Posizione comoda all'autostrada, tranquillità e silenzio. Parcheggio privato molto apprezzato. Gentilezza del personale.
Pulizia dei tavoli del ristorante scarsa, erano appiccicosi al tatto!

The room was large with a comfy bed, swimming pool.
The room and hotel in general looked dated, the net curtain in our room was ripped. Our TV didn't work so I told the staff in reception, went for a swim for an hour and came back to the room and it still wasn't sorted. Went to reception again and told them there was no Ariel connected, it had been pulled out and was on the floor behind a very heavy cabinet. We finally got it connected after a long time with no TV. Jacuzzi was only turned on for 5 mins at a time, we had to wait another 5 mins for it to re-start again. It was also too hot. The pool looked dated too but was adequate.
The small coffee facility closed too early.

Lovely large room, very clean and very comfortable. Very good value for money. And after a long day at a family wedding, it was great. Breakfast staff were lovely 🥰.
When we booked, it was a pain. No reservation staff at the weekend (?) and, as it was a family wedding at the Orangery, we were all trying to book. And not just at the last minute, we were all well in advance. Maybe have trained staff at the weekend as well? Also maybe have more info in the rooms? Not all the staff on Saturday night were telling people what time breakfast was. I know it was gone midnight, as we told them, but perhaps more cheerful staff on check in.

Nice hotel ideally situated for us.
The room while clean and comfortable was a bit tired. The chest of drawers was very wobbly and we could only use 2 small drawers. It could do with a makeover. The lighting in the room was very poor difficult to read on the settee or in bed.

Good location, close to Maidstone town centre. Lots of choice at breakfast. Very comfortable beds and a large family room.

The restaurant - dined there Saturday night and it was lovely.
Booked via booking.com fir 3 nights including breakfast but when I checked in to the Oreda I was told breakfast was not included so I had to pay £12.95 in advance for breakfast or £16.95 on the morning. A bit much for fruit and yoghurt! So I was not happy with this.

The breakfast was not really what I was expecting of this kind of hotel. The scrambled eggs looked not very tasteful and after some time the top layer becomes hard
Like you see in many hotels a cook with some small pans and a stove : preparing the eggs on the spot

Starbucks
Mold on windows
The windows were not particularly sound dampening.
The quality of the finishing of silicon around bath...the decorative state of the room/hotel...needs polishing. For the price...one would expect high standards of finish.
Some of the food ordered at bar looked more appetising than it tasted.
