Are stay was excellent and would use this hotel again

Good value for money and was in a very good location for the things we wanted to do

I think the only thing I can say is the room that we were given was a little small

I recommend living there

‏Honestly, everything in the hotel is comfortable, the size of the room, the bed and pillows, the view, the soundproofing, the location is very wonderful and close to the metro and bus stations. From any direction you go, you will find a bus or metro station, in addition to the quietness and safety. Room service and reception are available 24 hours a day. They allowed us to delay our departure until the flight time.

There is no scale to weigh bags.

I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in London. Excellent value and easy access to Heathrow on the Elizabeth

The location was excellent with many cafes, markets, pubs, and restaurants, as well as Bayswater and Queensway tube stations just minutes away, yet the hotel is very quiet with no street noise.

The single room, while a superb example of space planning and beautifully furnished, is extremely small. Perfect for a couple of nights but consider a larger room if staying longer.

I love the staff - they are gracious, helpful and always go above and beyond. Big props to Jessie & Nayab for taking such good care of me. I also enjoyed staying in my room - comfortable, clean and with great air conditioning!

It was overpriced. The walls were paper thin making a good night's sleep non existent.

Amazing team, like family

As always the staff are so helpful, on the day I was leaving I left my luggage with them and they even let me charge my phone and wait in reception 5 hours after I had checked out. The building is lovely and the showers are amazing. The cleaners are wonderful too

Nous avons adoré le quartier de Notting Hill, beau et agréable avec ces très belles façades, tranquille et chic. Accès rapide au centre-ville ville 15/20 min. La chambre ressemble à la photo.

Chambre trop petite 11m2 et lit en 140 au lieu de 160.

It’s a great place to stay, especially for the price.

Heated bathroom floor, key slot that turns on your lights which also helps you from losing your card & the quiet. Of course, I live in NYC. Loved the location too.

Prisvärt i lugnt område med trevlig personal och nära till allt.

Personalen var väldigt bra och omsorgen kändes genuin. Läget var perfekt; lugnt område med nära till Notting Hill och Kensington Park. Mycket prisvärt. Fick hjälp med bättre rum när jag bad om det. Min 10 åriga dotter tyckte mycket om hotellet och personalen.

Sängen var knallhård och vattentrycket saknade karaktär.

XL customer service XS room quality

Great location and friendly staff.

The air conditioning was way too loud and it was impossible to keep it off since the room was so stuffy and hot. Didn’t get good sleep as a result. The room is very small.

Overall experience is great. Very clean and nice hotel with great staff. I will definitely return

Clean, cozy, nice room with great bathroom. Staff was great!

Noisy room. Some kind of generator was right outside the window and it kept us from having a great sleep in the lovely bed.

Everything is very well; great hotel & management.

I want to thank The Premier Notting Hill hotel for a wonderful stay for me and my family this year! Everything was great, hotel management is proficient and kind, Chief of Management - Mr. Milagris is a true expert. Many thanks for our wonderful holiday, definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing

On arrival we were surprised with a free update to club room and this made the whole stay so much better. The room had so more space than our original room. Everything was clean and nice. Comfy bed, good bathroom, free water and some fruit. We also tried breakfast one morning, for 12 pounds there were a lot of choices. The hotel is close to 3 different tube stations and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Bigger streets with shops and cafes are 5 minutes walk away.

There was some noise coming from inner courtyard but as we were quite high up, it didn´t disturb much. I guess it would if your room windows were next to the noise.

Very good

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station which is perfect and Hyde Park is just as close. The staff were amazing, they were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the amenities were great, they had a fridge, microwave, safe, everything you could want. The hotel is nice and quiet although if you wanted a drink in the evening there is a pub at the end of the road on the opposite side.

The only issue we had was there is only one small lift so we used to stairs on the last day with our luggage as it kept going past floor one but we didn’t mind using the stairs.

Very good

A small cozy hotel in a quiet area with good transport accessibility. The windows of my room overlooked the square. There is also a park very close by. The staff is very helpful. You can quickly heat the room to a comfortable temperature. A room of 15 sq m is probably not enough for two, but it is quite suitable for one person. It is convenient that there is a microwave in the room. The bed is very comfortable

Reassuringly well run and reassuringly affordable for a hotel in a nice part of town.

Nice part of town, nicely presented building, all okay. Not too expensive. Staff all very friendly and helpful, especially welcome after a long journey. Bonus was that the building outside our room was being renovated and had some sort of generator going intermittently so we asked for a change of rooms and as soon as one became available we were moved. No fuss, no stress. There was also a good pub 100 yards away to round off our nights.

Rooms were a bit on the small side, but because of everything else we didn't mind because it was good value in an expensive part of town with friendly helpful people.

Exceptional

Staff went above and beyond for no particular reason, very friendly, gracious and helpful. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Kudos to them!
