I recently checked out from the hotel after spending only one night here. Unfortunately, I was very, very disappointed with my stay. "All rooms feature a work desk and minibar, and each has a luxury bathroom with a hairdryer."- this was, in-fact, not true. Without a minibar and hairdryer: the rooms were of a very, very low standard of size and quality. Mine in particular had a series of issues that I sincerely regret spending the £92.12 I did, of which I told you before arriving (and on arrival) was for a special birthday occasion. Room 314 had a broken left bedside light, half-detached toilet seat, and bathroom door that would have to be forced shut to be closed. Other issues include, an open, live power socket detached from the wall and hanging from a wire. As well as hair on the bed, broken toilet flush, a broken AC and TV remote with dying batteries.

great value for money with a wellness centre and pool

probably one of best good value for money hotel in london area. location is great and you have metro around the corner. private parking is available at extra cost. plenty of restaurant nearby (mainly indians)

Well located to Heathrow Airport with great staff and nice room.

The location was great, only 15 by taxi to Heathrow. The staff were very helpful.

While the room was very clean it was a bit small.

Decent value for Heathrow stopover

Good value stay for an overnight stopover in close proximity to Heathrow. 24hr reception for late arrival in to London. Safe location with clean enough rooms.

It did not meet expectations of a 4 star hotel. Limited amenities in rooms (no bottled water, no glasses, only mugs - we had to ask for plastic cups for water we bought ourselves, no shampoo or body lotion etc). Furnishings are pretty run down. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. There is no room service or bar/lounge.

Good staff, good having access to the gym, but the room wasn't up to expectations.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Having access to the gym as part of the stay was excellent.

The website claimed the rooms had gone through an extensive refurbishment. Well they obviously forgot about my room in this refurb plan. The carpet was very dirty with lots of stains, there door threshold to the bathroom was broken. The tile grout in the shower was poor and not very clean. There was unfinished plasterwork on the walls and I found the lid for a takeout food carton behind the chair in the room.

Great stay !

One thing I like about this Hotel is hospitality. Ambiance is impeccable! Staffs are awesome especially Samir Khadka working in reception. He knows how to treat guest. I am kinda regular to this hotel just because of the level of his service he has provided. Very impressed!

Great staff, great location

Location, staff friendliness and willing to help - they were excellent, room design and cleanliness, good air conditioning, showers with good pressure and instant hot water, decent blackout curtains

Bed too firm for my preference - two singles combined into a double, limited parking at high rates (parked locally for cheaper)

Small room, dirty hotel, the bar was very dirty, the kettle in the room so disgusting inside This is not a 4 star hotel

Everything The people in the reception they don’t even speak English properly Very very bad experience The pics they have on booking.com looks so nice. But when u go there it’s totally diferent Even the bar was so disgusting not clean at all

Lovely stay

Close to the tube station Swimming pool and jacuzzi were great Room was clean and tidy Showers were hot Staff at reception were lovely especially the young lady who was there 2nd & 3rd July

Shame there wasn’t a breakfast Could have done with some more tea bags etc

Did exactly what I wanted, exactly where I needed it to for work. Fair value for all that.

Room was clean and modern. Bed was good. Great shower.

Breakfast a bit underwhelming. The use of a croissant with fried egg, beans, mushrooms and tomato (undercooked) was bit odd. Vegetarian options not really up front and centre.

The staff were amazing, friendly & with a great sense of humour. The room was very clean & comfortable and so was the rest of the hotel. Highly recommend

Functional and comfy. Couldn’t really use the gym facilities due to Covid rules of people in spaces, but from what I could see it all looked good. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, don’t worry about parking, you will get a space! We were also working late in the area and couldn’t tell you how grateful we were when sat in the bar, food menus were presented at 22:30! Not sure the kitchen was actually open at the time as I do believe kitchen staff were homeward bound, but Chef mad sure we didn’t go to bed hungry and the food is great here! Lovely hotel with good Asian food on offer. Thank you for being so flexible, inviting and accommodating!!

The room I stayed in was warm, comfy and very clean, however there are many scuff marks which could do with some attention. No tea or coffee facilities which was a shame. This did not detract from anything positive about my stay.

Great value and great for convenience in the Heathrow area.

The room was spacious and accommodated to our need. Bed was also comfortable.

The fact that I checked in a day before the lockdown rules were lifted and we couldn’t go for a swim 😔 aside to that great value great convenience 👍🏽

Great relaxing weekend

Hotel is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Staff are extremely friendly, its in a great location, near to tube station, shops and restaurants.

The website states it has sky available in the rooms but it wasnt, understand its due to the current covid-19 pandemic. Also the windows don't open as there is aircon but natural fresh air is nicer.
