Don’t judge a book by its cover! Very good hotel

Room was very well laid out, bed and pillows very comfortable, walk in shower was excellent

Enjoyable facility,apart from above.Would stay again as problem could be just this room.

Breakfast excellent location good.

Shower taps need attention cannotcontrol temperature. Fan needs attention, heavy condensation in bathroom,needed to leave door open and still fogged up. A little more attention to maintenance would improve

Lounge and bar are nice and alive. Staff polite and helpful.

Some of the areas are run down and are in need of refurbishment

Absolute Quality !

Everything was brilliant, came down from Scotland to visit family. Special shout out to the life guard with long dark blonde hair and tattood arm who helped me with the pool facilities and held my glasses for me when I was blind as a bat without them! Didn't catch her name but I hope she gets recognised for the help she gave me. Big thanks !! :)

Unfortunately received a bit of attitude from a housekeeper when I asked for fresh towels and she said I wasn't on her list and refused to give me any so I had to ask reception for clean towels.

Very, very pleasant and relaxing, slightly noisy with being next to the M62.

Quality and quantity was excellent.

The hot food was cold.

Nice hotel but I was offered no discount or anything even though the room was not what I booked

I booked a deluxe double room but I was put into a wheel chair accessible room, the sink was at knee height , the bed was more or less on the ground.. I should have been notified off this…. Also the toilet was leaking.

lovely stay

cant fault the hotel at all, it was clean comfortable friendly staff. breakfast was great plenty of variety to suit everybody.will definitely stay here again.

the only downside for us was that we went for a shopping and drinking weekend and there wasn't anything close by so we had to get a taxi, but it wasn't too expensive. i should have checked distance before i booked it. didnt ruin our stay as the hotel made up for it.

asked for a tv remote from the reception waited all night to Receive it but did not get it at the end. every time I’d go Downstairs to ask they was not there very poor !

We’ve had a fantastic time though it’s 20mins driving to get to the city. Breakfast is great ..

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it was really good..

No slippers in our bedroom -this small things but would be nice if there’s one ..

single night great for a south Leeds stopover

easy to find and park. great to have swimming pool and gym on site. and the breakfast was very good.

a bit faceless and a lack of character. all a bit impersonal for check in. staff were very good though.
