Where do I start! The whole place was dirty, broken light, bed and ripped net curtains. On arrival manager couldn't find safe key even though I'd emailed in advance requesting a safe. Manager is cross between Manuel and Basil Fawlty from Fawly Towers (UK TV programme from 70s). Manager would benefit from some customer service training as blanked us every time we saw him as he did others. On checking out he never said a word, didnt ask us how our stay was, wish us a good journey home or anything, just took the room key off us and never said a word. Found him very ignorant. We booked a Deluxe Studio which was far, far from deluxe! Dirty, broken furniture. Stains on bed and carpet, ripped bedding and curtains. If that was deluxe would hate to see standard rooms! I would recommend booking elsewhere.

Welcoming staff - very helpful

no lift so lugging luggage up two flights of stairs was difficult. no soap in shower. very loud altercation for 1-3 hours around 2am in nearby room

Close to city centre. Budget accomodation. Clean and comfortable accomodation.

Small size fridge Bathroom sink was blocked but staff quick to attend to our needs.

Carpet sticky, table hadn't been cleaned, still had sticky leftover drink? Bath towel was so worn it was more a paper towel than bath towel

Cheap accommodation with a good location.

the location, price and friendly service.

small cockroaches, dirty curtains that were too small for the windows to give privacy. One sliding glass door could not be locked.

The room was as expected for the price it suited as a stop over for early departure for the airport.

Unfortunately did not feel safe outside at this location.

Cheap should not excuse an unclean and unkept environment.

leaving the property at the end of our stay. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early Night staff member was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Day staff member was dismissive and unwelcoming. No smoke alarm Rising damp in the main area Mould and hair in the bathroom Thin walls Peeling paint Dirty cuisons

Worth the money, fast wifi.

Rapid wifi, very friendly manager. The bed was comfortable and the sofa + kitchen were great to have. Shower powerful and hot. Very short walk to the beach/promenade.

The Reef Palms is absolutely filthy and should not be aloud to be in business.

The 1st room we were given was filthy. The balcony was covered in bird excrement. The floor in the room looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for years. When we complainestimate we were given another which was a little better. Because it was early evening we stayed onemail night and found better, cleaner accommodation elsewhere.

It would have been better if it had been cleaned. We have complained to Booking.com but as yet have not had the courtesy of a reply. The accommodation we moved to was $3 a night more and far superior in every way.

We enjoyed the stay, but the man at reception could have been a little more friendly I thought.

The room was just like the photo. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern.

I always find the cups or mugs, (not just this place), are always small and thick. I would like some nice thin mugs in the room so I have a decent size cup of tea in a thin mug. They can be picked up reasonably cheaply from many stores.

Great location for a quick stop and reasonably priced. We didn’t use the pool or other facilities so can’t comment.

Property was clean and room was a good size for 4 adults and 2 children 17&15. Plenty of car parking and the room had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

easy to access after hours and the room was comfortable

the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly the shower had sand and hair in it from previous guests

It was peaceful and and safe place with good staff.

We didn’t eat breakfast but location was good but a little bit was far from city.

I think need to clean room every day or every two days and change towels every day or every two days no after 7 day.
