Sejur de nota 7

Obiectele sanitare curate, liniste, apa calda. Personalul primitor. Zona ralativ centrala- 5 min de mers pe jos. Mic dejun variat dar de slaba calitate, insa, din experientele anteriore, tind sa cred ca acestea sunt exigentele de calitate in Bulgaria.

Nu sunt locuri de parcare sificiente. Mobilierul este degradat. Lenjeria patului este invechita, patata, cu gauri. Tocul de la usa baii este invechit si putrezit. Urme de scrum de tigara pe balustrada de la balcon. Cele trei stele ale hotelului nu reflecta realitatea.

Good hotel in a good location but parking less good!

Good location. away from the main drag but with decent restaurants 5-10 mins walk away. staff very helpful, room comfortable and a great breakfast.

parking is not as easy as they make it seem. The options are to take your chances to find a space on road outside, park a few 100m away, or pay to park in a nearby car park. Not a problem, but helpful to know in advance when you’ve driven a long way!

I would definitely recommend Concorde to anyone planning to stay in Veliko Tărnovo.

Easy to find and park. Friendly English speaking staff. Quality of the food in the restaurant was amazing, beautifully presented and delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable. The stuff was friendly. The hotel is centrally-located. The breakfast was good.

In the description of the room it was written that there is a minibar in the room and champagne free of charge. I told the hotel that I don't want alcohol in the room and when we arrived in the fridge was water, some coke, juice and chocolates. So, the next day when we were outside, the room was cleaned by the staff and the fridge was once again filled with missing drinks of their choice. The third day was done the same. What was my surprise when we were leaving the hotel, we were asked to pay for every little thing they put in our fridge! I thought that this is coming like an extra with the room, which anyway was very expensive for a city in Bulgaria! But no, it was all to be paid by us and even we didn't have the chance to choose what we want to be brought like drinks or chocolate - it was always the hotel's choice and filling it every day without even asking us if we want it! Now this I call a wonderful but not fair way to win some money! Anyway, this is not the way of winning clients. Although I overall liked my stay in Concorde hotel, this last bill of unnecessary expense left a bitter taste. I think it has to be made clear from the beginning what is included and what is not included in the price and if I have to pay something I want to have a possibility of choice at least. Very disappointing.

We had a very pleasant weekend in Veliko and if we come back in the city we will definitely pick up again Hotel Concorde

The hotel is in the city center, very close to the restaurants area. The rooms are very big and the personal very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. It deserves more than 3 stars for sure.

Locatie, raport calitate/pret. Personal ok. Loc de parcare. Location, quality/price ratio. Personal ok. Car park.

Nu sunt prize suficiente in camera. Apa calda nu mai e asa calda dupa ora 19. There are not enough sockets in the room. The hot water is not so hot after 19:00.

Very good

The room was extremely clean, be sure, it's a great achievement for Bulgaria. Fresh bed linen, towels, working silent AC, clean bathroom. Reception is available 24/24. We found public parking behind the building, but they do offer a reservation if you ask. Be careful if you arrive at night, it's a city center and most of public parking slots will be busy. Good place for staying for 1 night.

The access to the rooftop is open for breakfast only. You can't just go and take some photos, and you can't have dinner there. Our toilet button was broken, I would say it was working, but its cover was damaged. But, to be honest, those are not so critical things. The most epic disappointment for me was the hotel restaurant - they don't offer you Bulgarian cuisine, but Italian or French. Tournedos Rossini somewhere between Bulgarian mounts? Really? I trust in banitsa, ghivetch and kavurma, why the hell do they offer foies gras!

We didn’t have the balcony that was stated in the room description. When I asked the staff they answered that there are no free rooms with balcony. The “View” was directly to the cars infront because we were on the same level as the cars. The parking is rarely free so you must go around the hotel to search for a parking spot.
