej lodówki/chłodziarki ;-(

Great staff, excellent quality of facilities, good location -would thoroughly recommend to other travellers.

Modern feel, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and pillows, quite room

Only negative comment was that the restaurant wasn’t open the night we arrived - so had to venture out to find a meal.

Excellent location. Near to the U bahn and walking distance from many other attractions. I needed to print concert tickets urgently and the front desk staff kindly helped me.

Great for you first time in Berlin

Excellent location, especially if you visit Berlin for the first time. Everything is close even walking and if you prefer taking the bus or bahn, the station is at 4 min walk from the hotel's main entrance.

It would have been great if they had a swimming pool.

Pleasant hotel with a very convenient location.

The room was quite cosy and offered a rather pleasing view. Besides, its location proved to be exceedingly convenient for our intended visit.

In my opinion, the price seems to be a bit too high.

Nice staff but it's security nightmare and the rooms are uncared for.

The staff were great!

First of all, it's a security nightmare! When you are in your room, there's a light at your door. When you're not in your room there's no light. This is a terrible idea! Also, the sink was blocked. We complained about it but it was never fixed. The fridge also didn't work - also never fixed.

It's consistent, clean and nice

We had a problem with the temperature control which was ignored. In previous visits the sausages for breakfast varied everyday.. This time it was the same and not tasty.

Quiet and convenient hotel right in the center of Berlin

Location is perfect. The neighborhood is full of museums and embassies so it is quiet at night and very safe. You have to walk a bit to find restaurants (the hotel has one) but there is a few. Rooms and breakfast are fine.

The hotel is showing aging signs here and there. Nothing that makes things unusable but, this is a 4 stars establishment... In the sense of sleeping and eating, everything was fine
