The room was very big and clean.
Great location, facing the sea. Close to supermarkets like Aldi and Morrisons. Free on road parking.

The location was good. Free car park .Sea view room with double glazed windows.
We didn’t have a good nights sleep. Internal noise floors creaking from other rooms and corridors.
Extractor fans were loud and could be heard from other rooms we were awake from 6.00am because of this.
Shower was very poor and broken toilet roll holder. Mould in the bathroom.
Only 3 tea bag’s for 2 people and not enough milk.

Close parking only for residents, comfortable and clean room, bay views from bar

Comfortable, friendly and well-located for the venue we were performing at.
Breakfast, which was neither included nor particularly great. Definitely not £11 value.

The hotel was in a good location for us visiting family members. Staff were pleasent and the hotel was clean.
The hotel was dated, the floor boards were squeaky, the door didn't shut properly, and had to be forced closed. We got back to our room one morning to find that the bins had been emptied and nothing else had been done to the room. And that the door hadn't been closed properly. The bed was very uncomfortable and we didn't sleep very well and woke up each morning with bad backs. My back hurt that much that I had to roll out of the bed as I couldn't move. We actually checked out a night early as we couldn't face another night in the bed.

Excellent value for money. The staff was fantastic. Very clean and tidy. They only serve breakfast shame. Small dog friendly, mine loved the single bed to himself. Will certainly be going back.

It was nice and clean for a big and old building
The lift was a bonus as well

The view from my hotel room wasn't great. The breakfast was pricey.

We really liked the apartment which was useful with kitchen and living room. Good for families. Rooms were comfortable. Location very nice facing the sea and supermarkets and restaurants near by.
There was no WiFi for the 2 days we were there. We had to rely on our own phone data and could not use smartTV to watch better programmes.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.
View from rear rooms was poor. Had to order breakfast night before. Radiator leaked.

I did'nt like anything about it at all.
The chap on receptions English and understanding of it was poor. Before I go any further, I am an OAP and disabled.
The shower in our room was broken, we found this out on first night of stay at 2100, the above chap didnt know how it worked and moved us to a room with a 'Frosted' window, awful (from a room with a Seaview) . In my haste to carry our belongings down what I consider to be steep stairs, I nearly fell head first. The young chap stood, didnt help at all. My fiance was appalled.
We travelled by train, if we had travelled by car, would have checked out, demanded a refund and tried to find somewhere else.
We complained to the tourist board and they said that they had received numerous complaints about this hotel and it is likely it would be removed from the list next year. Even one of the staff agreed with me.

The room was lovely and good breakfast
Disappointing that there is still no restaurant for lunch or dinner as it is quite a walk to the centre of Morecambe to get an evening meal unless uou drive or get taxi

Very clean, well refurbished room and an excellent breakfast
All good but I am concerned that I may be yet to receive a parking fine as their carpark was managed by one of those ghastly EuroParks type companies

Location
Avoid room 3.. pub underneath room.. music and karaoke on until 12am. At time of check-in we were not told of this . I was away with my mum for the weekend. When we checked out next day I mentioned this to girl on reception said we were not happy.. basically she wasn't interested. I asked for the manager to contact me which she didn't.. I phoned the manager next day basically she said I was lying... I asked for.the general manager to contact me which he didn't.. badly run hotel!!!!. I would never stay at this hotel staff rude and not interested.. when I raised issue with booking.com even they weren't interested.. Will not be using booking again .. I never complain but was so annoyed on this occasion felt I needed too!!!!

The breakfast was good, but at £12 was expensive and an increase from £10 last year. The hotel is on the promenade with excellent views of the see. The hotel has not done dinner since Covid.
The hotel is a little tired and lacks any food after breakfast. There seems to be a shortage of staff
