Great spacious room, lovely staff, located on the wharf area
Sauna and jacuzzi closed for refit, I understand this means they should be better once opened but I love a sauna and was slightly annoyed!
Check in is quite late at 3pm, had no wiggle room but it was my birthday and party began at 4pm, left me a bit stressed!

Location
Breakfast Abysmal...
Bar prices very high...
Beds uncomfortable...
No security on Car Park.. Mate had his vehicle broken into.

The staff were super friendly, very accommodating and understanding with the situation I was in. Even provided me with a complimentary chocolate bar and water each time I had to change room.
Having to move rooms due to electrics and/or lights not working in the room. Moved twice and accidentally left my passport in one of the rooms causing me to miss my flight and needing to stay in the hotel an extra night. That wasn’t ideal now to be fair 😂

The location of the property is close to the town centre and the quay was a nice view.
There was no sauna in place

Gym, pool, car park and breakfast
Both beds were very uncomfortable. The beds were a wood structure that squeeked. The bed base seemed to be a wooden hardboard. The mattresses were thin and the duvets could have been larger. As the room was booked for three people, but there were just 2 packs of biscuits. The stock levels for the tea tray was similar. On asking reception for more, it seemed like the most complicated thing for the recep.

The Breakfast was the stand out. It was fantastic and the staff on Reception at Breakfast were brilliant. They made us feel very welcome.
The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

The balcony looking over Victory Quays gave pleasant views over the Sheffield & Tinsley Canal
WiFi was not great, the room we had, the best reception was in the bathroom. Breakfast was not great, I'd go as far as saying Wetherspoons is way better. Plenty of hustle and bustle from the staff at breakfast time, yet nothing really got done, tables were not cleared when guests left, the food was often not very hot, or there was a wait for it.

All of Sheffield. It's a dump will never go there again. Avoid

The location was good for what we were looking for.
Lack of services - we had room service leaflets and mentioned on website yet that was not an option after going downstairs and asking the reception.
The bed is also on wheels which is strange so constantly rolling away from the headboard.

Very comfy beds, efficient service, decent breakfast and good parking out front.
Very dated rooms and interior of hotel. Could do with remodel but it’s comfy and does the basic job - just pricey for the age.

room comfortable , needed mini fridge , breakfast good , but with the hotel being full due to concert thought they would have been better prepared and had time slots instead of 1st come served basis ? just an opinion as i'm in the same trade ie
Head Chef .
We were late back and tried looking at room service , the website said its 24hr but when scanning code it wasnt working .
room service wasn't in use ?? having to pay for parking , most hotels include this ? 3pm check in as i checked in online and requested early check in of which wasn't available , when we arrived . no power sockets by the bed .

Location to Bramall Lane for a concert was good.
Welcoming ground floor space
Not enough staff in the restaurant for breakfast to clear tables, given that there were alot of concert goers staying there the night before

Breakfast was hit and miss
When we came for breakfast most of dishes were empty
Apart from breakfast everything was alright

Comfortable bed.
Breakfast service was very poor. There were only 2 staff, who were run ragged trying to seat people, serve the food, and clear tables. The food was not replenished quickly enough, and people had to wait - sometimes there was hardly any hot food available. The toaster only toasted bread on one side. Many people were complaining.

Beautiful room and very large balcony
Breakfast was a shambles, came down at 10.10 hardly anything out, no juice no bread no fruit or croissants for the continental breakfast,no sausages no bacon, the scrambled egg was ( well we think that’s what it was) was put out in the small pan it was cooked in, the two ladies working were apologetic, totally not their fault, chef needs to have a constant supply of food to replace cooked items as they start running out, if breakfast hadn’t been included in the price of our room I wouldn’t have paid for breakfast, speaking to others by the lift, we were not the only ones who thought this

All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was my daughters birthday and they left a lovely card and we were upgraded at no extra cost. We had a wonderful time.

Close to the city centre, spacious room, and great breakfast.
The shower was broken with very low water pressure and water leaking from the sides of the head. The toilet flush was also temperamental. Not the most comfortable bed.

The staff were friendly and helpful… those in Reception , the bar , cleaning staff … everyone .
Breakfast was perfect - good variety of hot and cold choices . We ate dinner at the hotel and it was well presented and really good value .
Lovely to have the quay outside of the hotel but , as a result, we were a little way from the city centre . We were told the hotel is due a major refurbishment in the summer and perhaps one or two minor issues (our toilet needed a bit of effort to flush it) will be sorted .

the room view was great , great breakfast good choice , parking good for the hotel
the location too far out from city centre, the room to close to the lift could hear it beeping all night, door in between the rooms could hear next door on the phone.
